I am a kind hearted, sweet, thoughtful and caring person. I believe the Lord should be the driver of my life and in my search for a partner in life. In my discernment, I have been called to married life and have taken this step to seek what the Lord has in store for me. I seek for the person whom the Lord wants for me. In my mind, I believe I will consider a stable man who is able to head our household to a life centered in God. I believe it would help if the man seeks God in making all types of decisions...a man with strong faith. I also believe the trait of being able to listen is also important. If the Lord asks, I believe a suitable partner is someone who would respect me and will help me get closer to heaven....with a strength in his character to withstand life's challenges. Ofcourse on the practical side, it is necessary for the man of the house to have a steady and stable job.

Hi! I'm Amy. I grew up in Georgia and moved to Charlotte to attend college. I am mostly a homebody but I love spending time with my friends no matter what we are doing. I love to read and I love to write. I would really like to write some children's books. My favorite book is Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. Ever since I first read it in middle school it has been my go to book when I want something to read. It is an amazing story and a great example of gothic literature. I love Harry Potter and Doctor Who and I completely geek out over them. Honestly, I am like a kid in a candy store. I went to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter in October and it was the most awesome thing ever. I can't wait to go back, especially since they are building Diagon Alley now. I do like to try and experience new things. Sometimes I can take a little convincing if it is too far out of my comfort zone like when my friend decided we should go to the white water center in town and go white water rafting for the first time. It was amazing but it took some convincing on her part to get me there. I adore going to the theater. It doesn't matter if it is a play, musical, ballet, or opera. I love it all. My favorite musical I have ever seen live is Wicked. It was amazing and I can't wait to see it again. I am also excited that Newsies is finally coming on tour and that it will be making a stop in Charlotte. I was lucky enough to be able to see it on Broadway a year ago and I would love to be able to see it again. I studied history in college. I think it is the stories that draw me into that discipline. Being able to read a primary account and find out something about this person who lived two, three, five hundred years ago just fascinates me. I am currently working on my family's genealogy and I know it makes me a nerd but it is really exciting. Anyways, that is a bit about me :)

I am a transplant from Michigan. Moved to Charlotte for work. I am a fun loving, easy going, woman who just loves to enjoy life to its fullest. I love my family, even though they are in Michigan, we are very close. Family means the world to me. I love to golf, boat, swim, kayak, hike, and pretty much do anything outdoors. I am a sports fan and like to attend sporting events. College football is the best...GO BLUE!! I do miss professional hockey down here, as I coached and played hockey before moving to Charlotte...a Red Wing fan for life! Love living in NASCAR country and going to the races. My dog is my little guy, my baby, my child and yes I spoil him! I love to travel, whether it be planned or spontaneous, international or in the States. There is just so much beauty out there to see and take in. Life is good!

I have amazing college age kids (Go Pack x2), fabulous family and friends, a great career and a deep faith in God. I am truly blessed. I've learned life is just too short not to be happy and live each day to the fullest. I strive to live each day with grace, gratitude and plenty of laughter. I typically spend my leisure time enjoying all of the things a city like Charlotte has to offer- restaurants, museums, sporting events, theater, festivals, concerts, "parties in the park" in the late spring/summer, one of our many coffee shops or our greenways. I also enjoy the beach and mountains which are both so close to Charlotte. I really enjoy traveling, near or far. I'm just as comfortable in the front row in a little back dress as I am on the back porch in jeans/yoga pants and a tee-shirt. I love turning up the music and cooking healthy home made goodness for my family and friends. When the music is turned down, I like to snuggle by the fireplace under a blanket with a book/movie or with that special someone. Life is pretty great. Having somebody to share it with would be even better. A little more about ME: 1. Super Mom of two college kids, 19 and 21, with the ability to run in heels. 2. I work with major health and academic systems on patient care pathways. I work from home in Charlotte but, travel often. I spend a lot of time in the Triangle area. 3. Laughing until it hurts and great friends/family are a big part of my weekend. 4. I walk a few miles everyday with my two dogs when I'm in town. Otherwise hotel treadmills. 5. Looking for my Rock, the man that helps me feel "safe".

You'll find that I'm a genuine person and sincerely respectful, caring and unselfish. I seek these attributes in another person who with me will share my faith and join me in my continued faith journey. So yes, faith comes first, then sharing my passion for an active lifestyle is high on the list too. Fitness including walking, running, hiking are among my favorites. I look forward to family time and celebrating special occasions with them. There's always a reason for a party! Sunny places are my favorite; not so fond of the cold. There are so many opportunities to try new things or visit new places which piques my interest. Making the most of each day, using the gifts that God gave me and thanking him for those blessings is my daily driver. Energetic, passionate and gracious best describe me!

I am an upbeat, positive, petite lady who truly enjoys her work, but also loves to have fun with friends and family. I am a genuine and caring person who is family-oriented. My faith is very important to me. I am divorced and have received an annulment. Have six years really passed so quickly? I have taken time to heal, to give to my three wonderful children (now adults) and to be financially independent, and I am ready for life's next chapter. I enjoy movies, shows, trying new restaurants (or old favorites), outdoor activities, and watching football and basketball, especially the Panthers...yes, even this year! Healthy living is important to me, and I love to browse at the Farmer's Market for inspiration. I added yoga and pilates to my workout this year, and I love it. I like to have fun with friends and be active, but I also indulge my inner nerd at times by visiting a museum, reading or seeing the latest Marvel or Star Wars movie. I love the Carolina's, and enjoy both the beach and the mountains, although my profile pics don't show it--it seems I have been behind the lens of the camera more than I have been in front of it, so I have little proof! :)

Born and raised a catholic. My dad was an ex-seminarian, mom was a catechist and one of my brother's a priest....you get the picture. My faith was a big part of my life growing up but once I moved away from home it started to become monotonous...I had a bit of spiritual dryspell. I did a little bit of exploring, attended other non-catholic christian churches but found myself missing the Mass. So I got re-acquainted with my own catholic faith and now have a new found appreciation of the catholic traditions and a more personal relationship with God. I like running, swimming and hiking but some days I just want to stay at home and watch tv all day. I work in IT so Im also a bit nerdy. I dont think I fit in any kind of stereotype. I try and struggle everyday to be a good catholic...one thing I learned I can't do it alone, everything is grace.

Hi, I am an avid sports fan - particularly for the teams in Boston and Chicago. I love to read, go to the movies, travel and spend time with my daughter. I love to experience new cultures, relax on the beach, go for a hike, or just sit and watch TV. My family and friends are very important to me. I adopted my daughter from Guatemala and cherish every moment with her. I am looking for someone to be my partner in life and share life's experiences with.
