I enjoy learning about the present and the past, being out in nature, and interacting with animals. Traveling is fun because it always involves at least one adventure and it is neat to learn about different cultures. I hope this basic snapshot of my interests suffices for the time being!

I am editing my profile to start out that I am a Catholic Charismatic. Important that you know this. I would love to meet someone who worships this way. I guess the only way to find out is to put it out there. So... here it is. I have just recently relocated to Tennessee from California. This is one of the most beautiful areas I have ever seen. I love it. I have two sons and a daughter in law and 4 grandchildren. I am very family oriented. I am an animal lover. I have a rescued Shetland Sheepdogs and a rescued Collie and I also have 2cats. I retired from a California state job the first of this year. I worked for the Airlines for quite sometime. At 62 yrs old I became a Flight Attendant. I love to fly.I also love to travel. Either by car, ship or plane. I love spending time on my pontoon boat on a lake. I love to fish and love relaxing on the water. That is one of my favorite hobbies and I usually do this with my best friend, my daughter in law. I also like country music. My faith is a big part of my life. I like staying busy but also value relaxation time.I recently started bowling again and having so much fun at it. My son felt I should learn to shoot and talked me into going to our local shooting range. I had never touched a gun before. I found out I love it and to my surprise am pretty good at it. I took the NRA class and got my first certificate. Target shooting might become a favorite hobby. I would like it if after reading my profile, whether we are a match or not, wish me a happy future. I will do the same in return. It is a blessing when you know folks support you.

I hate this part, but I'll do my best to dazzle you! To start, my faith defines who I am. It is upmost to me and I have my mother to thank for that. My mother is my greatest inspiration and shared with me (and continues to continues to exemplify) the beauty of a woman's faith in God. As for hobbies, I love to cook, a glass of good wine with dinner, great friends, travel, walking along the greenway near my house, and watching the sun rise over Priest Lake. I enjoy great conversation and an occasional movie or good book. I belong to a historical group, so visiting museums and historical sites are something I enjoy doing on a weekend. I love sitting under the stars marveling in God's creation, or watching the waves crash on a seashore, reminding me of His majesty. I guess I'm pretty simple. Friends describe me as intelligent, charming, witty (if not outright funny, which it something that still puzzles me since I don't see myself that way!), and someone who perseveres with adversity. Over the years, I have come to realize that life is not a fairy tale. However, it is one we can write and create. I would love to have a companion to be part of that story.

First and foremost, I am someone who loves life! I'm happy-go-lucky, optimistic, and friendly. Life is too short to be sad about things that don't matter. My pleasures are simple: children, horses in green pastures, dancing to swingy music, and ice cream. I cook for my family and friends, which brings me much joy. I am the pivotal child of nine, so that's a lot of family at dinner time! After my family, the most influential person in my life has been Roy Rogers. The way he worked with children throughout his lifetime has directly impacted my own work with them. He also had an unconquerable spirit which keeps me going when things get tough. We could all stand to be a little more like Roy Rogers. When I'm not doting on my nieces and nephews, helping out on the family farm, or taking care of my horse Imagineer, you can find me helping out my younger siblings with their schoolwork.

Get to know me M-OTIVATE. MOTIVATE NOT MANIPULATE. Examine your heart, you have a daily duty. Who are you there for? Who are you doing this for? When you truly motivate with the right agenda people want to follow you. You want to brung the atmosphere you make them glad to have you with them. W-ORK. with integrity and with wisdom. If you cut a corner you compromise your growth. God sees this, He knows. O-NE PURPOSE. know why you're here. You have to be your own advocate for yourself, your team, and for your Coach, an advocate says, "we have a reason why we are here, we are all on the same team. " An advocate reminds the team the true character of their leader and doesn't allow that line of complaint or criticism to be crossed. You want to vent? You will poison anyone you vent to, it's giving your flesh the luxury to wallow in your own self pity. You will only poison those around you. Speak life don't complain speak life. You want to vent, flush the venting out of the toilet and flush. R-EJOICE. In the little things. Publicly speak rejoicing. You're only responsible for your own response. You face rough time you are responsible for your own response. It's your responsibility to take it in, receive it and put in in action. K-NOW YOUR TEAM MATES. You have to get to know them, understand their gem, favorite color, favorite food. 5 favorite things about them. Love is expressed when somebody feels known. We love HIM because HE first knew us. To be known, you want to give more of yourself to them, you want to be cared for and to care more for. Your team will function and grow if they are together in the path. Life is TEAM WORK. Stay hungry for more growth and pulling the best out of your tram mates.believe in them, cheer them on. Be loving , selfless and giving.
  • Jennifer, 48 from Memphis, TN

