35, Steubenville, OHHello! So this is the part where I say all these amazing things that will make you want to pick me out of all the ladies here! That's a tall order but Ok, here it goes! :) I'm the type of girl who is always willing to make you laugh or at least roll your eyes with a bad pun or a really dumb joke. I'm often called 'a walking encyclopedia of useless knowledge', I'm fast to pick up on moods and I'll do my best to lift up the spirits of anyone who is down. I'm quick-witted and I have a bubbly yet sarcastic sense of humor. I'm more of a homebody and I prefer to stay in have dinner and a movie than to go out, albeit I do enjoy a fun night out on the town. I know the difference between a hammer drill and cordless drill and can changed the oil in my car. Impressed yet? ;) I teach catechism, spend time with Our Lord each week and certainly know my way around the kitchen. I own my own home, car, have a good job, professional, academic, intelligent and love to talk about a wide variety of topics. While I do like my job, my dream job has been to be a wife and stay at home mom if the Lord so wills.
34, Steubenville, OHMy friends describe me as faithful, persevering, and fun. I love the Lord and I love to sing. God has a sense of humor taking me from majoring in musical theater with a dream to be on Broadway to my current role as a grad student. I'm currently working on a Master's in counseling and hope to be done within a year. I also love to travel and love the outdoors. Some of my favorite memories include traveling around Europe as well as time living in Central America. Random fact: training for another half marathon. I am content staying in and hanging out with a good movie and a glass of wine or going out for live music with friends! I grew up in the Boston area (my family is still there), I spent many years working in Atlanta, GA and would love to go back and I'm currently in Ohio. Needless to say, I'm not set on a certain area of the country, although the warm weather and beach calls my name, so maybe Florida! If you have any questions, just ask ;)
29, Steubenville, OHI recently moved back to Steubenville to work for Franciscan University. I absolutely love my job and am extremely blessed to work where I do. I have a handsome son from a previous relationship that ended. I am grateful that I am in a place that supports me as a single mother while I can grow in my faith. My road hasn't been the easiest but I have a lot of love and support in my life. I am deeply in love with my faith and know it's a big reason for my continued joy and want to share that with someone.
32, Marietta, OHId like to think im an easy going and laid back person. Im a very optimistic person and enjoy a good laugh. I enjoy spending time with my one and only daughter, my family and friends. I enjoy watching football, baseball, and soccer, and will play various sports for fun. If you wanna know anymore just ask! Hope to hear from you soon!
32, Stockport, OHMy faith is the most important thing in my life, and family and good friends are extremely important to me also. I look forward to being a wife and mother someday, and pray that I will be a good one. I am very outgoing and love to laugh. Many people have told me that I'm very compassionate. I am from the country and love being outdoors. Riding horses is my favorite hobby, though I also enjoy working out, dancing, or just enjoying time with family or friends. I also like working outside and am used to helping out on the farm; putting up hay, butchering steers, and gathering firewood. I love a good challenge and learning new things. I also enjoy the simple things in life: the stars at night, beautiful sunsets, good music, laughing out loud, and fires in the fireplace. I love our beautiful Catholic faith, and feel blessed to have been raised in a Catholic home, by parents who put their faith first. I am not perfect by any means, but I do believe in trying to do what is right. I see myself with someone who likes to ranch or farm, and I definitely see myself always having horses. I team rope when I can, but I still have a lot if room for improvement! :) Someday I would like to take my family on a mission trip for the "family vacation." I think it would be a great learning experience for kids to help them understand how blessed we are in the US. Engineers Without Borders and Habitat for Humanity are two organizations I have been involved with in the past, and would like to be in the future.
26, Steubenville, OHHi! Thanks for stopping by! I think that most of my family and friends would consider me a pretty easy going person. I am passionate about my faith, family, friends and treating everyone around me with love and respect. I strive to love God with my whole heart, mind, soul and strength and to love my neighbor as myself. I want everyone I encounter to feel cared for and important in both my personal and professional life. I want to grow in holiness each day and to serve others because my ultimate goal is heaven. I love to spend quality time and relax with family and friends, have deep conversations, play games, watch movies, read, explore and so much more than I can list on here!
