73, Homestead, PAA sense of humor is very important to me for I do love to laugh, especially at myself. Very easy to please, not picky or judgmental. Integrity, honesty, and the knack of enjoying the simple pleasures in life are at the top of my list. I don't lie and have no idea how to date so in other words playing games is something I don't get. Although, I do love scrabble (ha). Growing old is a difficult assignment, but sharing it could make it easier; who knows, maybe even fun??? My Catholic Faith is very important to me, it is the rock of my life. Family is next. I have 4 grown sons and 6 grandchildren, been a widow for 13 years (which broke my heart). Golfing was fun, but now it is reading, gardening, movies, theater, eating out, cooking for someone, and a little travel. My workout consists of swimming 2 or 3x a week and I do it because it's easy. At the age of 50, I finally graduated from Pitt with a BA in English Writing. Also, I worked at Pitt for over 20 years. Now that I live alone in a big house which is becoming a pain just to keep up. But it's paid for and I am extremely rich in God's gifts and monetary, too. Ten years ago, I had the first surgery in my life: a new hip. It was put in wrong and it threw the rest of my body off balance and caused me to have two back surgeries....I have a little limp and use a cane. This has been really difficult for me to accept, but I have and make the best of what life has given me and still have fun. I do the best I can and the limp has not dimmed my sense of humor; in fact, that and the grace of of God has helped me through all of this for I am also a cancer survivor. Really, I thought that God might have gotten me mixed up with someone else. By the way, I am only kidding about being rich, but my home is paid for. I thought being a rich widow would make the cane disappear.
