70, Mechanicsburg, PAI am a young at heart widow who is greatful for all that God has given me. I have 2 wonderful grown-up children and five adorable grandchildren. I am a retired Reading Specialist and I love retirement, just taking one day at a time. I am spending more time with my grandchildren, walking and enjoying the beauty of nature. I'm a member of a fitness club try to work out 3 days a week. I like all kinds of sports and enjoy cooking up Italian specialities to serve to my friends. Right now I am keeping busy with several bible studies and helping at my parish, St. Kathrine Drexler in Mechanicsburg, PA. I am so happy Spring is here so I can work on my garden and landscape projects around my house. I was prompted to use this venue to meet a Catholic/Christian grandpa by my grandaughter. She thinks I need a friend so I don't have to go to dinner and the movies alone. Not just adorable , but thoughtful too! I told her God is the "Boss" so if he wants me to meet a friend he'll send one around.
54, Camp Hill, PAI am starting a new career in the Harrisburg area. I love to laugh and looking for same in friends! Enjoy sports, movies, comedy clubs! I am looking for friends and possible relationship.
60, Harrisburg, PAAfter being happily married for over 21 years, I have been widowed since 2011. I'm independent but would enjoy company for fun activities. I like to travel, go to movies, enjoy music and theater. I also like to attend sporting events. (football, baseball, hockey, basketball) I enjoy eating out which is more fun with pleasant company and conversation.
31, Enola, PAI'm a hard-working, yet sometimes quiet person trying to remain faithful to the church while living and working in a secular world. My faith, family and career are very important parts of my life. I have two brothers, one sister and lots of relatives. I grew up on my family's small farm, learning the value of hard work at an early age. I have a Master's degree in Strategic Communications and currently work full-time as the Director of Communications for a non-profit. I love to travel, see movies and read. I tend to be very serious, but get to know me and you will see my fun-loving side. I am a bit a geek (ok, a bit might not be entirely accurate) and love all things Star Wars, Star Trek, Lord of the Rings, Doctor Who......you get the idea. I'll ALWAYS take a Sci-Fi/Action/Adventure movie over a Romantic Comedy. I didn't grow up following any sports, but I am starting to get into football and (dare I say it) baseball.
26, Harrisburg, PAI'm addicted to coffee, the outdoors, running and road trips . Watch soccer, gymnastics or swimming with me and we will be friends for life . My faith is important to me but so is tolerance and acceptance and open mindedness. I really support Pope Francis and his hope for the church's future. I'm trying to find the place where you can be Catholic but also be your average 20 something .
53, Camp Hill, PAI am passionate about enjoying life and hope to find a partner that feels the same that is honest and trustworthy. I enjoy seeing the beauty in any type of architecture. I love sunrises and sunsets. I enjoy kayaking and being near any body of water. I love to travel and experience new places; even ones that are off the beaten path. I have raised two wonderful, successful children that are grown and out on their own. I have always been a hard worker and understand the importance of balance in life so I try my best to get out and enjoy fun activities whenever I can. I am not into drama and I believe I'm a traditional, simplistic person but yet I try to keep up with the times.
35, Middleburg, PABeing Healthy and being fit is extremely important to me because what I enjoy most in life requires me to be fit (e.g., 5k races, hiking, travelling). I just did a Harvest Wine 5k race (i.e., wine at the finish line) with my friend for his birthday. I have a dog, Darla, half golden retriever/half chow who loves going for hikes. One experience that has been most influential in my life was doing a Divine Mercy Pilgrimage because not only did I get to do it with my sister, my mom, and my niece but it was a wonderful experience.
31, Hershey, PAI enjoy all aspects of life. I have a job I enjoy. I love traveling and anything related to travel. I can be at home in a museum or outside on a hike.
61, Middletown, PAI am cynical when it comes to the internet and trusting people online. But my church carries an ad for this site in their bulletin each Sunday - so here I am! I am a Catholic born and raised. I believe and trust in God. I am looking for a long lasting relationship with a faithful man.
49, Red Lion, PAThe three Fs drive my life: faith, family, and friends. Giving and helping others play a big part in my daily interactions. I like to read and I love to learn. I'm fond of cooking, but not everyday. I'm partial to doing things and experiencing life, whether a daytrip to a museum, a weekend of hiking & camping, or an international excursion. Friends say I'm independent and like adventure (not the thrill seeking kind, however). I spent a fantastic week on a fairly unknown island - alone. There were others on the island; I just didn't know any of them. I thrive on new experiences and tend to look at the bright side in situations. I'm fortunate to have a great job which provides the means to do fun things. I believe humor cures many ills. I especially like Jimmy Fallon's celebrity games on the Tonight Show and I love watching reruns of old SNL skits. I'm not the best joke teller (in fact, I'm downright awful), but I relish the company of those who are. I really do believe a couple's main goal is to help each other grow in faith and do God's will. It's endearing (and necessary) for a man to truly cherish a woman. It's equally important for a woman to deeply appreciate a man. While many think I'm an extrovert, those close to me know I'm not. I often prefer peace and quiet to conversation. I'm not a big phone talker. I love connecting with others; I'm just not a constant talker. I also wouldn't be classified an animal lover, but I don't hate them either. We didn't have pets growing up... just a houseful of kids. I've never had a pet in my adult life, but I could love a well-trained dog. Definitely don't see myself as a cat lady. That was a joke, but also true.
47, Frackville, PAHi, my name is Sherri! I am passionate about Family, Education and the Catholic Faith. I look forward to sharing my Catholic Faith with someone. I am employed as a Teacher. I would have to say my students, have had a strong influence in my life. My students are "troubled youth" from cities such as Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington D.C. and New York. Watching young adults turn their lives around, is a very positive feeling for me. I am also a single Mother. My 2 sons have been my greatest blessings! Two years ago I became certified as a Red Cross- CPR and First Aid Instructor. I enjoy cooking, art and learning about the Italian culture. My dream is to visit Italy one day!
