Hi - I live in Arlington, VA and work for a Hotel Company. I have moved several times with my company and this is the third time living In the D.C. metro area. Third times a charm! I recently bought a condo with beautiful views of Va, and beautiful sunsets! I don't plan any more moves, other than the possible beach house or condo for R&R. I am looking for a relationship with someone who shares my faith and with who I can be great friends with, and enjoy all life has to offer. I live to travel, any ocean or hiking Southern Utah are my favorite spots to be. I like tennis and golf, but amateur at both[?] Having gone to undergrad and grad school in Boston, and my parents born and raised there, I am a big Patriots and Red Sox fan. Other hobbies include cooking, wine tasting, yoga, kayaking, reading, to name a few. I love a great sense of humor, sense of adventure and openness to finding that special someone. That's me in a nutshell, if anything is interesting please drop me a note.

Hi!!! God Bless you and helps us to find what we're looking for. Thanks for stopping by and read my profile. It's hard to describe oneself but I'm going to try to describe myself simply as I am. I'm a curious, healthy and faithful woman, trying to improve myself, everything for the Glory of our Lord, I think God has giving me a great gift through faith and He has taught me to be patient, so all the time I pray my Lord to be able of seeing his grace and learning the lesson hidden behind all the events I live, and I don't let my peace and happiness be taken away from me. I grew up in a traditional catholic family learning how to love and share the best of me. So I can say I am a family oriented woman. I love kids, right now I have 4 nephews and 2 nice, they are all special and I'm the favorite aunt (they don't have another single aunt to play with hahaha) I really love babysitting them. When I'm with them I definitely think of having my own family (including a dog, I love dogs). I really love my job which is related to research and teach, right now I'm in the process of living abroad, improving my professional profile, I love learning and travel. All related with this are pleasure activities for me, sometimes implies to be ridiculous, trying to understand people with different culture, language and even preferences for eating, I can try many dishes but not all, sorry. Other activities I enjoy are, cooking, reading, going to museums, visiting friends, I'm pretty social and I love people, I was a missionary so I can see that people everywhere share incredible values which I can adopt for better. I also enjoy simple things like sunrises, sunsets, smelling rainy days, climbing hills, the ocean breeze, rustling with my feet dry leaves in the wooden and smelling pine, I love outdoor activities but not only these I also enjoy seeing a movie or reading a book in rainy days, dancing and eating out in a fancy restaurant in nice summer nights. I'm a blessed woman who loves life and all the people around me are gifts, I'm so happy and It could be great to share this adventure of life with the man God has prepared for me. I consider that a relationship start being good friends, giving a chance to know the other and CM is a great opportunity to meet new friends and for me it's also an opportunity to improve my English hahaha I have to thank God because all what you read is because of God's grace and I want to live being grateful for all his blessings all my life.

I am a well-spoken, soft-spoken, open-spoken woman. I like deep conversation, excellent books, interesting friends, and daily exercise. Baseball games are always a good time. Amusement parks fall into that category, too. I love museums, especially art museums. And road trips when I'm not driving. Dancing is a happy passion. I don't have any children of my own, but I'd love to meet yours. I like my pool, the beach, and the sun, but I've found the shade is a much better friend. Bridge is challenging me at the moment, but I plan to become a master in a few decades or so. Dance. I can't say enough good things about dance. Dancing makes me feel like my soul is set free. I'm lucky enough to dance three to four times a week, and attend a dance camp each summer. That doesn't mean I'm great at it or that I compete. I just love to do it. I really enjoy hearing stories, whether it's books, TV, movies, plays or just straight from peoples' mouths. Christmas is my favorite holiday, For me it's almost two months long and pure joy.

