43, Exton, PAHello. What I like most is the weather--talking about the weather, watching the seasons change. I think that the weather has been most influential in my life. As you can imagine, I enjoy spending time outdoors. Happy summer!
33, Conshohocken, PAI am passionate about music. I love to introduce and share with others, the beauty of the world, through music, because through beauty we are able to encounter God. I love classical music and I also love learning about authentic traditional music from other cultures. I have been influenced greatly by my teachers in general and especially my music teachers. I have also been greatly influenced by my education at a Catholic school, of which I have many fond memories. I am pretty self-motivated and I like to challenge myself to become better until I can achieve excellence, or as close to it as I am able. My second passion, besides music, is to learn different languages. I speak two African languages, in addition to English and French. I really enjoyed studying Greek and Latin in college and I strive to keep up with it my life. I am currently in the beginning stages of learning German. I am most fascinated by observing the way in which different cultures express what they value, detest, fear etc. through language. For leisure, I enjoy watching foreign films (French, German, Bollywood etc), and classic films from the 30s, 40s and 50s. I also enjoy reading a good book and trying out a new recipe. For a good, active afternoon or evening, I enjoy to spend time with friends, and to go dancing and listening to live folk music (American, Celtic etc). I love the beauty of the Catholic Liturgy as expressed in the Traditional Latin Mass, especially Gregorian Chant. I have also been enjoying learning about various Catholic customs. I am ever reminded of G. K. Chesterton's remark that "Tradition is democracy for the dead..." I suppose I am nothing if not egalitarian in this respect. I think that actively living out the Catholic Faith, has freed me to be able to enjoy this life which I have been given. Pax Christi, Anne

34, Philadelphia, PAThere's no getting away from it: I'm quintessentially British which means I have a dry sense of humour, love nothing more than a good cuppa, and am still surprised at how my accent can get me anything over here from a perplexed look to an upgrade to First. But I'm also European at heart. My idea of heaven-on-earth is hiking or shoe-shoeing in the Alps with those breathtaking views in the sunshine, incredible silence, and the taste of the air. I also love Italian cinema and design from the 1950s and 60s, wandering the streets of Paris or Berlin in search of little bookshops and cafes, and exploring Roman churches. My favourite pursuits are definitely more arty than sporty (although I've been known to try more adventurous things with friends). You've probably already guessed from my evident nerdiness (yes, those are blue, plastic-framed glasses in one of the photos and that huge bookcase is mine): I'm an academic. But my life isn't all dry: I have an eye and an ear for beauty. I'm a music professor with a love for French and Italian art, film, philosophy, and cooking. It's probably no surprise to you that I love the beautiful Traditional Latin Mass. On a Friday night you're likely to find me at a classical chamber music concert, a jazz gig, or an experimental sound installation. On a Saturday morning, I'll be having brunch with friends, at a pilates class, or out riding my bike up the river trail. Other times I'll be curled up with a book or listening to music. The best part of my job is the students: bursting with curiosity, energy, and drive, at once wide-eyed with wonder and more and more savvy every year. It's a real privilege to be a tiny part of someone's life at this exciting juncture. I love expanding my horizons, so I really appreciate that there are so many fascinating people and events on campus. I'm interested in urban poverty, community projects, and public scholarship. (I'm also lucky to be able to manage my own time and eat cookies in my pyjamas when I'm up late writing before saying night prayer.) Having recently moved here, I'm looking to get to know people who want to support one another as they grow in faith, make good friends, and see where it goes from there.
58, Bryn Athyn, PAMy catholic faith is paramount to my life. I teach CCD at my parish and go to Mass regularly. I enjoy cooking and gardening in addition to working out (walking, lifting weights, spinning). I am the middle child of 11 brothers and sisters. I have 21 nieces and nephews. My family is very important to me. I am ultra conservative and volunteer at a homeless shelter in the city. I enjoy a nice dinner , good conversation and a nice glass of wine.
19, Doylestown, PAHello! I'm very passionate about my faith and it is a part of my everyday life. I would love to get to know some of you! Feel free to send me a message!
20, Downingtown, PASome things you should know about right me off the bat: I can be very quiet and shy at first, but once you get to know me, I am a pretty fun person. Often when I am speaking my brain is moving so fast that I can't get the words out right. I am trying to work on it, but for right now, it's just the way I am. I can be a workaholic sometimes. I love writing. I don't have much leisure time right now because I'm in college. My top favorite movies are: Patton, Gone with the Wind, Inception, and The Fellowship of the Ring. I have a lot of people whom I look up to, if I had to name one right now it would be Robert E. Lee. Do not message me if: 1. I don't care how much I like you, I do not believe in rushing into relationships. I want to start out as friends, get to know each other first, and then see what happens. If you are going to use that as an excuse to talk to other girls behind my back, then get off this page right now. 2. You overshare about your "dating life" on social media. I am very protective of my personal life. I don't see anything wrong with a picture from time to time, but I am not going to officially "declare" any relationship I get into on Facebook, maybe not ever. Again, I don't see anything wrong with telling someone that you are proud of them or love them for a birthday or something, but posting for the sake of posting is what I have a problem with. So in short: don't expect to be on my Facebook that much, and you cannot put any pictures of me or write anything about me on Facebook or any other form of social media unless you have my permission first. And don't even think about putting me in your profile picture. 3. You live in or plan on living in New Jersey in the future.
30, Downingtown, PAHi! I love kids, laughter, and poetry! My family is very important to me - I have three brothers and wonderful parents - and I hope to have many children and give them a happy, love-filled childhood like I had. I studied English in college (Christendom College) and taught high school for several years, though I'm not teaching this year. I love the richness and beauty of language. I like to see and create beautiful things, so I like classical music, great art, sonnets, and baking brownies. :) I enjoy the outdoors, too. One of my favorite things to do is take walks because I enjoy the exercise, the fresh air, and the beauty of nature. I like to help other people, too. My mother has always been a role model to me because of the way she selflessly serves our family, and I hope to do the same as a homemaker.
55, Philadelphia, PAI'm a spiritual person who enjoys the arts. I love to meet a person that is interested in revealing how he feels and thinks about things and about himself. I find love, honesty, truth, and loyalty as an important ingredients and I hope to meet someone with similar views.