Laughs, adventures and joy amidst the work of life. I want to enjoy the moments woven into the journey. I love the traditions of my faith and my family. The every day and the deeper spiritual truths. You know those conversations around the dinner table where someone wrestles with an important moral question while someone else is laughing so hard, they almost spit out milk? Golden! I am a chiropractor, and enjoy my work and it's challenges. I have so much fun with my busy children. We hike and bike whenever we can. Love to camp. I would love to make a friend that has the faith as his daily compass, who honors all the tenants of this church. Someone who lives a healthy lifestyle. Right now I am getting used to the single life and am looking for friendship primarily. Someone who won't freak out when I suggest a divine mercy chaplet around the campfire. Of course the birth of each of my kids were pivotal moments in my life. They continue to be the wind in my sails. I am originally from CT and grew up near the beach.
  • Sarah, 22 from Jackson, TN
    22, Jackson, TN
Hello there! My name is Sarah- which is Hebrew for Princess and I strive to act like one- but not the snobby, spoiled type. I want to be serving, loving, and respectable towards every soul. I love to dance (although not very good), swim, sing, ride horses, and take my German shepherd on a walk. Taylor Swift is my favorite musical artist but I enjoy most genres of music. I love old Audrey Hepburn movies, spending time outside, and just spending time with people I love. I also enjoy cooking new recipes and perfecting old ones. I'm part of the choir at our little church with my parents. I'm also a Core member of the youth group which I absolutely love. I only wear make up for special occasions or church. I love dressing up for church- make up, heels, and dresses. I'm 5'8 and I wear 5"/6" heels so I tend to be rather tall some days. I LOVE traveling but I am also a homebody. I love going places really far away or staying home. I'm an only child but I have many "siblings" and "families" that I am apart of. I spent several weeks working at the Pediatric therapy clinic and schools, treating disabled children. It was such a learning experience and it just confirmed how precious each child is. I do have to say I have some allergies: grass, pollen, dust, mold, etc. Therefore, I'm not much of a camper but I love spending time outside- just will allergy meds :) I do have to say i'm also allergic to cigarette smoke both in the air and in objects. I can't be around it. :/ you have any questions, just ask :)

Hello! My name is Carol. I've been living in Chattanooga for the past 14 years, but I'm originally from Panama. I'm a sweet and caring person. I enjoy working with young children, helping the needy, the environment and living a healthy life. Look forward to meeting my soul-mate who'll be my best friend, experience mutual love, marriage and raising a family. My parents have been the most influential people in my life. They've been married for 41+ years and are devoted to their family, church and community. They exemplify what I would yearn in my marriage life. During my leisure time, I spend time outdoors (like walking and running). I also like to go to the art museum and music festivals.

  • Anne, 23 from Chattanooga, TN
    23, Chattanooga, TN
Hello world, my name is Anne. Hope this doesn't sound cliche ( it may) but I am blessed to have been raised in the Roman Catholic Church. With so many Saints as members, that had to struggle with sin and moral/ spiritual dilemmas; this gives me hope! With our Blessed Mother and Lord, life is meaningful.. I am an admirer of beauty (art, music, nature, the like), Absolute Truth ( religion and everyday life) , and the constant awe of God. I am Pro-life, and strive to be active by praying/counseling ( if an opportunity arises) outside of Planned Parenthood/ abortion clinics. I enjoy being a teacher to the preschool kids I work with, also to the darling 8 and 9 year olds I teach in Religious Class . Hiking, dancing, attending any classical/ musical concerts I am able, helping plan female parties with/ for my friends, are things I enjoy. I am fond of a good drink, hot tea, hot coffee, Greek/ Italian food, brie cheese, the list can go on! Take care.
