33, Florence, MAThese are never easy things to write. I started traveling the world since I was about 16 been to a dozen countries. I have studied many topics and cultures and am excited to learn of the unknown possibilities of what is to come. Of all the things that I have learned, love is the most important of them all. I know that is what the bible says along with that one should believe without seeing as in to have faith. I have had faith for a long time, but now I have seen and understand what it means to have true love. In this modern day the concept of love has been distorted, we now believe that it is a physical concept or show of materialistic offerings. To prove something to someone. It has been lost the concept of loving someone for who they are not for what they can give you. To truly love someone so that there isn't a second thought to putting the relationship in danger. To protect the other person and not just in the physical sense but protecting their soul by protecting their morals and values. As you read this, you may think that I'm describing a fairy tale or that this type of relationship is impossible. It starts as a friendship and with strong communication. It begins by building a strong foundation based on mutual trust and honesty. Laughter is often the best medicine. No relationship is perfect, there will be discussions which I welcome because I will either learn from them or consider all paths. Fights will happen people are passionate beings. Its how one recovers from that fight that bears the mark of true love. When they say that two bodies become one flesh and let no one tear apart, I take that seriously. On a lighter note, I still love to travel and to bake but I am an average cook. I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and I love the outdoors. I'm fairly useless with a hammer and have no clue what I'm looking at under the hood of a car but I am willing to learn. I love sports and watching movies or reading books. I love to play soccer and I play most of the year. If your world revolves around bar hopping, parties, drinking to get drunk, video games, and fantasy sports, I am not for you. Some of that in very small quantities is fine. I love most types of music, love to dance ballroom and latin mostly. I took up kickboxing, jiu jitsu, and piano as hobbies. If I had my choice and would live at the beach. I am very strong and independent but I would love to trust another someday enough to allow their protection. God Bless!!
