, El Paso, TXA little bit about me UPDATED. I currently in my second year practicing law and I must say I love it. I tend to work long hours but only because I have a constant desire to improve and exceed expectations. Currently i work for a firm that specializes in Social Security and Personal Injury; my overall desire is to practice corporate or tax law but i am taking every opportunity to expand my knowledge and gain valuable experience working with others. Things that I like to do (perhaps guilty pleasures): I enjoy 'facebooking' it is an amazing opportunity to keep up with old friends and make new ones. I enjoy going out and staying in, probably equally! I like to wear red lipstick AND get down and dirty, welding, camping, working on my truck, etc. I like cooking but hate cleaning; I like to watch movies but am not always the best at choosing them; I like trying new food but have several food allergies that limit my adventure. I also truly love doing community service and giving back; I have been blessed so much and feel like the best way to show gratitude is to give back. Children are a big thing to me, I love children, I enjoy spending time playing with them, reading to them, and so forth therefore I have the hope and dream to one day be a wife and mother. Although I plan on being a lawyer I realize that the only way to make it through with both career and family is by communication with my spouse and by great time management skills. I don't want to be the overworked, always stressed out lawyer but rather one that can make a difference in an individual's life. Family is one of the most important things to me, I am from a large extended family so I am used to being around cousins, aunts, grandparents and want that for my future also. I like going to coffee shops, Cooking for groups (friends and family), and dancing! <3
, El Paso, TXMy name is Lucia, I'm 27 years old originally from Woodbridge, VA. I've lived in Italy for two years and traveled Europe, Colombia, Egypt, and parts of the Middle East. I am in Korea right for another year. I've moved every year in the last four years of my life, starting over each time with a new, greater challenge that God has given me. It's been nothing short of exciting and I have been blessed with many exciting opportunities. I currently serve in the military, and I have two years left until I can make a decision on whether or not I want to stay in or get out (so pretty much, I need a strong, valid reason for leaving). I love the outdoors, I am into sports and I like to ride a motorcycle every once in a while. Motorcycles, running, and going to the Adoration chapel are my three favorite methods of meditation. Meditation is especially good when you move around as much as I do.
, El Paso, TXI like to read, chat and hang out with Holy, God fearing people.I spend most of my time at home because of my physical disability but I do enjoy Church events and spend time with family and friends. When I was eight years old I was diagnosed with Aplastic anemia. Basically what that is, my bone marrow shut down because it no longer made enough red blood cells, white blood cells or platelets. I became very ill so the treatment of choice was a bone marrow transplant. They tested everyone related to me but there was no match so I was put on the National donor list. A suitable donor was never found. It was at this time the doctors gave me six months to live. ^_^ That was over 26 years ago. Isn't our Lord AWESOME!!! I had to be taken out of school and spent a lot of time in and out of the hospital. Because of my compromised immune system, I had little contact with others my own age as I grew older. It is hard to meet people who share my faith and love of my sweet baby Jesus. There have been so many miracles in my life that I would need my Mom,- who has been my caregiver 24/7 since I got sick- to help me write them all down. The greatest of them is my very life. From being given six months to live to celebrating my thirtieth birthday! At age nine, I suffered a cerebral vascular accident and became wheelchair bound because loss of balance. To this day I still need my wheelchair and walker to get around. I guess I should add...I REALLY like pets! Specially dogs!!! But due to health reasons I can not have pets.

, El Paso, TXUntil recently, I had always assumed that my future would include three vows...poverty, chastity, and obedience. But sometimes God surprises us. I'm not sure what my future holds, exactly, but as long as He is in control, I will go wherever He leads.
, El Paso, TXHello :-) Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Mel. I've just recently began teaching third grade after teaching 2nd grade for 6 years. Though it drives me crazy at times I actually love what I do. If you can't tell from my pictures I'm extremely girly. I'm an independent woman that knows exactly what she wants and isn't going to settle for anything less. Things I love are... Pink roses, purple, penguins, glitter, popcorn, dill pickles, quotes, taking pictures, baking, watching movies and playing words with friends. I'm hoping to meet someone that is educated, successful, ambitious and most importantly respectful and kind-hearted. God and family are a huge part of my life so I would hope to meet someone that feels the same way. I have a huge heart and am willing to open it up to that one person that is deserving of it. ;-)
