31, Rochester, MNI graduated in May with my Masters in Education. After teaching two years, I have decided teaching in a school setting is not for me. In March I started working in Health care as a clinical assistant and I am loving working there and getting to help patients out. People may say I am not using my degree, which is true, but I am teaching people all the time. When I am not working I like to be outdoors enjoying nature or traveling to visit friends. I love to lay outside at night when it is warm enough to and look at the stars. I love to go camping in the summer when I get the chance and sit by the fires. I like to go hiking in the woods and fishing in the summer. I also go deer hunting with my dad every year and enjoy spending time with him. I enjoy spending time with my three nieces, who I am a godmother for. I love animals especially dogs(my parents have a golden lab and he is enjoyable to be around(he is a big baby and will sit on your lap)), but would not hurt a fly unless licking them to death would kill them. I am very close to my dad, He has taught me how to be strong and also how to live a humble life at the same time. I used to go to church every weekend, but now I have not been going as much as I have been working most weekends, and had a few bad experience, but trying to get back into going on a regular basis. I am looking for someone to help me get back into the faith where I used to be. I can tend to show my emotions "on my sleeve" quite a bit, which I am working on trying not to show them so much, but it is a part of me that has always been this way. I also tend to by shy until I get to know the person. I am not sure why I am so shy, but it is something that I am trying to work on not being. I look up to my grandma, who passed away in 2005. She was a very strong lady that even when she was dying, she always had a good heart and was always willing to help and take care of others. She was always someone I could call and talk to about what was going on in my life. If you have any questions just ask away.
27, Owatonna, MNHey! My name is Marianne...I love road trips, country music, and a good (or even bad) cup of coffee. Working as a long-term care nurse has shaped me and taught me more than I could ever imagine. Life is so precious, at all stages, in every form. <3 Just ask if you have any questions... would love to get to know some new people!
21, Rushford, MNHi everyone! I'm an optimistic person who loves to laugh and enjoy life. Currently enjoying my job as a registered nurse working in a Dialysis unit. I am passionate about nursing because it allows me the opportunity to help people who are really in need. Between my busy job and keeping up with my big family, you could say my life is organized chaos :) Some fun facts about me: I'm a twin, believe ice cream should be its own food group, and am a voracious reader (mysteries, fiction, biographies, billboards, cereal boxes, t-shirts, basically anything with words printed on it). My family calls me the Disney Princess since I often burst into song and love my high heels :)
26, Caledonia, MNGrowing up on a dairy farm and working with my family and my experience at Christendom College are two things that have been most influential in my life. I am the oldest of seven and was homeschooled growing up. Since graduating from Christendom I've returned to home to work on the farm while I study to be a midwife. I am passionate about dairy farming, growing and raising food; midwifery, serving mothers and babies; and my Catholic Faith. Living on a farm, sometimes I wonder where the leisure time is, and if there is any, taking a nap would be much appreciated. :) But I do like reading, baking, beekeeping, gardening, watching movies, dancing, etc.
21, Alpha, MNI am currently trying to survive my senior year of nursing school. When I am not in class, at clinicals, or studying though I am usually doing something with campus ministry, listening to music, or scrolling through Pinterest wishing I had enough artistic ability to do any number of projects.
23, Rochester, MNI was raised Catholic but my parents didn't practice it too much as I got older so I found the Catholic Church last year and will be baptized on Easter Sunday!:-) I am passionate about a lot of things. I moved here to watch my nephew so I suppose I am most passionate about that. But I also love tennis. I also just started Real Estate so I am exteremly excited about that too!
22, Rochester, MNI am currently a dental hygiene student set to graduate in May of 2017. In my leisure time I enjoy spending as much time as I can in the sunshine. I love hiking and exploring new places and am from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, which is the perfect place to do that! I like trying and experiencing new things and places and I also like down time to read, cook, or watch a good movie.
28, Rochester, MNHi, there! Going to start this off with some honesty and say that this online gig is stretching me beyond my comfort zone - I'm sure I'm not alone ;) But, I am looking forward to seeing what comes of it. So here it goes.... Growing up out in the country, I have a fondness for simplicity and the great outdoors! I have a deep love for my faith, family, and friends. I enjoy traveling, live music, sports, creating music videos (for fun), and ice cream :) I would consider myself social and like to meet new people. I think most would say I'm a go-with-the flow kind of gal. I find joy in serving others. I am a lover of life and am very aware of the beautiful blessings that have been bestowed upon me.
21, Rushford, MNHello! I'm a teacher who loves to write, paint, and hang out with my close-knit family. I'm not quite sure what to include in this introduction, so let's make this a little more interesting, shall we? Here're some random facts about me that may or may not be useful. I'm a twin, not identical. I love music. I ran over a rattlesnake with my car once. Color is my favorite thing. I play some piano, but fail miserably at guitar. I've written 2.5 books and hope to publish one. I can't find Easter eggs. I'm really good at Boggle. And contrary to the belief of two former students, I am not a vampire (I can't help being a pale Irish girl!). Send a note, I'd like to meet you!
25, Austin, MNWell, I love Latin Mass and gregorian Chant.I was a Missionary during almost 12 years. .. I think that some times I'm little shy. What I enjoy doing is to walk in the forest o to contemplate the setting of the sun and the stars in heaven ... I'm learning English
34, Slayton, MNI'm the kind of girl who likes to take the back roads or find a new route without using my GPS (ok, so I do turn it on if I get lost :) I'd much rather get lost in a really great conversation, you know the kind that moves from silliness and laughter to a depth and beauty that helps you see something or someone in a whole new light. Hmm...on a lighter note ;) puns make me laugh and I'm always in search of the best place to go ballroom, country or swing dancing...
23, Rochester, MNJust finished my health science degree at UMR. Currently in the surgical first assistant program at Mayo. I really enjoy trying new things and being outdoors! Also love ballroom dancing and spending time with friends!
