48, Lake Placid, NYSome essential characteristics I am drawn to.. Communication: It's open and easy; we can talk about both serious and silly stuff. A living faith: a sense that our behaviors and thoughts are prayers - living testimony to our beliefs and our desire to do what is right. Honesty: You dislike hypocrisy and lies, and seek the truth even it is difficult or unpleasant. A sense of culture: you appreciate technology but are not tethered to it; heritage of people and places is enjoyable. Camaraderie: You can help me grow in faith and love of life, accepting what can not be changed and forging new paths through struggles...... If we can find these things, many other good things should follow: we'll be good with young and old alike, balance work and play, enjoy nature and art; and will help guide each other towards heaven. P.S. About contraception: If I was 25 meeting "Mr. Right," I'd be all for only NFP. My concern is change of life irregularities and the risk of childhood abnormalities with a first pregnancy late in life. I know we're supposed to be open to whatever God sends our way. But I also feel it is somewhat irresponsible to have sex in your late 40's and not recognize the increased risks and then if I we had a Down's child say, "it must be God's will." Well, maybe it was God's will to not have sex! ;) But seriously, these are not easy issues, and we'd have to be realistic, discuss it, and take responsibilities for our actions.

28, Plattsburgh, NYMy son is my biggest passion in my life. He is in grade school and keeps me on the run, for sure. Exercise is my next biggest passion in life, and my son and I regularly exercise together. I love the outdoors, especially running and hiking. There's something beautiful about climbing from our messed up world to the top of a mountain to see just how breathtaking the big picture, that God has created, can be. My faith is very important to me. I try to read the Bible and pray the rosary every night. Some nights I end up falling asleep while trying to finish the rosary, but at least I tried. I love to laugh. Who wants to go through life being serious all the time anyhow. I'm a hopeless romantic that loves, and prefers, when a guy takes the initiative of the first step.
54, Carthage, NYHi, my name is Randi! I am 54 years old and have 3 grown children, and 3 grandchildren and I like to spend a lot of time with them. I enjoy being around other people, long walks, action and comedy movies, and different kinds of music. I am looking for a long term relationship, someone who is upbeat, and enjoys some of the simple things in life. I myself would rather be sitting around a bonfire, or playing golf, than shopping at a mall. I enjoy cooking and baking and working around my house. I have a good sense of humor and I love children and animals. When the nice weather is here, I like to be outside doing just about anything. Conversation is very important to me as well as being open minded and honest with each other. I have been divorced for almost 10 years, and am ready to put myself back out there.
57, Plattsburgh, NYI am passionate about treating humans and animals right. My parents were influential with my upbringing. I was taught to be honest and hard working. I plan to work another five years and then I would like to retire, do some travelling, and probably work part-time. I like going on cruises as the cruise ships spoil their passengers and that's okay to be pampered once a year! I am looking for a life partner to travel with, open to new things, has grandchildren as I do to spoil and to share life experiences with. I don't smoke and drink only occasionally. I like to read, always looking to learn something new and look for the best in a person. I will treat you with kindness and respect and would appreciate the same. After I retire, I am looking to spend winters in warmer climate. I am looking for a relationship near my present location. My latest exercise is learning pickleball! I am a positive, spiritual person and am looking forward to meeting you, chilling out in the evenings with you talking about our day, or going for an evening walk together and discussed what is planned for tomorrow.

27, Plattsburgh, NYI love reading, playing cards and/or board games, dancing, and doing trivia at local restaurants. My family and friends have been the most influential in my life and I value them. I'm passionate about seeing the good in others and being a helping hand whenever possible.
42, Watertown, NYI think I am here to just make friends. The last couple of years have been full of sorrows and, thank God, just as many joys, so thinking about a date is too much pressure right now! Friends=no pressure, so I prefer to think of meeting new people in that way. I have deepened my faith this year (I hope!) and thought, "It would be really nice to have a conversation with a catholic guy." Hm. I can't recall that I've had one of those. Ever. Well, maybe once.....?