23, Steubenville, OHI am passionate about most importantly, about my Catholic faith. I truly believe God places the right people and places in our lives for our own good. What I have learned the most about life and experiences is that, it's a journey. A journey to strive for holiness and heaven. But through the good and through the bad our loving Father is always there. I also truly believe, God has a GREAT sense of humor. But hey, that's why we call it the Divine Comedy. I look forward to whatever plans/adventures God has in store for me, and my loved ones. I strongly feel called to be married. I have discerned for six years, but God and my spiritual director made it clear to me that I am called to marriage. My dad has been the most influential person in my life, though my mom is pretty awesome too! Being homeschooled for five years, gave me a huge opportunity to grow closer to my family and get to know them so well. I learn so much from each of my siblings. I was raised with four brothers and a sister. And, each of them is so different and unique. I love having conversations with my brothers and just hearing them laugh about fire and bugs exploding. They have such cool stories, I never get tired of them. Haha! Whereas, here is my sister watching My Little Pony and My Littlest Pet Shop. They are great! I love being in the outdoors, truly appreciate craziness and humor, silly facial expressions and noises, ministry (in everything!), guitar, praise and worship, horseback riding, and having deep conversations about everything. At the moment, I am studying Theology at Franciscan University (WHOO-HOO!) Which had been my dream to come here for six years. It's been such a huge blessing to study here. The people I met here are just so amazing. It's not perfect. I know a lot of people think, "oh wow it's a Catholic campus, I bet everyone is so holy!" Well, we are not holy. We are real people who struggle everyday. Just like everyone else. Though, it is such a blessing to have people who challenge you into being the person God is calling you to be.
20, Steubenville, OHMy name is Rachel! I am currently a student at Franciscan University, studying nursing. I am a practicing Catholic and my faith is the most important thing in my life.
30, Steubenville, OHIm a people person and love getting to know others. On a typical day you may find me on the field coaching a lacrosse game, having a fun night out in Pittsburgh, sitting on my porch having good conversation with great people, chilling while watching the Office or catching up with my awesome family (Im the oldest of 8 kids). I am a woman of faith who has been on an incredible journey striving for authenticity, realness and wholeness. Living a balanced and integrated life is important to me. Any questions, just ask!
30, Steubenville, OHI'm originally from the Philadelphia area, but I'm not a city girl. I strive to make the Lord the center of my life. I have a heart for ministry and service whenever God may open a door. I'm a people person and love to have fun: parties, game nights, dancing, shows, live music, you name it. I love coffee, especially with others, and have a dream of opening my own coffee shop one day. I have 2 younger brothers and am very close with my family. I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and cooking, especially when hosting people. I love trying new things, especially if its something my friends love to do and I can share in their experience.
34, South Point, OHIt's always a toss up what to put in this part so here it goes and hopefully some will actually read it lol. I've just completed my first year of being completely self employed. After working at a local spa as a massage therapist for almost 3 years I took the leap and went out on my own. It was definitely one of the most scary life decisions I've made but throughout this last year I have no doubt that it was exactly the right decision. I am settling into more of a routine now with my new business I am looking for someone special to share this thing called life with and enjoy my time off with, that is also looking to build a long term serious relationship. (Serious was not quite the exact word I was looking for but you get the idea lol... I date for the purpose of finding that special guy to marry and share my life with). My faith is a very important part of my life, as well as in my search for that someone special. So finding someone that shares these core beliefs of our catholic faith is very important to me as my life decisions and outlook on life and love all come back to my faith. Relationships are hard enough, God has to be a part of the balance. I am a very positive, half glass full kind of girl that enjoys keeping an active, healthy lifestyle and believe a healthy body leads to a healthy mind and vice versa. That being said I'm not the kind to be at the gym all the time. I like to relax, have a nice dinner and watch a good movie as much as getting outside for a hike or just having fun at a good concert, football/baseball or basketball game. I'm looking for someone who shares some of my interests, knows who they are and what they want out of life. I know there are still good guys out there that are looking for the same long term companionship to make a happy life even more complete, I'm just trying to find one that's good for me. :) A relationship where you can pray, worship and passionately pursue God together is worth the wait. We are too complex of beings to be completely defined in a matter of a few hundred words lol ..... So If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask!
29, Steubenville, OHAfter more than enough dating disasters, I've decided I hope to find someone who loves God more than he would love me. I want a relationship that pulls me to Christ. That, above all else, is what I'm looking for. I spent the last ten years as an artist, but after hurting my hands, I've gone back to school to study accounting. I still aspire to be a novelist, and a good story - be it book, movie, or video game - still very much excites me. Just a warning, though: I go into them cynical. To make myself a better writer, I tear apart the stories other people have made, looking for the flaws and trying to decide how I would make them better. And I enjoy every second of it. When I can find the time, I love going outside. Be it a walk through the cemetery, kayaking at a nearby lake, or just taking the dogs for a walk around the block, some fresh air on a nice day is one of the best ways to calm my nerves and refresh myself from the chaos of school, work, and living with my parents. The perfect date to me is one where I don't have to make the decisions. A man who confidently takes charge and makes me feel secure is a big checkmark in the 'yes, please' column.
