45, Grants Pass, ORI rest and take succor in the depths of His love. Each day is a blessing given, an adventure to be explored and appreciated. Some days seem to be filled with more adventure than expected and appreciation founders in murky water I reach out for help and there He is waiting in the guise of friends, family and sometimes strangers with a kind word and helping hand. I delight in sun dappled water burbling in fountains, of yellow and black butterflies alighting on the wind, the rich smell of earth being prepped for planting and the sound of hummingbirds thrumming near my ear as weeding is finished. I take pleasure in jobs well done and satisfaction of customers. The surge of a kayak in response to a deep, hard pull going through white water adds to heartpumping excitement, likewise the quick szhooshing sounds of nordic skis as you come down that hill a little too fast......AAaaaaaa total wipeout. Do I still have your attention? Now for the 'basics' born Biloxi MS 1971, moved to Crescent City CA 1976, grew up among the Redwoods, played in the Pacific and swam in the Smith. I'm the youngest with 1 sister and 2 brothers. Oregon 1991- current. Ask me about the wonders of Oregon and I'll tell you many a splendid thing.
59, Portland, ORHi- I am a practicing Catholic. .I try to go to Mass every day that I don't work, so it is not just a "Sunday only" thing with me. I feel that the teachings and guidance of the Church are very important to living my life in a manner that not only makes me a better person but helps me to contribute to a better world. I enjoy hiking, reading, watching movies and I am just getting into bike riding. I love animals, and have a Main Coon cat. Dogs are great too, but they require more care than I can give right now. My dreams include some travel--including seeing more of the States. I would love to go on pilgrimage to Fatima and Rome, and also to see Lourdes again, and at least once in my life to take a cruise (just to see what that is like). I also lead a Bible study once a week at my parish and that has been richly rewarding. I love to see people come alive to the enjoyment of reading God's word and the experience of understanding what they are reading and how Church teaching flows from scripture. God has blessed me in providing this opportunity for me.
33, Hillsboro, ORMy name is Molly and I am looking for someone to go and do fun things with. It's always nice to have a friend. Life keeps me busy and so I thought I would give this a try.
40, Tigard, ORHi! My name is Lorenna, I'm 40 years old, and unfortunately I am on my very first ever dating site. I just got divorced (not by my choice) on July 30, 2016 and to top things off, my ex got SOLE custody of my 2 precious daughters (Chloe-9 and Sofia-6). Because of this, I know I tried to do a very non-catholic thing (suicide by cop) but you have no idea how much my heart aches right now! Fortunately, God stopped me by having the police taze me instead of shoot me. And he gave me a permanent punishment by having a severed tendon on my right middle finger (ironic huh)? Anyway, that's why I'm here now. With my husband of 13 years, I thought I made it crystal clear that I don't believe in divorce and if things got to that point that we would go to counseling, mediation, or just see our priest. Well apparently, he either lied about this or didn't want to hurt my feelings and call off the wedding. Til now, we don't communicate well, I'm having a hard time getting to talk or see my girls, and the shock and timing of it all still leaves me betrayed beyond words. So, I'm here to find a Catholic man (he was Lutheran-but I thought it would last). I need mostly to find someone to be on my team with. Marriage is not 50/50-it's 100/100 and I need someone to be there for me for good until death us do part. Another thing I must mention, if you don't like music, cats, and the thought of not only loving me, but also loving my two daughters as well-then you better move on to the next profile cuz these are the bulk of my life right now. I need someone who is honest, loyal, and trustworthy. Without those qualities in any relationship, the marriage will most likely fail.
61, Springfield, ORI am a widowed professional woman. Although I've had a fulfilling career I look forward to retirement and the opportunity to do other things, like volunteer work, travel, and cook for and entertain friends and family. I was fortunate to have had a wonderful and loving marriage and, while I am not looking to remarry, it would be nice to have a companionable relationship with a like-minded man. My younger sister, my mom, many teachers, friends, and work mentors have been positive and supportive influences in my life and I hope I have returned the love and support in kind to them and others. I love to sing and have done so for many years with my church choir. I enjoy reading and learning new things, spending time with friends and family, and traveling.
