33, Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu, CAHello to you! Welcome to my profile! First and foremost, my faith and love for Jesus is at the center of my life. My family and friends describe me as warm, calm, curious, funny, joyful, and passionate about Christ. I'm not afraid of being silly. I love to make people happy! My faith is part of my daily life, I love Jesus, and I want to do His will at every chance I get. I am fairly active : I love walking, ice skating, running, playing badminton, riding my bike, even playing "Just Dance" on the Wii, because I've got lots of energy. I am blessed with a great family and I thank God everyday for them. With my friends, we attend my youth group, we go to festivals (we've got quite a few in Montreal), play music, walk, go to the movies, go out dining, dancing. I also enjoy reading. I volunteer: catechesis for teenagers and with my youth group. I really love playing music and you can often catch me sitting at the piano learning a waltz by Chopin or singing a random Broadway show tune. Oh I forgot! I want to be a saint!!! How about you? p.s. I can make mistakes in my writing, I was schooled in French. Please be merciful! : )
47, Montreal, CAOf all the judgments that we pass in life, none is as important as the one we pass on ourselves. I consider myself well-educated, intelligent, well-traveled and sophisticated woman. I enjoy music, concerts, movies, museums, fine dining with a good wine as well as a simple picnic in the park. I feel just as comfortable in a pair of jeans as I do in a ball gown. I am genuine, honest, generous. Loyalty, unselfishness and courtesy are very important to me. Although I do appreciate the fine things in life, I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. I am open-minded and compassionate. I love to talk (whatever it may be) and I LOVE to laugh. I am not much of a club or bar person, great company and good food are more like me. I am shy, but I don`t give up easily. I am family oriented and probably a bit old-fashioned. I also love to travel a lot and would love to travel as much as I can. I am easy going and willing to try new things....
27, Quebec City, CAI live in Quebec City, with my older brother who love to make me laugh. I am really close to my family and my friends. I lived in the US up till I was 12, so I can consider myself fluent in French and English. I would really love to relocate one day if I could or maybe somewhere with less snow. I am a very shy person but once you get to know me I can be a fun person to hang around. When I not with my family or friends I really like catching up on my TV shows (castle and arrow and many more).I also like catching a game of basketball every once and a while. I have never been clubbing, really not the parting type. Also one odd thing about me is that I hate shopping, I would rather stay home and keep my apartment clean. I love to drive and explore new places; Im willing to go the extra mile for the people I care about

64, Otterburn Park, CAHi, My name is Linda and I was born in St. Hyacinthe, Quebec. I had a French Catholic father and an English Protestant mother. I was married in 1979 in an old Catholic Church to a wonderful man....we were married for 36 years. He died this year quickly of stage 4 esophagus cancer; he was 63. I was a teacher until my retirement, when my husband fell ill. I love to travel, but I also enjoyed being at home with my husband. My favourite t.v. programs were NCIS , NCIS Los Angeles, NCIS New York, Elementary, etc. I watch the mass everyday on EWTN. And I belong to a beautiful old local Catholic Church where I attend the service in French. I speak French fluently. I taught for 2 years in England on an exchange and travelled throughout Europe. I love to read....my husband loved to cook. I like all types of food. I would like to write a book but must discipline myself to make time. I play bridge with some friends once a week, and I enjoy that. I visit my 93 old mother in a residence on Sundays. I have lots of friends and acquaintances, I belong to Cursillo, I'm in my 3 rd year of the St. Ignatius Spiritual Exercises, I belong to the Dart Club at the local legion. I make sure to stay active and be with people and this, and especially my faith, has helped me deal with the recent changes in my marital status from happily married to a widow. I am very friendly, outgoing, emotionally supportive, kind, and happy, I like to read a lot but again find that I lack the time to read as much as I want. Although it's easy to read on a beach, and on holiday. I have one son who is 28 and who lives in Toronto and has just bought a house there with his girlfriend of 8 years....no they are not married yet! He has a good sense of humour and works hard. People respect him. I like going to movies and I have just seen the new James Bond film , Spectre. I have season tickets at my local theatre to see ten operas transmitted live from the Lincoln Centre. I have many childhood friends that I am still in touch with. And new friends too. I live in a bilingual world....many of my groups are French. But I enjoyed living in England for 2 years when I was a teacher on exchange and was even invited to the Royal Garden Party twice....I read French books and had a few French friends there so as not to lose my French...and I taught French there. In Quebec, I taught English to high school students....My mother tongue is English. Hope someone very nice and interesting likes what he has read.
42, Montreal, CAI always try to simplify life by removing the unnecessary to focus on the more important... Passionate about people, their stories, wisdom and hopes, I also enjoy outdoors and exploring life ever since I joined scouting at the age of 8. I have traveled a bit for personal and professional purposes, experienced different cultures, visited historical places with stories, and some war zones. My family is a warm place where wonderful nephews keep coming to my joy. Very thankful for all that, and open for other gifts which God might want to grant me. Like everyone, I like to stay active and healthy and laugh from the heart. My favorite time is spent in interesting conversations, long walks, enjoying the sun when possible, and telling stories to my younger nephews. I also need to take daily time with God to pray and meditate. I like to volunteer and give a hand to my friends, seeking to always be useful and serve the Lord .
