I'm a simple person who grew up in a catholic family. I work a lot of hour so it Is hard for me to meet new people. My family is important to me. It is also my good friends who help me thro so many things so I would have to say my friends are very important in my life. As far as leisure time there is not a lot of that in my life right now, I do work many hours. "I'm not sure what else I should write so that's it for now "

I'm a second grade teacher and teaching is my passion. I love getting up every day to make a difference. Outside of work I love sports and running. Hello, I have been dreading this part but here goes. What I look forward to most is working at an art museum surrounded by beautiful works of art, sharring my knowledge and love of art. When I left home and studied Art History at the University of Missouri in Columbia; that adventure allowed me spread my wings a bit, as corny as that sounds. I met people out of my bubble who made me question my comfort zone. The summer before graduating college my mom and I spent a week and a half in Boston and Ireland. It was a lifetime dream come true for both of us. My parents and I are very close, ecspecially my mom and I. My grandparents also were a strong influence in my life when they were alive; they taught me to embrace life. I am a private person, which has leads people to think that I am introverted, but once we find we have something in common my shell has long been shed. I like all things nerdy, comic books, science fiction, fantasy, tv shows, and regular books if I am not a personal fan of I at least have some knowledge of. I am also a passionate sports fan just not of the sports that are topically popular; hockey, baseball and soccer. I love the Saint Louis Blues, Kansas City Royals and Missouri Tigers. I like good food, who does not, and since spring has started being out in the sun is enjoyable. I am ultimately looking for someone to have fun with. Who also values their catholicism but who is not afraid to communicate their wants and frustrations with me.
  • Abigail, 21 from KCMO, MO
    21, KCMO, MO
Hey! My name is Abby and I'm 21 years old. I come from a large family. I have 18 siblings with only 13 of us living. Even though the 6 weren't born yet, they were still living and very much a part of our lives so they get counted :-). We may not have been able to hold them, but we still lived them and in a way knew them. It was so hard losing them, but God has a plan and we need to trust it. I love to cook and bake! I try to be crafty, but unfortunately I want blessed with a crafty bone in my body so I make do. Haha. Recently I've started working out. It was extremely tough at first and I would dread going to the gym, but now I actually enjoy it. I never thought I'd hear myself say those words, but it's true. I love spending time with my amazing family. We're all very close and live to hang out or just chill. Unfortunately, I don't have any nieces or nephews yet, but I'm hoping soon. There's wishful thinking though since none of my older siblings are married yet. Haha. My parents have lost hope of my two older brothers getting married anytime soon, so now they're focused on me. It's okay with me though since I really want to get married:-). I really hope that I can find a guy that gets asking really well with my family since they're so important to me. Plus, my dad has to really like him because of he doesn't....:O. Haha! I'm pretty laid back and easy going. I used to be extremely quite when I was younger, but I've since come out of that dark shell:-). I have a pretty good sense of humor. In a world like ours it's a pretty handy tool, so if you don't have one, you might wanna find one:-P. I consider myself a hard worker. Sometimes though I struggle with sticking to things and not quitting when it's tough. But I work on through to the other side saying: "get behind me Satan". It's a handy phrase lemme tell ya:-). I can't stand videogames or Anime. I'm a traditional Catholic. I attend the Latin Mass with the FSSP. I love it! I'm so thankful to my parents for raising my brothers and sisters and I in this beautiful rite. It truly is amazing! I'm a romantic at heart, sorry. Actually, no I'm not;-). It's the little things that I love most. It doesn't take much to make me happy.

Hi, I'm Raven. I live on Earth... for now (queue dramatic music). In my spare time I like to read, do photography, spend quality time with friends, and I love to restore and play guitars. And fair warning, I enjoy philosophical debates and good conversations to a fault. I have a tendency to make random observations about pretty much everything I see, so you will either find that endearing or annoying. I don't really know what else to say here besides that I'm an unusual person and I intend to stay that way.

I have a great sense of humor (you never want to lose your sense of humor in life), and am a good listener. Would enjoy spending time with a special someone whether that's going to a movie, dining out together, attending a live theatre event, or just spending a quiet evening at home. Like to dance, although haven't done much of that lately. I do still work full-time right now so traveling is pretty much limited to weekend travel or vacation time - weekend get aways can be fun. I have three grown children - all of them are out and on their own. Not really into pets, which I know, is the exception. Not a huge sports fan, another rare exception. Certainly open to expanding my interests.

I am retired but I keep busy with various things. I do some volunteer work, babysit grandchildren and exercise 4 to 5 times a week. I'm rather on the shy side and a little reticent about meeting someone on the computer. But it would be nice to find someone who enjoys doing some of the things I like; such as, live theater, movies, restaurants, jazz bars, symphony and dancing. Also, just watching movies at home with a bowl of popcorn is fun.
  • Theresa, 48 from Independence, MO

Hi. I'm new to this. I have 4 children who are my priority and I'm a busy working mom, but I would like to meet someone who I could have a relationship with--someone who shares my faith and attends Mass with me. I have a job that I enjoy, but between it and the kids, I have little free time. I dream about traveling someday when I have the time. I had the opportunity a few years ago to visit my daughter while she was studying in Spain and we really enjoyed spending a week touring the country. I was also able to visit Italy some years ago and I absolutely loved seeing all of the churches and the Vatican. I am divorced (with an annulment) and I choose to look upon my marriage with feelings of happiness for my gifts of 4 children and the extra family I received when we married. In my leisure time, I enjoy watching and going to baseball games (Go Royals!), watching tv, reading, going to Starlight Theater or the movies, and baking.

What am I passionate about??? I am passionate about my family, what I believe in but still open to change... love the simple life but still enjoy the occasional city outing. But I love the country life, how time seems to move slower, watch things that you planted grow. I will say my mom play a huge part in how I turn out, along with my brothers and sisters. Well if you would like to know more, ask me?
