33, Hazleton, PASo tremendously grateful to be a Catholic, choosing to adhere to the Faith in its fullness. I'd like to see if there's a man who can help me get to Heaven, walk with me through life, even (and maybe especially!) through its bumps & detours. What does this man look like? I don't know...but I'd sure like to find out soon. :) The Eucharist, beautiful architecture/art, quotes, Autumn, good conversation, and true people are a few of the things that make my heart happy. I love the Faith & the USA fiercely. (If you are an international gentleman, I ask you to carefully consider that I don't intend to raise a family outside the USA. :) I vote but fear deeply for the US considering the path she's on. (If you voted for Obama or Hillary please don't contact me.) I support our Armed Forces but could weep for laws concerning them, passed in the name of "tolerance." I love books. Hope you don't mind, because chances are my nose will be buried in one at some point! :) I love meeting kindred spirits (we're few & far between! ;) Is it crazy that a superb 1st date to me could be exploring a downtown, or finding a used bookstore or a colorful street bazaar to browse, going to an amusement park, enjoying a walk and picnic? ;) The way I dress is a way I define my femininity in a world where lack of definition has become the new norm. Being a big sister, I've got a family I love. I know who I am as a woman, an American, and a faithful Catholic. I'd rather listen than talk...most times. I'm a saver; can be trusted around bank accounts. No, really, I can! Promise. ;) The pyramids of Egypt, the marvels of old Christendom, and the beauty here in America have long called me. Conversely, some of my most contented moments are in the kitchen armed with a good recipe & a glass of red wine. I do random things like spend an hour looking for beautiful art, have a smattering of Turkish & Korean I've picked up from some of their media pop into my thoughts, extol the Oxford comma, or the dangers of pesticides & GMOs in our food, turn on music from Armenia, discuss the letter of the law vs. the spirit of the law... Yes: good dramas, gun ownership, & the right to buy as many shoes as I desire ;) Oppose: same-sex 'marriage', abortion, Islam, questionable "apparitions" such as Medjugorje, embryonic stem-cell use, euthanasia, illegal immigration!
27, Wilkes Barre, PAI'm an only child. I have a good personality and laugh at mostly anything..... I'm also a Sunday School Teacher and I love it ... I also can't wait to be a Mom someday......... And settle down with that dream guy who loves me for me.... I'm also looking into going back to school for Early Childhood Education..
27, Williamsport, PAI am a current graduate student at Fordham University studying pastoral counseling which I plan to use one day to open my own counseling firm. I look forward to having a family one as well as a husband who helps me to grow in my faith but also is not afraid to laugh and have a good time. My faith is important to me and a part of my daily life so it is important to me to find someone who understands that. I would love to be able to give my children a Catholic education and raise them in a household that is centered on God. Family is also important to me so you have to be a match to both my immediate family as well as some of my friends that are family.
35, Hazleton, PAI am a challenge & an enigma. I am a Whedonverse fan & a vinyl junkie. I live responsibly with my head in the clouds & my feet on the ground - I hit the ground running. I'm a musician, & a Broadway enthusiast. I am never without a book. I enjoy big cities but I love the beach. I'm a friend of animals, a traveler, & a questioner. I revel in Autumn & appreciate all that goes with it. My favorite spectator sports are x-games, baseball & hockey but my blood runs PSU blue. I'm as changeable as the weather & as steady as the tide; at once moving & unwavering. I am traditional & modern, a lot to handle & easy to read. I'm honest to a fault & deeply spiritual.
30, Scranton, PAI love enjoying the beauty of God's creation. A big animal lover and I love to create art and music. All things to the glory of God! No matter how small.
26, Hazleton, PAI am absolutely in love with the Catholic Faith. I strive to live a life in line with what the Church teaches, in all aspects of my life; I consider this the best way to evangelize to others. I desire above all else to one day go to Heaven, and pray and hope that all my friends and family come to know and love God as much as, or even more than I do. I love languages! I speak English, Spanish, some French and can read Biblical Hebrew. My goal is to learn at least five more! Translating is my passion and would love to work for a Catholic company in the near future. I enjoy reading, singing and dancing. Occasionally, I try to learn the Lord's Prayer in different languages, just for fun!
27, Hazleton, PAI am always eager to learn and passionate in my pursuit of living out my Catholic faith, my values of family and tradition, and my vocation which recognizes the beauty of the healing potential we are given by design. I love the outdoors and an active lifestyle-running, biking, backpacking, enjoying God's beauty in nature, meeting other people, teaching and coaching kids ( who doesn't want to be/act like a kid sometimes?). I look forward most to sharing my gifts and talents with those I meet, through my passion for what I do. I have a holistic lifestyle, and have always felt a calling to share my values of the Catholic faith, and health and healing. I have been most influenced by my personal pursuit in my relationship with Jesus, my family and close friends, and leadership and volunteer events I have taken a part of, and retreats I have attended.
23, East Stroudsburg, PAHello, welcome to my profile! I am an Information and Library Sciences (ILS) major. While I am not fully decided, I lean towards pursuing an academic-orientated program that will enable me to work in a university setting. Libraries, cats, and reading are a major passion of mine. I enjoy primarily young adult and multicultural literature, but have recently expanded my leisure reading to incorporate mysteries and nonfiction. I also enjoy conducting independent research through databases and the Internet. My family and friends are very important to me and I enjoy doing different activities (not related to libraries and the information field). Everything from the standard dining experience to flea market forays to day trips to creative writing. Several relatives that I am close to are active in the LGBT community. Thus, it is important to me to surround myself with people who are respectful and tolerant. Due to the Digital Age, people have access to global diversity at the touch of a keyboard. While it is entirely permissible to disagree, it is still essential to treat others with love, respect, and tolerance.
