33, Youngsville, NCI was raised a Protestant & later converted to paganism. As an adult, I realized that Catholicism is the One True Faith, & I want to spend the rest of my life serving God the way He intended. A priest said from his pulpit that it was amazing that I ever found Catholicism, & I do have to agree that my conversion was amazing! My catechism instructor said that I'm the best catechumen he's ever had, & that I'll be a good Catholic. I'm striving to live up to that! Unfortunately I have made mistakes in my past, & most people will lose interest right away. I am the single mother of 2 beautiful children. My daughter Samantha is 13 and my son Jared is 11. They don't know their bio father; he left before they could even form memories & is no longer in our lives at all. He has no legal rights and there's no "ex drama". Obviously, we're hoping to move on with our lives. My son is severely autistic to the point where I can't currently go to Mass. He can't go & I'm the only one who can handle him. I know that's a lot to handle, & if you're still reading, God bless you. You must have a big heart. More about me personally...I strive to be sweet, nurturing & feminine. I only wear dresses/skirts & try to practice the virtue of modesty. I believe in homeschooling. I love animals (there are very few that scare me). I am intellectually curious and love researching and learning about a variety of topics on a weekly basis, from history to random trivia. I feel most at peace during storms because I love the rain. I'm a pretty good cook. I love cooking for people and seeing the enjoyment on their faces. I'm frugal and love finding great deals. I do watch some TV, but not much by modern standards. I mostly watch news and classic TV shows or movies. I have a particular affection for Twilight Zone. Still, I tend to watch TV sporadically instead of regularly. If you can make it past my profile, you'll find a true lady who wants to settle down & raise a nice, devout Catholic family. I hope to be the kind of woman a man can be safe with. I know God wants me to be a saint. I'm trying to strive for that & feel especially called to charitable service. There's a big place in my heart for people who are suffering & I hope God uses me to help them. (As an aside, I do have a tattoo that I got at the age of 19. However, it's completely hidden. And yes, I regret it anyway.)
68, Cary, NCMost of my friends see me as an "out of the box" type of person, meaning that when God created me, He threw away the mold :) I can be very quiet, seen as serious at times, yet can be a bit of a playful clown in order not to take things so seriously. They also see me as a person who, tries hard to stay on the narrow path going to Heaven. Prayer is not only something I do, it's a way of life for me. It's that crucial to who I really am... Like many others I actually enjoy, Nature, genuine affection, sincerity of words, the company of friends, laughter, children's way of perceiving the world - simple, direct, uncomplicated. The older I get the more I prefer simplicity. If nothing else it sure saves alot of time... In the Myers Brigg analysis of personality types - I am an INFJ the rarest of personality types. I've come to believe that in knowing oneself, it not only is freeing but quite practical as well.
46, Goldsboro, NCI am a casual girl with random flights of fancy. I am goofy and trip over my own feet. I want to make someone happy and accept the same nurturing in return. I am not one to fall head over heels easily so it will be a slow process.
63, Hampstead, NCI enjoy getting together with my friends, who mean a lot to me, yet do not mind spending time at home. Everything in moderation..... I love to laugh, dance, be out and about. I look forward to one major trip a year. Love my friends!
46, Chapel Hill, NCI'm not perfect nor am I looking for perfection. Perfect for me comes in a multitude of shapes and personalities. I'm open and honest. If you want to know something, just ask me. I don't have any children of my own but love my nieces and nephews dearly. I am also considering adopting an older child/children. In short, yes I love kids.
56, Fuquay Varina, NCtravel, reading spiritual book, my parents are the more influence people in my life, i was in catholic private school in my country and i no believe in divorce.

54, Wilmington, NCIt's such a grand world and short time we have to explore and enjoy it and I'm trying to do just that! I love living! The ocean, the mountains, the sky, the clouds, trees, birds, flowers, children, elderly, youth, rivers, etc..you name it and its worth loving. My family is very important in my life. My faith is a game changer for me. I enjoy photography, reading, outdoors, travel, farmers markets and such. I've been on my own for a long time and am very comfortable, independent and for the most part happy. It's tough at this age to meet someone. I look around my own parish and it seems full of lovely married couples and families. I feel lonely and want someone who shares and loves the Catholic faith with me, to sit with me, pray, sing, kneel and just be in the body of Christ with me. I'm not clingy or needy by any means. I can come across uninterested even when I'm just the opposite. i am affectionate and joyful. I am praying for an honest man with faith and similar interest. My goal is not dating or accumulating friendships. My goal is a courtship that leads to marriage. I would welcome the chance to adopt children or foster them, even at my age. Children are the jewels of this world and so many are cast aside. I Want to travel more and hope to find someone who shares that dream. I am organized (sometimes too much), a stickler for cleanliness, definitely not a hoarder, and I like to plan things out ahead. I wake up early and go to bed early. I enjoy lively intellectual conversation of politics, theology, apologetics, current events, history and more. I've studied a great deal of theology, church history and apologetics on my own, I'm a convert and that process did not come easily. I was a reformed Presbyterian before God opened my heart and mind. My path to the Church was much like Scott Hahn and his wife's. I am often dismissed by family members for my faith. However my children and grandchildren are devout Catholics, as I am. I am an avid supporter of the Sanctity of Life and try to be as active as I can in those areas. My son is Executive Director of a non profit ministry in the church for young boys to mentor them to chaste, devout, and faithful Catholic men. I know I need to be more active and would love to meet someone who would help me get that motivation. I used to be so much more active and fit (haven't we all been there?) but seriously, I was an avid cyclist, routine kayaker, gym rat and hiker. I know I can get there again.
39, Durham, NCHello! I'm Lizbeth, I'm 39 years old and I'm from Mexico. I tried to be everyday the best Mom I can be. I enjoy simple things in life and what I love the most about someone is honestly.
25, Chapel Hill, NCThese profiles feel really awkward, but I'll see what I can do: I've lived in Chapel Hill since I was five, and I enjoy being near my family. I studied archaeology in college, so naturally I got a job in the pharmaceutical industry. Really, my passions are research and writing - whether it's about ancient projectile points or a pharma company's business structure. In my down time, I like movies, Netflix, food, and good arguments. I've dabbled in martial arts and love all types of dancing. Most of all, I don't think life should be taken too seriously.
