63, Louisville, KYI was born in California and spent most of my adult hood in San Diego. My grandparents are from Italy. I relocated here in 2007 to be closer to my family. I am employed with a company in New Albany, IN. I have been a government contractor for the last tewnty five years. I am very close to my family which includes my daughter, my son, four grandsons, and 2 granddaughters. I enjoy football and baseball; i follow the San Diego Chargers. I don't mind spending my Sunday afternoons watching a good game. I enjoy a good movie, going to shows and out to dinner. My favorite time of the year is fall when the trees start turning. I love watching the trees turn. I'm very independent and can take care of myself; not looking for someone to take care of me. Just wanting to find that special someone to grow old with.
61, Owensboro, KYFirst passion, my faith and relationship with God. "For through faith you are all children of God in Christ Jesus. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ." Galatians 3:23-27. My passion in life is to run the race faithfully and complete the task set before me, that is, being a witness to the good news of God's grace~sometimes I fail. Second passion, my family~being a mother, grandma, and a sister. Third passion, being a Catholic educator, leading others to Christ and seeing God through the eyes of children is an awesome experience. My son has been influential on my life. He passed away at the age of 22 from melanoma. He was strong willed, having great faith and trust in God until he left this earth. In my leisure time I like reading, doing needlework, and gardening.
65, Louisville, KYI am a 65 year old Catholic woman looking for a good Catholic man. I have been a widow for six years now. I work in a Catholic elementary school for 16 years as secretary to the Principal. I have two grown married children and two granddaughters. I like to travel especially down to sunny places. I love to watch sports, especially football. I look forward to meeting someone and hopefully our relationship will bloom into something special. I might not be your first date, your first kiss, your first love but hopefully I can be your last everything.
65, Owensboro, KYI'm not really sure what to tell you about myself. So here goes.... I taught school for 29 years and that was very time consuming, but I really loved teaching. I worked with children who had special needs in the elementary school level. But now that i am retired I am passionate about the volunteering I do. I am a CASA advocate and I have one case. I am basically the 'voice' for children in the court system. I volunteer at BirthRight once a week. I help young moms and their children. Just recently I started volunteering in a kindergarten class. The children are so precious and so much fun to work with. My volunteering allows me to give back to my community. When I am not volunteering I like to read mysteries, historical fiction, etc. I also like to needlepoint. I have taken some classes in social work so I can best help the folks I volunteer for. A few years ago I finished a Master's in Theological Studies at St. Meinad in Indiana. The time spent there was wonderful. I have since gone there for retreats. It is so peaceful and lovely. I am hoping to go to Ireland to do some genealogy. I've done as much as I can do on the internet but I really need to check out the records. I enjoy life.
62, Lexington, KYI love spending time outdoors with my family, friends and my dog. I love to fish, go to the beach , try new restaurants but I am just as content watching movies at home. Since I am originally from southern Indiana and visit frequently I also like IU. I love trying new restaurants. I am thankful for all of the blessings that I have had and continue to have daily. I took care of my mother for many years until she passed away. I feel very blessed to have had the extra time with her. I count it as one of the blessings that I have had in life.
69, Union, KYIf there is music, you will find me there -- whether a concert, a band playing in a local restaurant, or at a festival. Keeping fit is extremely important for a healthy lifestyle and good eating habits are in order. Outdoor activities provide the exercise when golfing, walking, jogging, hiking or riding my bike. Reading, for me, is a very relaxing outlet. A retired business teacher, now is the time in my life to seek a man who enjoys and wants to share his life with me. Can we imagine a life together creating our own magical world. Smile, laugh, and be happy.

62, Flemingsburg, KYHello! I have been a farm wife for most of my life and loved every minute spent on a bumpy old tractor and still miss the hard work almost 20 years later. Education, with the rearing of a teenage daughter, by myself, had to be put on hold and an income had to be made to keep a roof over both our heads. With what education I did absorbed coming in handy in our small community's job market made it easy to find a job I enjoyed those many years ago. I now own a little place with my daughter (and the bank), and divorced. I have asked parish priests about an annulment and the have advised me not to get one until I need one, just to wait. I love most out door sports as long as I have a shady place to set and watch, had enough sun in my younger years so now I take to the shade. I still like to trail ride as long as the trails are not to rough and I am riding my own horse or another good gaited horse. An antique auction, movie, or an afternoon drive or family cook out is a fun way to spend time together. A home cooked meal just the two of us or maybe, just maybe, the family for supper only, and a movie for two at home sounds wonderful to me. I have never done this before, but a church retreat might be interesting for a weekend. I am getting older every day so I will try almost anything I want to at least once. When I find time alone I like to watch a good movie, I'm a movie buff, or I try to read a book, but when I start a book that's all I want to do is read the book till it is done and then I want the story to continue for the next "20 years". I could going on writing for the next hour but every one would get bored and that special person and I would not have any thing to talk about ourselves, so I'm stopping all typing now in Introducing myself.
69, Lexington, KYI am passionate about life and spending my time assuring my future is full of exploring, learning and adventures. Both of my parents' influence is still part of my life today. Now that I am retired, going to movies and concerts, taking walks, reading, playing tennis or playing bridge, planning trips to new places and signing up on catholicmatch dating sites are just a few of the activities I enjoy.
