Thank you for viewing my profile! I live by The Golden Rule on a daily basis and believe in serving God first, family second, and career third. I know how to be a best friend, as well as a supportive, loyal, faithful, and devoted wife and life-long companion. I am an "extroverted introvert." Although I would be considered an independent woman, I prefer the interdependency of marriage. There are so many wonderful graces and blessings in the Sacrament of Marriage. Through my very romantic, affectionate, thoughtful, and creative nature, I will show how much I love the "Love of My Life." I will move to where ever a holy marriage takes me. Because the Catholic population within 300 miles of Murray, KY is minute, I am certain that my future husband will come to me as a long distance relationship. I go to Mass more than once a week and to Adoration when able. I pray the Rosary on a regular basis and believe in praying through the rough times. I love Mass said in any language, especially in English, Latin and Spanish. I believe that the Latin Mass is the most beautiful form of the Mass. Unfortunately, it is not available in my area. I would love to be a mother. It does not matter if being a mother means being a stepmother, a biological mother, grandmother, or the adoptive mother of a child of any age. I am also content with motherhood not being God's Will in our lives. It is common for gentlemen to be concerned about being compared to a widow's late husband. Although we had a good marriage, my late husband is not on a pedestal. There is no need to compete with him.

Hello! Here's a part of my story.....I was married for thirty-three years when my husband passed away. I was fortunate to be employed at the the time but have since retired. I try to stay busy and volunteer several days a week for different activities at the church I attend. I would like to meet someone who shares some of my views, (but doesn't always need to agree with me, that might be boring). Someone to go out with to dinner or a movie, maybe for a walk or a drive, maybe a picnic. Someone to talk with, laugh and just enjoy each other's company. This fall I traveled for the first time to Europe and I Absolutely loved it! Italy was awesome! Naturally I didn't get to visit every city so I'm thinking I must return some day. Would be an added bonus if I met someone that would also enjoy an Italian, (or elsewhere), vacation.

I would consider myself a very easy-going person. I am a huge animal lover, especially dogs and cats (I have two dogs). I am very close with my family and believe that being family-oriented is very important. I enjoy going out with my friends, but I prefer low key nights with a small group of close friends. I love to laugh and I appreciate when someone has a good sense of humor. I was born and raised Catholic and I am looking for someone who shares my same ideals and values that I can build a relationship with.

I still enjoy my job after all these years, but I am looking forward to retirement! I plan to travel and although I have seen many places on this amazing planet, I look forward to experiencing many more. My time. My leisure time is usually spent with family and friends, reading and puttering around the house. I love hiking and I try to do yoga at least once a week. I plan to work on my golf game this summer.

I am the change I want to see in this world. I am enthusiastic about being of service in this world and I love yoga. I love my children and grandsons so very much. I have a positive outlook and don't tolerate whiners. There are many ways to solve one problem but the answer usually comes after I ask the Holy Spirit to lead, guide and direct my thinking. I love people in moderation and I love my own company. I love nature, gardening, autumn, spontaneous road trips, deep thoughts, writing poetry, decorating, creativity in all forms, thunderstorms, gothic-ghost stories, my church, the views of my elders and the thoughts and views of young people. I am keen on listening but I appreciate being asked about myself. I value humility but will wade through a compliment if I have to. I see the world as a beautiful place and I acknowledge my part in the big scheme of things. I have boundaries and I work to maintain these boundaries as to be able to effectively function within them. I am passionate about being fully present in the exchanges I have with other individuals. I believe in the importance of feeling like I matter, therefore I must always be cognizant of others need to feel valid. I have a Master's in Social Work with a specialization in drug and alcohol counseling. I am also a registered nurse. I tutor kindergarteners at a school where broken homes and absent fathers are the norm. I have gained patience and much tolerance along my journey. I have cultivated a life where strong female friends are all around me. I don't do small talk well. I don't believe in moaning about an issue without exhibiting a desire for change. My God expects me to put forth action in order to make the necessary changes in my life that allow me to maintain peace and serenity. Inner peace is my most valued possession. I would love to do some type of missionary work. I feel like my life is filled with vitality and purpose. I am a great supporting cast member but can stand the spotlight only briefly. There are no little jobs. I believe that the smallest tasks done for the glory of God become miraculous. I am a disciple and I wake up each day considering this, would I die for my faith today? If I can answer yes, it's gonna be a great day. I appreciate chivalry and a godly male perspective. This life lasts but a moment and I make my choices by God's will not mine. I like to cook and browse open air markets. I love sailing on occasion. Mountains, valleys and the scenic route, I like these.

I am divorced Catholic with almost "grown up" children. I am in Adult Corrections and work in a detention center/jail as a sworn Corrections Officer - it is challenging and rewarding. Each day as I deal with inmates and drug users I say "there but for the grace go I" In my free time I go to the gym, draw and watercolor paint and love to travel. I grew up living in Chicago and attending Catholic school all the way through High School (Go Sisters of Mercy!). The other part of the year my sisters and I went to Louisiana where my grandparents lived. Went to camp in Mississippi and love I the deep south. My parents have been married 54 years and my sisters and I are very close. Although we all live in different cities we find time to see each other, travel with each other and talk every week - they are a blast! 3 of my children are out of the nest and the last is in high school. When she is safely in college I plan to possibly leave Lexington and will hopefully relocate to Louisiana where my parents live or go sit on some far away island and snorkle - or join the peace corps....have not decided yet.

i am still learning about myself, but there are a few things I know. I love my two sons and their familes. i come from a large family, and lived in a small town until I moved to Louisville, at the age of 18. I have two dogs and one cat who share my home with me. I enjoy walking, and traveling. I went to Italy and Greece with my granddaughter. In fact, I just got home from visiting Disney in Florida. I loved the Harry Potter theme park. I still work but retirement is on the horizon. Then, I would like to learn a second language, and how to dance. Hi I'm Danielle, I am someone who loves to laugh. If i could describe my personality Joy is the emotion that is closest to the heart. Besides laughing my faith is very important to me. Me and Jesus are pretty tight. He has shown me my identity and the gifts he has given me over the years. My heart longs to serve people, the broken, the lost, the poor. Missions make my heart come alive. I am now studying Theology in Ky to one day work with people as my vocation. I like anything out doors; hiking, fishing, kayaking, if i can be out in the sun its a good time. My favorite place to hike is in the beautiful red river gorge. I think the best thing in life is company with people. playing cards, bonfires, deep talks. Its the little things in life. family is very important to me.
