I am very passionate about living my Catholic faith, going to Mass daily and spending time in Adoration most days. My two grown children and eight grandchildren are very special to me and I love it when they come to visit. I like to have fun, laugh and be silly, take walks, ride bikes, fish, sit outside at night and look at the stars, have campfires, play games, sit on the porch or at the lake or walk along the beach and watch the sunrise and sunset, I enjoy gardening and working in my flowers and the outdoors. I want to share my love and my excitement for life. I am looking for someone to share my joys and sorrows and my life with. It would be wonderful to have someone to attend Mass and to pray with and have light and funny or deeply spiritual conversations with and to simply enjoy life together.

"Out of God's humility He chooses His weakest servants to do His greatest work" Mother Teresa. I love this quote because it keeps me humble and grounds me in God's will for my life. I have traveled a lot and lived in many places. I enjoy meeting new people and socializing with others. I laugh at life and am humbled by the blessings I have received. With each struggle or difficulty in life I have found a great reward at the end. Joy, Truth and Faith are very important to my daily life. I love my family, friends and the work I do. Having fun and being a person of prayer are central. If you want to know more message me.

at this point looking forward to retirement and traveling. retiring will also give me more time to help with some family obligations. I have enjoyed my career, and am devoted to my vet patients and providing sound care for those folks that have defended our freedom i love my dogs,. I hope to do some traveling in retirement, I have several areas of the US I want to see. i am into family history research..would be part of my retirement travels. my paternal grandmother was probably one of the most influential persons in my life when in comes to my faith. She would take me to Eucharistic Adoration and Benediction with her. . I atteneded 12yrs of catholic schools. Another huge influence on my life was summers at the lake. Carefree days swimming, fishing, reading. Dad sold the house at the lake several years ago,i miss it terribly. Free time I spend with the dog/s,quilt and work on family history. I love going to the fall craft/art shows. THere is nothing better than live entertainment. Music is another luv of mine-anything from the teen idols,to the Celtic Woman-to George Strait I grew up at the lake swimming, fishing and camping til Dad built the house.

"Inquisitive smart woman seeks friend for walks, dinner, social events, companionship, sacramental marriage for the next 30 years" I am not retired, and don't plan to retire. I have summers off and breaks through out the year. I love what I do and can say I have not really "worked" a day in the last 25 years. I do what I love, and think I still have a fair amount of time and life to share with a partner. I enjoy gardening, being active outdoors, and being a positive influence in my community. I love to read, watch movies, talk, play cards and board games, learn and share social dance. I value education and have way too much of it. I have enormous curiosity, both about the natural and spiritual realms, and I love to learn. I probably know more about plants and animals than anyone else would ever want to, and as a result, I am woefully behind on TV and movie-watching. That makes it easy to find a movie I'd like to go to, or a DVD to rent, but I'd rather be out for a walk, usually. I do not like violent or really sad movies. I want to be entertained in an emotionally safe way when I step into that realm of suspended disbelief. I do like adventure and many thrillers, as long as the good guys win. I am pretty liberal, and minimalist as a consumer (think "green"). I'm pretty good at practicing what I preach when it comes to leaving a small footprint on this planet, and leaving it in good shape for the next seven generations to come. I am a practicing Catholic, so some days I don't eat meat and I go to church every week; sometimes more often. I do not enjoy sarcasm, bitterness, jokes at the expense of others (cruelty). I admire people who have been through hard times yet are not hard themselves.

I enjoy time with my friends and family, playing guitar, yoga, cooking, and traveling. I have a deep gratitude for my Catholic upbringing and schooling, and aspire to understand my faith and God's Word more deeply. I'm also a bit of a nerd and have been known to debate with friends and family about things like the dangers of processed dairy, the overuse of antibiotics in Western medicine, or the Oxford comma. Raised in Bethlehem, PA. Been living in Louisville, KY for the past 5 years.

I am a very honest and open person. I have several things that I am very passionate about including scouts, church and my work. I enjoy the outdoors and being active; although I do enjoy just sitting back and watching TV at times as well. I am looking for someone that we can share how each others' day has been and engage in conversation with. I have 2 sons that I enjoy spending time with (Junior and Senior in high school). I am open to trying new things and new experiences. I have been divorced for almost 6 years and am now looking for a good solid relationship. If there is anything you want to know about me, just ask.

I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to dance, attend concerts, plays, art museums, and visit historic towns and national parks. I appreciate watching a good movie or playing cards and board games with friends. I love to laugh and have fun! I am passionate about helping others whether in the classroom or doing service in my church or community. Doing mission work in Appalachia has heightened my awareness of all my blessings that I must share. I have two adult children and I am very proud of them. My faith is important to me and I would love to share it. Attending Cursillo and ACTS retreats were life-changing for me- God's love and forgiveness are so real because of those experiences. I hope to meet someone to share friendship and companionship and then see where it leads.

I am passionate about life! Each day is gift from God... I love sharing my passion with friends, family, and my students. I teach science, horsemanship and train horses. I enjoy the moments, big and small. I like to laugh, music, art, the outdoors, travel and photography. A good book is a easy to get lost in! I am spontaneous, but organized and hard working. I can stand on my own feet, with the Grace of God. I have been through a lot, but my heart is honest and open. The hard times have taught me many things, first and most important, trust God!!! My leisure time is spent in whatever the moment offers, a cup of coffee in the morning on the deck, watching the sun set with a glass of good wine, outdoors is the best and I am very active and love trying new things and seeing new places.

5 quick facts: I grew up in a small town in Indiana, went to college at Purdue, grad school in Louisville, recently moved to Kentucky, and currently teach English at a community college. Some activities and things I enjoy most are hanging out with friends, watching movies, reading, going to football or basketball games and tailgating, traveling when I can, and occasionally going to a concert or comedy club. I also write (fiction, mostly) in my spare time.
