I am hoping that joining this site I will be able to meet new people and hopefully find someone that I can share my life with. I enjoy swimming, playing soccer and hockey, and coaching teams as well. I also like going to the movies, the theatre and spending time with my friends and family. I try to live my life by doing onto others as I would like done onto me, and I am looking for someone that also has a strong sense of morals and values.

I am a medical student who is very passionate about my faith. I have eight siblings and grew up in Ontario. I am hoping to find someone who can help me grow in my faith. I go by Yi and study at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. I am very into sports. I am very into my academics as well, but that is less of a passion and more of an Asian gene fuelled attempt to not dishonour my ancestors. I am very into hoping I don't become a cat lady and die alone, because I prefer dogs, and because cats will eat you when you die alone. I really like JPII's theology of the body and speakers like Christopher West and Jason and Crystalina Evert who talk about the beauty and importance of chastity, and I hope to date someone who is on the same page as me in regards to issues like chastity and being pro life.

I always strive to be a Proverbs 31 woman. This bible verse speaks to me of what a godly woman should be like. :) "A woman of noble character who can find? She is worth more than rubies and pearls. She brings him good, not harm, all the days of her life. She selects wool and flax and works with eager hands. She considers a field and buys it; out of her earnings, she plants a vineyard. She opens her arms to the poor and extends her arms to the needy. She speaks with wisdom and faithful instruction is on her tongue. She is clothed with strength and dignity; she can laugh at the days to come."

I am a very confident, outgoing person who loves people and life. I am down to earth and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. I am passionate about camping, hiking, and anything to do with the outdoors. I would rather be outside then indoors. Camping, running and hiking is my escape from the world, and it gives me peace. Every year I go to Algonquin & Killarney Provincial Park. My favorite part about camping is being able to see a million stars, sit over a camp fire, and go exploring in the wilderness. This summer I ran into a mother bear and two baby cubs while out hiking. It was scary, but cool to see. I have two German shepherd dogs, named Irish and Shamrock. (Can you tell I come from Irish descent)? They are very important to me and a big part of my life. I run my own dog training school and walk dogs during the day. It has been running since 2006. I love my job, and find great pleasure in it. Working with dogs is what I was made to do. I am looking for someone who also likes dogs, is caring and loving towards them. I love kids, I have two God children who I adore and love playing with. Kids are so innocent and fun. You cant help but love them. It would be awesome if the man I was to marry loved kids and was not afraid to act silly and play with them. My family and friends mean the world to me. They would say that I am very patient, caring and full of energy. I love to make people laugh. It is important whoever I am with has a good sense of humor. Is kind, very patient, honest and genuine. I cannot tolerate a person with a temper. I need someone who is relaxed and chill. I would like a hardworking man, who values family and loves Jesus. My faith is very important to me. Its important that his faith is part of his daily life. I would like to find someone who will help me become a better person and help me get to heaven. As that is one of the purposes of marriage. It is also very important that we work as a team and lift each other up. Learn from each other, grow together as an individual and as a couple. I would like someone very sincere, with good set of morals and a lot of integrity. If this sounds like we could be a match then contact me, I would be interested in talking to you. If not good luck with your search. God bless

Gosh, this is tough. What do you say when you are trying to sum up your life in a few sentences? Well I guess I will start where it really matters for me. My relationship with the Lord is a big part of my life. I love to go to mass and I strive to set aside time for prayer each day. Mother Mary is also big reason that I am where I am today and I love her deeply. Music is another passion of mine and I am currently working on an undergraduate degree in piano. Some of my favorite pieces to play are works by Chopin. Speaking of music, I enjoy listening to a wide range of styles. Not including classical works, I like grooving to Audrey Assad, Steve Bell (Been to several of his concerts), T Swift and the list goes on and on... In my leisure time I like to cook new recipes, have tea with friends, watch Heartland and Gilmore Girls, play piano, bust a move in my living room, and run errands... Cuz gosh, who doesn't love doing that!? (but seriously - I do!)I love life, traveling, people, spontaneity, pretty things, and laughter!

"I have come in order that you might have lifelife in all its fullness." ~Jesus (John 10:10). This is a word of God, which has touched my heart immensely and which I strive to appreciate and share daily. I am deeply grateful to God for the gift of faith, family and friends... prayer and my relationship with God is at the heart of everything i do. I love meeting new people and hearing people's stories. I love to serve, within and outside of the Church, and feel that I have a missionary heart/calling. I love the outdoors - camping, kayaking, canoeing... anything by the water makes me happy. Spending time with family and friends is always a gift. I would love to partner with a man to enjoy the many gifts of life, while sharing God's love with the world which is so desperately in need of more authentic encounters with true love in action. Jean Vanier is a role model for me. This is another quote which inspires me and I believe deeply in. A Song of Gratitude. Celebration is, first and foremost, a song of gratitude, a thanksgiving. We are not alone. We are all part of the same body and there is no longer any rivalry or competition. We are together in unity and love. The greatest of humanitys riches does not consist in money or possessions but in loving and united hearts, the strong supporting the weak while the weak call forth the true humanity of the strong as they help them discover their hearts and their compassion. So celebration is like a prayer that flows from unity between people; it is a sign and a source of unity with God and of the inner unity in each person. The Eucharist, which is at the heart of all Christian celebration, means 'thanksgiving.' - Jean Vanier, Our Journey Home, p. 200

  • Baillie, 26 from Acton, CA
    26, Acton, CA
Hello, I'm Baillie. I'm interested in the Arts and Entertainment. I grew up in an artistic family with some very small ties to theatre and huge ties to various geeky fandoms. My lifelong goal is to become a voice actress and what I look forward to the most is for my life to move forward after metaphorically living under a rock for most of my life. The people that have influenced me the most would definitely be my family. Apart from the odd argument I would have with my sister, she, my Mom and my Dad are incredibly supportive in what I do and I wouldn't be able to do a lot of things without them. What I do during my spare time is sit quietly and daydream. Sometimes I knit or make jewellery while I do so, but a lot of the time I'm wondering what my future is going to be like. I pray that my future will be with someone who enjoys the silence as much as I do and that I become a voice actress for a family show. But I'll be happy with whomever and whatever God has planned for me.
