48, Rochester, MIMy primary focus is my relationship with God and Christ and others. I work to serve Him daily through my work as a therapist and mother, friend, Stephen minister, and parishioner. I was originally divorced, now widowed. My I learned a lot from it. My leisure time is filled with friends, family, skiing, swimming, golf, biking, walking, painting-watercolors) daily prayer/meditation and socializing with family and friends. I enjoy adventures and change and challenges. I enjoy working out with friends and my kids, dancing and good food for relaxation. I was competitive swimmer for over 12 years, and swam on scholarship in college, so being active is what I naturely gravitate towards. My hope is to share this joyful past time with another. Some additional ways I like to relax quiet time reading, being outdoors and joking and good laughs with friends and family. Been eating health and eat more fish and chicken. Originally divorced due to some pretty big struggles he was experiencing, but would have remarried him, when he passed away. I am now widowed for several years. We are content, happy, and are living life to the fullest, using our gifts. Charismatic Catholic and feeling blessed with God calling. Looking to make a good friend first, take time to get to know the right person and find the right person to grow closer to God with. Hope this find you well, God Bless.
28, Rochester, MII'm a pretty simple girl, just trying to follow God and His will for my life. My faith is the center of my world. My family is made up of 8 of the best people I know, and they challenge me every day to become a stronger and more faithful person. I became a godmother a few years ago and love spending time with my goddaughter! I definitely love to keep busy. When I'm not working, I enjoy tennis, waterskiing, running, and play competitive volleyball several nights a week. I love being outdoors... Michigan can be pretty amazing in the summer and fall. I'm always up for trying new things or going out with friends, but I also don't mind working hard or spending my free time helping my family or doing charitable work. I've been snowmobiling and parasailing, but I've also spent Easter Sundays at a nursing home in Detroit. One of my favorite quotes is from Blessed Pier Giorgio Frassati. He said, "The future is in the hands of God and better than that, it could not be."
50, Walled Lake, MII believe in being a Proverbs 31 and Ephesians 5 woman (Prov 31:10-12, A wife of noble character who can find? She is worth far more than rubies. Her husband has full confidence in her and lacks nothing of value. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life.). I find beauty in both the Novus Ordo and the Traditional Latin Mass. God is my security and strength. The Blessed Virgin and St. Anne are my daily companions, too. My job is in engineering, but my free time is spent on music, walking and playing with my dog and enjoying the simple things in life like looking at the stars and enjoying the peace and quiet of a nice day. I often look about me and marvel at the beauty that God has placed in the world. The flute and classical music is a serious passion of mine and what God has called me to. I perform as Principal Flute in a local orchestra, as a soloist and in various chamber groups, and volunteer for the National Flute Association. Liturgical Music and beautifying the Mass has been one of my primary ways of serving the church since high school. When time permits, cross stitch, needlework, and rubber stamping fill my free time (making gifts is a particular joy). If that makes you think I'm kind of a girly-girl, you would be right! Dresses and skirts are regular parts of my wardrobe, and pink is one of my favorite colors. Literature has been a lifelong love, and classics, F&SF, and religious books populate my overflowing bookshelves. Chesterton is a newer reading pursuit, and it's great to attend when the local ACS meetings fit my schedule. Debate is not my strong suit, but taking part in a great discussion is a true pleasure. I love baking, but there's no one to bake for! Herbs for cooking grow in pots on my patio during the summer (too bad there are no gardens permitted in my condo!). Socializing is important, but at the end of the day quiet time soothes my soul. Most popular entertainment doesn't appeal to me and is not in accord with my beliefs, so the TV is usually "Off" and movies are a rare treat. I prefer to walk and play with my dog, enjoy a good bridge game, or enjoy great conversation.
29, Lapeer, MIFor the time being, I am looking for friends, and if more develops from friendship, then all glory to Our Lord and Lady. The rest of my profile still stands true, as there must be a mutual respect and a sharing of hearts and minds among friends. Here's the deal! I'll tell you the type of manly character for which I am looking, but I'll also tell you about my character in return. I'm an old-fashioned, practicing Catholic girl with a zest for life, a frequent and sincere smile, and an easy-going personality (but that does not mean I'm a push-over). Faith, family and true friends are most important to me. My social life is geared toward family, friends and college events in preparing for my chosen career. Although I am often quiet, I can definitely hold a great conversation. I am an observant, people-oriented person. If it turns out that a young man and I can be true friends (not just acquaintances), we may be onto something special. A real friendship must be the basis of any (possible) courtship. How do I define courtship? Courtship involves 2 people in an exclusive relationship in order to assess shared morals, mutual attraction, love, loyalty, compatibility and complement-ability (ok, I made up that last word!) Exclusivity means "It's just you and me, kid." Should friendship lead to courtship, and courtship lead to love, why would you (or I) need to spend time with someone of the opposite gender? Btw, I come from a close-knit family. Getting to know me includes getting to know my family and spending time with us - something any decent young man will enjoy because my family is a LOT of fun! (Playing "Uno" according to "Our House Rules" is hysterically merciless.) Of course, courtship also includes "public dates" together like walking through town & window-browsing, perhaps attending a summer concert in the park, or maybe a simple but enjoyable afternoon of skating - and btw, if I fall, you get to chivalrously help me up! Then there's bocce, croquet, horse-shoes, bowling, a walk by the lake, a summer or fall bonfire - S'mores are a must! - and the end-of-summer Renaissance Festival.
