I moved to Philadelphia in June after completing my PharmD at Ohio State; I moved here for a postdoctoral fellowship. I would describe myself as a genuine, cultured, and goal-oriented young professional. I think I have a good sense of humor and am a glass half-full kind of person. I am into staying fit. I come from a big, Italian family that I am very close with. I am looking for another way to meet people, as it is sometimes hard with my work schedule and being new to the city. I hope to meet a like-minded, good-natured guy with the possibility of it turning into something more. I would like spending time with someone who also enjoys getting to know each other over drinks, good food (I'm a foodie!), and checking out the city.

Hello! I am an adult convert to Catholicism after 20 years of being an atheist. Upfront you should know that I was not raised Catholic, did not go to Catholic school/college, and that I have lots of tattoos (full sleeves). I attend a Traditional Latin Mass most Sundays because I prefer the liturgy, but I do not harbor animosity towards the Novus Ordo and attend Masses at other parishes. The charisms of the Jesuits and Carmelites have had a profound effect on my spirituality as I have been on this path, seeking a deeper relationship with God through prayer and working for justice and the common good. I am kind of a weirdo, but an extremely loving, compassionate, and generous weirdo. I will be starting an MA program in Geography and Urban Studies in the fall and will be juggling several jobs until then to support myself when classes start. I studied sociology in undergrad and was, along with my little sister, the first in my family to go to college. Before college I worked as a cook and after college I did a lot of different things, including being an editor, union organizer, call center worker, and a waitress. I love to cook and - this may be the one area of life that I brag about - I am quite good at it. I also enjoy reading as much as possible, bike riding, almost anything outdoors, travel, art projects, writing letters, live music (especially Sacred Music), learning new things, silent retreats, adventures, and I am sure many things that I have not yet experienced. I would love to get married and have a kids, whether biological or adopted.

I've recently returned to the Catholic faith and have tried to make it a part of my daily life. I still struggle to reconcile some of the Church's teachings with my liberal ideals, though. I enjoy comedy shows, including stand up and improv, and I'm trying to get involved in local literacy efforts. I moved to Philly about a year and a half ago and I love exploring different neighborhoods and what they have to offer. I'm looking for someone who is kind and caring, who enjoys being active but can be still when the time is right. I am loyal and generous, and when I have a boyfriend I treat him like gold.

I'm bright, energetic, and have a great sense of humor -I've even been known to laugh at myself on occasion! I'm passionate, sensual and romantic. txt me three three four three one zero zero four seven six sorry am not a full subscriber You will never be lacking for affection! I've been told that I'm a great cook (thanks, Grandma!) I enjoy cooking very much, and it would be great if you like to cook too!...... There is something very sensual and intimate about preparing a meal together. I am a fantastic Aunt according to my nephews. I love children, and would welcome a man who has them - I would love your children as my own - I would not think of them as stepchildren. I enjoy exercise, and want to stay healthy - I'm not the body builder type - I actually have hips! (think Marilyn Monroe on a smaller scale). I love seeing new places and experiencing new things. I enjoy fine wine and good food (there is nothing like fresh seafood), and spending time with family and friends. I enjoy cuddling (fireplace optional), dancing, spending time alone with that special man, movies, sports, entertaining at home, going out on the town, movies (old and new), really good jazz, walking along the beach(cliche, I know, but true!), anything in, on or near the water (I'm new to snorkeling, and love to fish!), church on Sunday mornings followed by reading the Sunday paper cuddling on the sofa - then watching football or doing something outside, gardening, and antiques (buying and refinishing). I appreciate all the life lessons I have had thus far - the good and not so good - they have strengthened me, taught me so much, given me joy, allowed my resiliency to shine through, taught me to appreciate the people I have been blessed to have around me, and helped me learn the value of forgiveness, all of which have played a part in who I am today. I have a good sense of who I am and what is important to me in a relationship