27, Corvallis, ORI am passionate about a lot of different things. First and foremost, I am passionate about my faith. Catholicism is very important to me, as are the members of the faith community around me. I am pretty easy going. I consider myself patient, loving, and kind. I am a sensitive soul, and I try my best to see the best in everyone. I can be a little shy when first meeting new people but once I get to know someone I am very outgoing. I am an extroverted introvert, if you will. I prefer smaller gatherings of people to huge parties because I like being able to be personable with others. I am fiercely loyal to my friends and would do anything for them. The personality quiz labeled me as a "phlegmatic/melancholic" and the descriptions of those two personality types are pretty darn spot on for me, so if you are still wondering what I am like take a look at the temperament page. I love the great outdoors and anything to do with nature. I enjoy hiking and love to explore new places. I am excited to do some camping this summer! I love to travel and have been abroad a few times, although its been a couple years since my last adventure. I am very fascinated by and passionate about anything pertaining to the ocean. Ever since I was a very small child the ocean has been a source of wonder. I grew up in North Dakota which is basically as far as one can be from an ocean in the continental US (fun fact: there is a small town in ND that is the geographical center of North America, so I'm not kidding). While exploring the great outdoors is one of my primary interests, I also enjoy more cultural/artistic events like visiting museums or going to listen to the symphony. One of my newest hobbies is swing dancing. Jazz music is one of my favorite genres, and dancing to it is so invigorating. I am generally pretty low-maintenance but I do love a good excuse to get dressed up. I love to read, although as I've gotten older life seems to keep me too busy to read as much as I would like. The times I do get to curl up with a good book are a treat. I am a sucker for cute things...kittens, dogs, small kids, you name it. I have a fluffy 3 legged kitten named Helga and I really hope to get a dog at some point in the next few years.
69, Beaverton, ORI have been a widow now for four years. I was with my wonderful guy for 46 years, married for almost 44 years. I am enjoying some new found independence as I married at age 20 out of my parents' home. I have four wonderful adult children, four wonderful spouses of these children, and four amazing grandchildren. One son and his wife have lived with me since my husband became too ill to leave alone while I worked. I am politically liberal, I believe in marriage between any two committed individuals, I go to Mass most weekends, but not always when on vacation. I was raised Episcopalian, but easily converted to Roman Catholicism when I married. I miss cuddling, walks on the beach with my guy, laughing at something only we understand, and holding hands in church. I am not certain I would want another 24/7 relationship, but I never say never to anything (except rock climbing and chewy shellfish!) I travel to spend time with my out-of-town kids, and will be spending a month at my daughter's in California this May. I am financially comfortable and would want the same in a match. I own my home, but have had to refinance it to do needed repairs, so still have a house payment. I love wine tasting, movies, live theater, almost all music, laughter, camping, travel, and life. I believe in angels. I am a SF Giants, SF 49ers, and Oregon Ducks fan, but will tolerate another's "likes" as long as they are not rabid! :) I carry extra weight, have learned that this is how I have been and always will be, but I take care pf myself. I have a dodgy knee after a hip replacement surgery damaged the nerves, but I walk at lwast a mile every morning, and enjoy being out in nature. My hair is very gray/white, but I will not let it be that way and choose to color it. So that's a bit about me!

66, Salem, ORMy passions are traveling, dancing, meeting positive people. Experiences and people in my life are the people from the church. The most influential one is my father's younger brother, who is a retired Bishop now in my island. The beautiful experiences working with firefighters and police officers when I was working as an Administrative Assistant for Public Safety, in my island of Saipan, Northern Marianas Island, in the Pacific. I enjoy going out good restaurants and meeting with friends, driving in the country, long-driving and making rosaries, teaching people, especially children how to pray the rosary. I love to evangelize and bring people closer to Jesus.
