45, La Grange, ILHello, brother in Christ. If you voted for Trump, I'm sure you had your reasons, but you can stop reading now because we're just not the right match for each other. If you voted for Hillary, or didn't vote at all, unless you were in a coma at the time, the same is most likely the case. I have no interest in debating anyone about this; I just don't want to waste your (or my) time. Just trust me, I'm not the one for you. But I wish you joy, happiness and many blessings on your journey. I am analytical yet highly emotional. I'm pretty serious, get easily frustrated with shallowness, and crave depth. I am very pro-life. I love worshiping the Lord through Christian music (Rich Mullins and Todd Agnew are my favorites). I'm warm and tender, nurturing, extra-sensitive and emotional (at my best); but impatient, intolerant, lazy, extra-sensitive and emotional (alas, at my worst). My life goal is to use my gifts to bring glory to God. I have tremendous love for the Bible, and am very committed to promoting a culture of life (I worked full-time in pro-life ministry for several years). In some ways I'm pretty intense in the sense that I am easily frustrated with shallowness and crave depth. Familiar with the Myers-Briggs personality profile? I am ISFJ. I am a big Chicago Bears fan (the team is owned by some devout Catholics) and was over the moon when the Cubs won the World Series! I am an ex-vegetarian (was a vegetarian for 14 years), and I may go back! I enjoy history, Scrabble, thoughtful film and hiking. Finally, I firmly believe we need to allow the Church to change us; and NOT concentrate on how we can change the Church. (After all, we ARE the Church, and as each one of us submits to her teachings and disciplines, the Church becomes that much holier herself.)
56, Yorkville, ILHello, I am new to this site but looking forward to God's plan for my life. I enjoy being active in my faith community and have many favorite past times, including but not limited to sporting events, theater, dinner, shopping, bike rides, walks, etc.
32, Belleville, ILHi my name is Laura. I am a White / Caucasian female living in Belleville, IL, USA. I am 5'1" tall with brown eyes and brown hair. I would describe my body type as Average. I have never been married and I have no children. . .
56, Northbrook, ILTrying to live an authentic Christian life, living my faith actively. To let the whole world know and experience the love of God, That He's truly present in the Holy Eucharist. Look forward everyday to talking to HIm in the Blessed Sacrament. My parents and my Grandma were the people who influenced my faith the most. My aunts and uncle who did the rosary etc.also helped to mold my faith. I love reading everything about the Saints, history everything about the Catholic Church. I also like to cook, garden if I've the time. I like to pass the time by: spending time with my four daughters, who are 26, 21, 19, and 14. I enjoy listening to Relevant Radio, EWTN, and conservative radio shows in the car. I also enjoy reading and trying out ethnic foods. My favorite food is Filipino, but I also like Peruvian and Chinese food. I'm a registered nurse in the city. I'm afraid of big dogs. I'm very passionate about the Kangen Water business. I believe that it has many benefits, including increased nutrition. Additionally, I am an advocate for women, especially by helping them rise out of poverty and domestic violence. I am a member of the Ministry of Consolation of a local church.
25, Cerro Gordo, ILMy name is Sarah, and I work at a cancer care center as a file clerk and assistant to the registrar. I like to read, watch movies, and discuss philosophy and theology. I like playing games with my family and friends. I specifically enjoy board games, but I know a couple of card games that can get intense and immensely entertaining with the right crowd. On my own, I love to make jewelry. I am learning to cook. I have a couple of recipes that are pretty fantastic, and I'm learning to cook a few Indian dishes (to add to the Thai and Korean stir-frys I already know!) Going to China was probably one of the most intense, amazing experiences of my life. I love travel and would go again in a heartbeat.
58, Rockford, ILI am enjoying each day as it comes. Nothing is more important to me than my family and my faith. I learned to lean on and love my faith to get me through the tough times and appreciate the good times. It also taught me the importance of marriage and family life and how important a father is in a childs life. The older I get the more I realize how selfless my parents were in raising me and my ten siblings. They also are a great example of unconditional love til death do us part. Now that my children are raised I have begun to sew and quilt again. I am more aware of the need for exercise. My favorite activity is long walks, especially along a river or lake.Reading is something I enjoy doing. The book can be fiction or nonfiction just as long as it holds my attention. I do enjoy a good movie. The movies written and directed by Alex and Stephen Kendrix have recently been my favorites. I also enjoy a good comedy.
55, Springfield, ILRecently relocated to my hometown in Illinois after living for a long time in the Phoenix area....my mom is getting older and will need me. I miss Arizona and would love to go back there or to another major metro area if/when circumstances permit. Very grateful to be able to continue attending the TLM in my current Illinois location. Was part of a dedicated mixed choir/schola for several years in Phoenix, regularly singing Missa Cantata, and truly love singing Gregorian chant as well as beautiful classics from Mozart, Palestrina, deVictoria, Byrd, etc. within the TLM.
28, Chicago, ILI like sports and would consider myself outgoing. I need someone to make me laugh and be best friends with as I believe a strong foundation is key to a good relationship. I'm not high maintenance but I am competitive (but not to an extreme). I was raised in the Catholic faith by two amazing parents and continue to grow and learn about my faith daily.
21, Chicago, ILHey there! I'm currently in my senior year of college, working on a Biology major with a Philosophy minor. Planning on going to law school (long story!). But I'm also just a girl looking for a guy who's a rock solid Catholic! :) I'm quite ambitious, a very hard worker, and an author of a couple of scientific papers. On any given weekday afternoon during the school year, you could probably find me either in the lab, or in the library doing some work on my laptop....or maybe procrastinating -- nobody's perfect! :o) I also find a lot of joy in lending others a hand. I'm not *all* work though -- I do like to get out and have fun every once in a while! Mostly at Catholic young adult events. But I'm also a fan of roller coasters and dancing! Additional Info: Not. A. Feminist. I know that I ticked off that I prefer Traditional Latin Mass, but I am absolutely fine with a *reverently* celebrated vernacular Holy Mass! There needs to be reverence for Our Lord in the Most Blessed Sacrament -- and that means receiving Him on the tongue! If you are just here wondering who that amazing pupper in my pro-pic is -- it is my darling FIONA!!! :o) Also -- I'd really prefer the guy to make the first move! I'm definitely an advocate of clear gender roles!
67, Orland Park, ILI love my faith, family, friends and having fun. I belong to a singles group so I do keep busy and enjoy so many great activities with them, but still want to find that one special love in my life. I love dancing and even won the mirror ball trophy in a local Dancing With The Senior Stars Event in 2015. I also like golf, tennis, the beach, long walks, bike riding, karaoke, traveling. People tell me that I am beautiful, and I try to be - both inside and out. If you are a good, kind and loving man maybe we can just enjoy the rest of our lives loving each other and having fun together!
22, Chicago, ILI am most passionate about my Catholic Faith, being involved in the Pro-Life Movement, serving others, and spending time with my family and friends. U