25, Marlette, MIAbout me. Well... I like to think I am an interesting person, but don't we all? My hobbies include horseback riding, reading(is that a hobby?), and bike riding. I also enjoy writing books I never finish and drawing when the mod strikes me. I am an adventurous person and would much rather take a walk or go to a new place then go out to a movie or stay home on the couch. I am a friendly, laid back, outgoing person who loves life, nature, and, just being honest here, babies. I work as a Nurses Aide and it's honestly the most rewarding job I have ever had. It was an interesting journey that brought me to this job, but I'll save that for later conversation. I also breed French Bulldogs! Yes, they snore and fart. ;) They have great personalities though, so they are worth the occasional stink. I currently have one of my own and two shared with my sister and business partner, Mary. We are hoping to expand a bit more in the coming months. One think I do want people to know, is that my faith is number one. It comes above all, and if I am to find I life partner, he needs to be on the same page as me. The church is beautiful in all her teachings, not the convenient ones.
55, Grand Rapids, MIHello! I'm a generous person who likes to help others, a good listener, and have a bit of a dry sense of humor once you get to know me. I enjoy stitchery, reading, dining out, and starting golfing this summer. I don't watch TV very often. I have a dog and 2 cats and volunteer at an animal shelter. I would like to meet a man who is a conservative Catholic and shares the same values.
20, Milford Charter Twp, MIHello! My name is Alette and I am passionate about my Faith. I love to spend time with my beautiful family and friends. I love to read! I love fantasy books, especially Harry Potter, A wrinkle In Time, Narnia, and A Wizard Of Earthsea. During my free time I like to draw. Am a Graphic Designer, so art is very important to my day to day life. I love to laugh, sing, stay active and be silly.
51, Oxford Charter Township, MIThanks for checking in on me! Since you're so kind to do so, here's more on Kim, the person: I am a convert to my Catholic faith and very passionate about it! Not theological passionate (I can't follow directions up and down my driveway let alone remember chapter and verse of our catechism of it!), but "heartfelt" passionate. So much so that when I get to heaven, I'm gonna ask "what in the world?!" concerning a few things in my life; so, I'm looking forward to that! As you can see, I tend to be looking for the happy/humorous side of God's green earth and those who are on it. I also am not a big conversationalist and tend to the quieter side of life. I can be happy not saying much of anything and just observing as I would be to say lots when on a roll and on a favorite topic! I like to write better than talk, if I can get creative enough to put it into words. And I can't remember the last time I wore a dress or skirt, or make-up for that matter! So, if you are looking for a "girly-girl", I may not fit because I'm comfortable in my own skin.... and it's usually w/o make-up or fancy clothes. I think that all stems from being a "town-boy" and being active in playing sports growing up...? :o) The most influential in my life? The human, two feet on the ground kind, flesh and bone kind of folks? That'll be my dad; my "God mom" Sue (sponsor) who spent endless nights answering my Q's about the Church and led me to my Catholic faith; my bestest friend, Theresa; St. Bernadette Soubirous... I admit to being on the slacker side of leisure time and tend to be a homebody. So, I love to read (got 3-4 books going in every room in the house, including the "library" [bathroom]), play the one or two games I understand on my iPad, read conservative online posts, articles and websites. Used to be more active, but have been slowing down as of late; I used to like walking on nature paths, around lakes, leisure biking, etc. As with anyone, I come with some baggage that would take a very understanding, compassionate, empathetic man who can also see the inside - the heart - of a person and not the physical... and live his Catholic faith as I do. :o)
27, Grosse Ile Township, MII have been Catholic for a little over 5 years. I am looking for someone who shares the same religious views as I do. Ideally, I would like to find someone to attend mass, confession and receive communion with weekly. I am in the process of adopting my 10 year old niece and potentially my 2 year old nephew. My niece has lived with me since she was 5 years old and we are very close. Although I have not actually ever gave birth, she is basically my child which is why I have listed her as such. Although I just recently bought my house on Grosse Ile, I have lived here for over 10 years. I moved here my junior year in high school and after graduation, rented an apartment for a while. I absolutely love it here and just to be honest, have no intention of moving. So hopefully I can find someone who could potentially share my love of the island. My two most favorite things to do are boating and going out to eat. I love food and I love being on the water. I mostly listen to country music but enjoy other genres as well. Occasionally I'll hit the bar with girlfriends for some drinks and dancing. I usually prefer a night at home, cuddling with my dogs and watching Netflix. I also like having bonfires, weather permitting. I'm pretty laid back and like to relax in my down time. I would like to find someone who enjoys these things as well. Even though I'm not a huge sports fan I think dating someone who is can be fun. I mean, who doesn't like tailgating? I admire a man who hunts/fishes and have a HUGE respect for those who have served our country. I would prefer a handy man. If something breaks, I would rather my man be able to fix it than have to call someone else to do it. These are just a few things that would earn points in my book. I'm not really sure what else to say other than if you're interested after reading my profile and are a respectful gentleman, feel free to reach out!

23, Macomb, MIHello, My name is Genna and I am 23 years old. Some of my favorite things to do is being with family, going to church, and playing with my two year old niece, Olivia Nicole. I am the youngest in a family of five. My family is italian, very humble, and I wouldn't change it for the world! My biggest influence in my life would have to be my best friend, Ashely. She has been there through the bad and the good. Even though she lives out of state, I feel like she is always with me because of how much we communicate. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with the people i love the most, dancing, and watching Netflix. I am currently a student online through Rochester college, pursuing my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education. Children are my biggest passion and I absolutely love sharing my love of teaching with them.
30, Lansing, MIBefore any one or any thing else, comes my Catholic Faith. Lord Willing, I want to, someday raise a Devout Catholic family. Not only have my parents positively impacted my life, but also the two i.d. 9;16 (Intentional Discipleship) Groups; The Men and Women's Group and The Women's Group. When I'm not working outside the home, I like typing, going for walks, frisbee, jogging, playing board games, computer games; i.e. Super Smash Bros., card games, and last but not least, watching movies or television shows, and a vacation to a cottage, up north.
