I am the middle child of 5 children . Coming from a large catholic family makes family very important to me. I love praying the rosary and spend a lot of time in prayer each day. When I was 16 years old I went on a pilgrimage to Medgorje in Croatia. This place in Croatia is a holy place since visiting this place I became more spiritual and started to pray the rosary. 29, Rapid City, SDBorn and raised in the Chicagoland area, I come from a traditional catholic family. My parents are both married and had 5 daughters. Yes, that's right... 5 girls! No boys, that means I never had a big brother to pick on me or a baby brother to blame things on. What a shame right? And lets not forget about my poor father... he's aged considerably faster than I think he was meant to. I guess that's what having so many girls does to a man. Anywho, we were all homeschooled when my mother realized that she could teach us what we needed to know without trusting us to a stranger. As much as I hated being a "homeschooler" and missing out on all of the "fun" the other kids were able to experience in school, I have to admit that she did a very good job. Both of my older two sisters have their PHD's, the rest of us have at least a Bachelors degree. I think my mom did an O.K. job with us... how else did we get through college? While we were in our K-12 years, our parents mandated that we 1. play an instrument and 2. play a sport. While we lived in their home, those two requirements had to be met. We were active with swim team, gymnastics, orchestra, soccer, volleyball, etc. It kept us social and active. We never had problems making friends. Today, I have found new sports and activities that I enjoy. I've picked up snowboarding in the last several years and I absolutely love hiking and exploring the outdoors when time and weather allow. I recently purchased my first motorcycle, a little Ninja 500R and love taking it out whenever I have a chance. I hope to upgrade to a streetbike sometime soon, but I don't know that I ever want to get rid of the Ninja. I've become quite attached to it. I moved to Rapid City, SD to return to school to become an Engineer. I did not care for the direction my life was headed previously and decided to make a career change. It was one of the most difficult decisions that I have ever made and I don't regret it one bit. That being said, I am a student again and have found it difficult to meet other's my age with similar beliefs that are able to understand my schedule and educational responsibilities.
27, Sioux Falls, SDI love my family and friends. They are the main focus in my life right now and will always be a priority. I fully believe in investing time in my relationships because something that important should be embraced, and not taken for granted. I am passionate about loving and respecting all people for who and what they are, no matter what. I am passionate about education and the arts, especially music. I think without music and art, this world would be nothing at all. I love to travel. When I am not travelling, I am kind of a homebody although I like going out occasionally. I love movies, tv, reading, cooking, going out for meals or drinks.
25, Hartford, SDI grew up on a cattle, hog, and crop farm. I taught high school English for two years and know work as Director of Evangelization at my home parish as well as working on my family's farm. I love the farm/ranch lifestyle and am looking for someone who values it as well. I love to ride horse, work/sort cattle, read, bake, and cook. Outdoors is where you will find me if at all possible. Some of my favorites include the smell of rain, the sight of black Angus pairs in belly deep grass, the feel of leather rains in my hands, the sound of crickets on a summer night, and the taste of cold water from the hydrant after a long day of work. If there is music and a dance floor you can bet I am dying for someone to ask me to swing dance. George Strait is by far my favorite artist; and 90's country is where it is at. I was raised on John Wayne movies and still have a soft spot for them to this day. My dream has always been a life oriented around what I love: my Catholic faith, horses, cows, and grass. I value hard work, honesty, and ambition and am deeply devoted to my Catholic faith. In fact, my faith is a daily part of my life; I could never do without it. I want nothing more than to marry a strong Catholic and country man to raise my children with. Being Catholic is a must for me, or at least a openness to converting. Relationships have enough challenges without adding a difference in faith as well.
32, Sioux Falls, SDI am a HUGE family person - they mean the world to me. I tend to come across as shy when meeting people for the first time; however, warm up pretty fast. I don't mind spending time at home relaxing, but also like to go out and have fun and be active.
24, Sioux Falls, SDI am kind of a quiet person but not as much after I get to know you. I would like to say I am spontaneous but I also like to have a plan on more important things. I usually just go with the flow and try to go where God leads me. I like to laugh and I like to try new things. If I'm not at work I am probably watching a movie, going for a walk, hanging out with family, drawing, painting my nails, or pretending I know how to work out. I don't limit myself to that though I love to find new things to do as long as I have a friend who is willing to come along.
24, Brookings, SDDon't be overwhelmed by my confidence, flaming red hair, or occasional sass. Though I can be intense, I am honest and down-to-earth. I have a huge passion for community and strive to discover it wherever I go. I love coffee shops, Jesus, and the occasional dub step, but really, I have a passion for sanctity. I try to live everything in life as gift, returning every moment that I can as a gift of gratitude to the Father. Please don't hesitate to message me. First of all, no autobiography has the capacity to capture who I am in full, so if something sparks an interest, please say so! Second, I have a resolution to respond to everyone, so be not afraid to make the first move!
29, Sioux Falls, SDI am passionate about God, children, and serving through my career: I am a high school math teacher and school counselor. My family is very important to me. I have gone to church my whole life but really started to know Christ on a deeper level when I was 14. My favorite things to do in life are working with children, hanging out with my godson and his family, seeing my family, and loving God and others.
