Croeso! Salve! Bienvenue! Willkommen! Benvenuto! Intellectually curious, aspirationally Welsh, and very fond of languages. I love short sermons and long walks to shrines. I also agree with Hilaire Belloc, who says, "If we are to be happy, decent and secure of our souls: drink some kind of fermented liquor with one's food; go on the water from time to time; dance on occasions, and sing in a chorus..."

Summer is my favorite time of the year. I love the beach and the warm weather! I love going to the beach and listening to the sound of the waves. I enjoy hiking, especially during the fall. I like being active and playing sports. I enjoy traveling. As an educator, I spend my summers traveling and learning about different cultures. I've visited several countries in Europe, Central and South America. Cool fact: I have visited almost all the countries in Central and North America. I'm missing 3 countries.

I am a down-to-earth woman seeking a a possible soulmate within the Catholic Church. I would like to grow together with someone and learn more about the teachings and applications of them during daily living. I am trying to learn more about the Catholic religion on a regular basis. My interests include reading, cooking, and sports such as baseball and basketball. In the future, I hope to pursue a career working with young children in a teaching related field.

I believe myself to be a person who is genuine, warm, open-minded, and passionate (whether it be passion with regard to relationships, or passion about a topic which is important to me). In fact, passionate discussion which leads to a "battle of wits" is often welcome ;) Despite my enthusiasm for exciting conversation, I also know the value of down time where heated debates take a back seat to simple relaxation. In this respect, for me, sitting at home and watching TV can often be just as much fun as going out. But, when I DO go out, I enjoy going to museums, dining out, going to a baseball game (go Yanks!), or even taking a leisurely walk. Sharing these experiences with family, friends, or a significant other often makes the experience more rewarding. However, I also value alone-time which allows me to be reflective. This can be personal reflection which leads to greater self-knowledge/awareness; sometimes it is spiritual reflection; or sometimes I am simply contemplating the beauty of nature... a tree with bright red leaves in autumn, a peaceful snowfall, seeing the brightness of the moon against the night sky. These are all things which I appreciate, and I hope my partner will appreciate them too.

I work as a full-time PT in a nursing home. I love my work. It gives me fulfillment whenever I see patients getting better so I don't mind the stress at all.At present, I am still happy here in NY. I have my friends that I hang out with during weekend, time permits. We usually eat out, depending on our cravings, we go to church, we walk around, we ride a bike, we go to different places that tourists love to go to, we love watching series( binge-watching), we play table tennis, and whatnots. I am a simple woman with simple needs and joys!. I am a family-oriented person. We have a very close-knit family which I am grateful about.Whenever I'm not working, I try to find time for myself, and that's very necessary. I can find bliss on simple things like walking around, singing, reading my favorite book, sleeping in, watching any movie that I feel like watching at that particular time.I am really simple which can be boring sometimes, but I am ready to enjoy life and learn new things in a way of course that I'm not losing my identity. I also love kids, that's why I love my nieces and nephews. Kids are wonderful souls :) they keep you sane and young. :) I'd like to see myself having my own family, God willing.

I am by far someone who could be called an "overachiever". I enjoy feeling useful and working in something that makes sense, that benefits the ones in need and that has a positive impact in society. I came to the US almost 20 years ago and little did I know being in this country was going to change my life so much. I belong to a very traditional family who is career accomplished and well connected in my country of origin. The first crash was to understand that I was not in my native country and that here I had to work my way to get something. I embrace that challenge by going to school and working in biomedical topics. My father is probably the one with more influence in my life. I received encouragement, continuous support and a positive feedback. My leisure time lately has been devoted to sleeping! Believe it or not, I am able to get very busy. However, when I do feel that I am overworking I tend to do crafts such as pictures, painting, knitting or things like that. I like to bike, swim and pilates. I am looking for someone to share my passions of life, I am not primarily interested in a physical relationship. I rather get to know someone first!
