65, Kenner, LAFaith is an integral thread in the fabric of my being. I am giving this site one more try, after much thoughtful consideration. I am a mom, my children are both grown. My son is the research director of the National World War II Museum. He is married to my wonderful daughter-in-law and they now have my beautiful grandchildren. My daughter is a graduate of L.S.U. and presently has her doctorate in physical therapy. She is married to my wonderful son-in-law. They are great kids and my dreams come true. I currently care for and homeschool my grandchildren until kindergarten. I am a Montessori teacher. I treasure my faith, my family and my friends. I enjoy reading, a good cup of coffee, my garden, traveling and movies. I trust that God will lead me where I need to be.
30, Baton Rouge, LAI'm a religion teacher and campus minister in Metarie. I'm so lucky that I get to do what my heart was made for in ministry! I co-host a Catholic radio show and I do some speaking. I also play music and it's what I'm really passionate about. I have a heart for mission work and although I haven't had an opportunity in a few years, it's something that I definitely see in my future. I love my French bulldog Chunk, the LSU Tigers and the New Orleans Saints. I like to have fun and be around people. No matter what we're doing, it's all about the people or person that I'm with.
66, New Orleans, LAI'm a native New Orleanian, raised in a traditional family, educated in parochial and Catholic High School, then went on to college where I got my B.A. in Sociology. Although I have not practiced in my field, I utilized the knowledge in my marketing and public service careers. I enjoy learning and, to me, life is an open book. I respect people who abide by the laws, are kind-hearted, considerate and responsible. I also love a stimulating conversation, good music, conviviality and, as we say in New Orleans, Laissez le Bon Temps Roule. I have close family ties despite being scatterred across the country and now the world. Makes for very interesting conversations. For a lady, I am handy and can hold my own with a sewing machine, a lost art. I try daily to "Walk the Walk".
41, Montauban, FRNative of France, I arrived in USA more than 10 years ago and still a strong French accent. Traveling and living overseas has been a fantastic experience, I used to live in East Africa and it has been a life changing. I wake up every day smiling and considering each day a grace. I love to walk in the country, take my nikes and run. I am curious for art, literature, understanding the world. I am creative, I love to paint and draw. I like a dinner with good conversation and a glass of wine. I love to spend time with my family -in France or USA when they visit me- and cooking all together for friends visiting or family. I am a very dedicated mom, teaching to my daughters to be thankful and compassionate and loving Christ. I care very much about values I give to my children and praying God together is part of our daily life.
52, Ball, LAI'm a responsible, kind, compassionate, and somewhat silly individual who enjoys making others happy. As a girl...yes, I do enjoy dressing up on occasion; but rather than a princess or diva, I'm more like the girl-next-door. You know, that girl in her jeans & t-shirt with little to no make-up and hair up in a ponytail. I love music, the arts, dancing, festivals, cooking/baking, and just spending time with family & friends. My faith is also extremely important to me. Although I enjoy reading it is not often for pure enjoyment. I read to learn and expand my understanding of the world around me...namely earth & human sciences, history, psychology, & philosophy/theology. I guess that would put me in the geek category. Lol. I also love good spirited discussions/debates. I most definitely do not seek to always be right as much as I choose to learn from the knowledge that another brings to the table. Within the confines of a relationship, I am affectionate & romantic and savor those comfortable silent moments when no words even need be spoken.

65, Baton Rouge, LAI was raised in N O and surrounding rural areas by a large, loving family: parents, grandparents, aunts uncles, cousins, friends. They all blanketed me with love and were an inspiration to me as I grew to adulthood. I have no children of my own, so I hope to pass this same love, sense of Christian values and balanced discipline onto my nieces, nephews and the young people in my life. I am an optimistic, idealistic single female. I think of myself as pragmatic but look for God's light in everyone I meet. Therefore, negativity and hopelessness make me sad but not defeated. Don't complain about things if you are not prepared to work for a better world. Since my retirement, I have enjoyed traveling, gardening, giving back to my community and relaxing with friends. I consider myselt fairly active, although I do not participate in sports. I'm an avid college , MLB & NFL sports fan. I do, however, enjoy leisurely pursuits such as plays, concerts, gallery visits, dining out and other pursuits. I'm opened to just about anything legal (lame attempt at humor).
33, Zachary, LAI have 4 children that I love very much! My grandmother influenced me a lot in my life .and I love to go out for dinner and go see a movie and do with my church and my kids!
59, Simmesport, LAI am an easy going person. Jesus is first in my life. I have three grown children and one grandchild. I love music so, I guess that's why my job in the music industry is so fun. I love people. Old, young, and in-between. Summer is my favorite season. I am looking for someone who will be there. Who will make me laugh. Who will enjoy this chapter in our lives.
23, Chiclayo, PEHi, I live in Peru. Have a 1 year old son who I adore and currently work part time and study graphic design. I like to illustrate and play the guitar occasionally. (FYI) Also, I'm often told I look a lot younger than I am, sometimes it's more a burden than a blessing.