I've never really felt comfortable filling out these boxes... I'm imperfect, but trying. I'm sometimes unsure, but growing in confidence. I value authenticity and kindness, above all. I've learned that the greatest gifts in life really are those which are hard fought for. (and as I writer, it bothers me that I ended a sentence with a preposition, but what can you do?!) I grew up in the Midwest, and while I'm very close to my family and fortunately see them regularly, Virginia has captured my heart. I'm a writer by trade, and currently work for non-profit dedicated to rebuilding culture and family especially within poor and vulnerable communities through media. I'm on a constant quest to live the most beautiful life possible, which starts with an active faith life. I love to laugh! I love to listen to and tell stories. On weekends you can find me at museums/wineries/with friends/enjoying the DC area and surrounding towns. I'd take a day outside (preferably in the countryside) any day, and like a true Midwesterner, I love a good snow storm.

Hello! I am a unique individual, incredibly intelligent ;-), with lots of dry wit. I love to laugh! I like vintage cars, flowers, well written books, and good music. And coffee... I am not going to put everything here though. . . feel free to ask!

I am a woman who appreciates everything that life offers and enjoys the simple things in life. My catholic faith is the center of my life that guides my vocation as a mother of three grown children, a fifteen-year old, and seven-year old sons.

I love writing, both opining about politics and culture and writing stories. You'll always find me reading (at least) three different books on my phone. I like people-watching and traveling, good coffee and wineries, taking long walks, exploring the outdoors, and I've recently taken up cooking (recent successes include not burning all the things). I'd say the most influential people in my life are the folks I follow on Twitter. (Tongue in cheek...or not?)

Sometimes, I like to open up decorative containers or drawers in hotel and apartment lobbies to find out if there's anything surprising inside. When I'm out running errands I like to visit the Greek or Asian grocery for possible finds. Nothing feels more right than a bushel or so of apples waiting to be turned into applesauce or pies -- there will be plenty left over to share or give away! My mission is to bring beauty, warmth and abundance into the world with whatever I do - music, prayer, crafts. I would rather keep in touch with distant friends by letter than email, and keep the humanness of other eras alive. I spend time with my nephews and nieces or with my cousins' kids whenever I can. The oldest enjoyed my stories about a certain turtle and fox and now I'm teaching him to knit. I would knit you a pair of socks or a hat to keep you toasty -- if we were getting serious, of course. I've painted the mountains in Shenandoah in the summer, but fall, winter and spring are still on my list. I think a tent is usually better than a hotel. In the morning you'll find me saying Morning Prayer and making oatmeal and eggs. In the evening I'll be reading a book by Dorothy Sayers with my cat on my lap, or watching a show like NCIS: Los Angeles, in a flowered cotton dress. Lately, though, I'm checking things off one by one on my baking skills list, so I might rush to put on an apron and try a chocolate cake! Washing dishes or cleaning are good times to sing a hymn or favorite folksong. Chastity according to my state in life, obedience -- my Carmelite promises. I speak Arabic and some French, German and Spanish. Pictures taken in 2016.

I've been praying about the subject of marriage and feel as though God is prompting me to try this new avenue. If it's Gods will I hope to meet my future husband to help me grow deeper in my faith and share a perfectly imperfect life together. I was born in DC and raised in VA and of Mexican decent. I love camping, hiking, dancing, watching movies, and expanding my mind daily.

I'm an outgoing person, energetic, and friendly. I love to travel, learn about other cultures, real estate, reading, and wines. I'm open to know new things. I like to watch sports, go Nat's! international soccer games and I appreciate a new restaurant and ethnic foods. My mother was the most influential in my life. Life is so short that we have to live it to the fullest and take the best of it. I'm in the real estate business and I'm also a freelance translator. I travel whenever I have the chance. I'm fortunate that I've been to more than 50 countries and still counting. I enjoy going to the movies, theater, and art galleries in any part of the world. I love the cultural part of the Washington DC area, many places to go and visit.

My greatest passions in life are my family, my job, and traveling. I am the youngest of 4 and the proud aunt to 13 nieces and nephews, and I have a large extended family in the area as well. I'm a high school history teacher - and I love it! I love both what I teach (especially U.S. History), and I also really enjoy working with high school students. They keep me young at heart, and I love passing along my passion for history to them. A few of my own students have gone on to become high school history teachers themselves. :) I've had the chance to travel to Europe with school trips, and I'm hoping to go back for more. I also love finding a good beach with family or friends and enjoy sitting back and relaxing with a good book by the ocean.
