60, Indianapolis, INI'm a congenial person, intelligent but not exceptionally well-read. I enjoy learning, if from an article, a radio or television broadcast or another person. My daughter is at UIndy, enjoying herself, I presume. I enjoy spontaneous prayer, have sadness & mild qualms with the Church; disappointments. They are best overcome with compassion and forgiveness; After all, we're all sinners. I love the music of Josh Groban and the good Sixties stuff: Carole King, John Fogarty, Beatles, Willie Nelson's ballads, The Boss, Rod Stewart's ballads, Carpenters, especially their Christmas album, traditional Christmas music, Simon & Garfunkel... I prefer artists to performers: Bryan Adams. Enjoyed Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars, Indiana Jones~ (I'm being limited on paragraphs...) I'm not close with family and that saddens me. What little communication we have is strained. I'm not exactly sure what the problem is, but I have some ideas. I look forward to communicating with an intelligent gentleman and possibly having that relationship grow into something very special.

I love to travel and enjoy new experiences; being with friends and family; my religion is important and a source of pride and comfort to me......but am tolerant of others. I am seeking an honest, caring man to have fun with and enjoy life.
62, Indianapolis, INFor me, my faith is intrinsic to everything in my life. I am a complex mix of liberal social views and a love of the more traditional aspects of our faith. I love the Mass and feel lost if I miss it, and also love the Rosary as a meditative way to become closer to God. While all that sounds very serious, I am a person who loves to laugh and I really enjoy mixing it up with my friends. I am Irish so that makes me a talker, a lover of conversation, of music and singing and poetry. I like all sorts of things, and am very curious by nature. I love theatre, the arts, opera, going to the movies, and because I lived in the South for a long time I love fried bologna! If given a choice, my favorite food is French cuisine.

66, Indianapolis, INI'm a fairly recent transplant to Indianapolis from NYS and while I'm a Yankee at heart, I'm looking forward to exploring and learning about the Midwest. I've been divorced 30 years and have been involved in two long-term relationships. While each is a good man, neither could ultimately commit. I have three grown children and three grandchildren; my youngest son lives in Indianapolis, my daughter in Virginia, and my middle son in Tennessee. I'm not particularly high-maintenance; I enjoy staying home, sharing a meal, watching a movie or reading a good book. That said, I enjoy adventures to almost any locale. I love to hop in the car on the spur of the moment and drive to nowhere. Oftentimes, it turns out to be a special somewhere. I'm a tourist at heart and love visiting new places and learning about new cultures. I enjoy taking pictures and have a lot of fun with my camera. I HATE malls--malls are the death of western civilization as we know it--and do most of my shopping online. The unexamined life is boring and curiosity is essential. I try to make each day count and believe the small things that make life special are most important.
67, New Castle, INI enjoy going to mass and going out to eat. It is fun to try new restaurants. My faith is a large part of my life and has become more important since the loss of my husband. I love animals and believe they are God's gifts to us. I am a gentle and affectionate person and do not like drama nor conflict. Since retiring, I enjoy travel. I would like to meet someone who will go to Mass with me, out to eat, family activities, and also be a good friend.

I go on an annual women's adventure challenge. We have traveled to Yosemite, Smoky Mountains, Grand Canyon, Rocky Mountains. Our group just returned from our trip to Mt Hood. That is Mt Hood in the background of the picture of me in the kayak. My son recently retired after 30 years in the Navy as a CWO4. He lives in Hawaii, so of course, I LOVE to visit there! Family and Faith: I am the second of twelve children, all live local, we are a close knit family. I realize the importance of relying on my faith in God. I look forward to weekly mass, bible study and my devotions. He strengthens me. I'm looking for a kind, honest, down to earth and fun loving man.
