44, Brooklyn, NYI love going to the movies, concerts (I love music!), baseball games, hockey games, the theatre, and museums. My favorite hobbies include reading, dance, baking, and photography. I am a huge NY Rangers & NY Mets fan. My favorite times of year are fall and winter. My family means a lot to me. I have three nieces (one is my goddaughter) and a nephew (my godson) that are a very important part of my life. I was blessed with a close and loving family. I have an Associates degree in Broadcasting. I just received my BA in Psycology and am thinking of going to graduate school for Mental Health Counseling or School Psychology. I work at a Broadway theatre, which I have been doing for 20 years. My religion is very important to me. I would love to end up with someone who feels the same, but if he doesn't, he needs to respect my feelings. I don't know how I would have gotten through a lot of tough times without my faith. Also, the happy times are made even better because of my faith.
60, Woodhaven, NYI am a single, never been married, woman. I especially enjoy watching movies on Turner Classic Movies but like current movies as well. At this point in my life I would like to enjoy going to movies, dinner or drinks and get to know someone with similar interests.
71, Forest Hills, NYI enjoy being with my family and I do so as often as we can. I am active with a pretty busy schedule of family, friends and my work in real estate. I enjoy much of what Manhattan has to offer, the beauty and serenity of Long Island, the mountains and of course ocean beaches. Gardening my small garden, a good movie or the theatre. I love to camp and explore esp in New England, Vermont, New Hampshire, Mass. and Maine. For most of those places autumn is the best season of the year, beautiful colors and fragrance of fallen leaves. Love to go antiquing, concerts of oldies and contemporary music.
55, Ozone Park, NYTime well spent with the elderly and listening to their stories about their loves, family and friends is probably one that I am passionate about. Just to make them laugh is more than enough to make me happy. Every person I have met in my life have influenced me in one way. Either they inspire me to do good or change something they have not done as good. My purpose is to make a difference in their lives and do something to make their remaining years more meaningful and fulfilling. I guess our past is our greatest teacher. We can only learn from our experience. I believe our fate has been written and its up to us to find it. The people we meet in our lifetime teaches us, in one way or the other, about the choices we need to make, based on our past, the present and our future. My two best friends who lives in California have served as an inspiration for me. I stopped complaining about life because my challenges are nothing compared to what they had to go through in life. I admire the both of them, and they are true examples of God's work in terms of love, patience, understanding, forgiveness and perseverance. Love to read self-help books. My favorite is Orrin Woodward's RESOLVED. Long walks on the beach with a friend, having lunch then relaxing with a bottle of red wine. Enjoy Peter White's music as well.

My hobbies are learning German and going to events. I hope to learn a couple of foreign languages, just for fun. I don't have kids and I have a strong preference for men without minor children. Forgive me for that. If you think you might be interested, send me a note and we can explore the possibilities. Ciao!
26, New York, NYI have been living here in New York for 6 years and it has allowed me to discover more things about life. I think one of the reasons why I am still going forward is that God has been faithful to me and my family, He has been providing for all of our needs. My parents raised us catholic and I am very thankful for that. My faith is very important for me because it has shaped me immensely. I am very outgoing. I enjoy meeting new people and learn from them. I like to dwell on the brighter side of things instead of the negativity. I am far beyond perfect but I am striving to be the person that God wants me to be.
25, New York, NYLife's really simple; people make it complicated. To answer the sample questions... I'm passionate about helping others reach their full potential. Meeting and talking to people from many different walks of life has been influential and helped me understand other perspectives. In my free time, I'll try a new activity/restaurant, catch an NBA game at the bar, or study a foreign language.
67, New York, NYWell what shall I say about myself. My mom was a big influence in my life as with most young girls. My dad was a good man but very busy working and try always to make extra money. I went to Catholic elementary school and high school . But then I decided to go to Queens college and there I got a great education although socially it was a disaster. I was in a good relation ship for 10 years with a wonderful man who unfortunately died 10 months ago. I have been trying to do things on my own and am ok with that but it is so much better to share life's experiences with a partner. I love art and do guided tours at a major NYC museum . I also love to travel but I will be slowing down with travel because I have been to many wonderful places already. I would really love to meet an honest caring man . I am flexible in many ways and try not to have preconceived notions about people but rather try to keep an open mind and never be judgmental. I guess that is it.
