31, Arlington, VAHi! I'm originally from Ohio. People are so nice in the Midwest! But I also like how much there is to do out here in DC. I'm from a big family and have the best of times with my 7 siblings. I LOVE traveling. I lived in Mexico and Chile for a few years, have traveled to various countries, and have a long list of more places to go! Some things I enjoy include: family, friends, WINE, being outdoors, movies, basketball, and playing piano. Oooh and recently I was introduced to bourbon; my life will never be the same! I work for the DoD, like half of the DC population. GO BUCKS!!
61, McLean, VAI enjoy the company of others and like to attend many of the cultural happenings in the area, the museums and the lectures available around town etc! My hobbies are centered around art, being healthy and having fun. I enjoy traveling and would like to see more of America and Europe. I am happy, kind, intelligent, social, stable and sometimes spontaneous:) Being on my own for the last few years has given me the time to reflect on life and where the path will lead. "The only time to look back is to see how far I've come" makes me feel good about my future. What's missing? Sharing life. Looking for a one woman man who is honest and can communicate.
59, Haymarket, VAMy name is Amy and I am a retired naval officer, defense contractor, mother of three. Looking for companionship, fun, stimulating and all over the place conversation. Love the area and Virginia in general, but upping my game for travel would be great. I have traveled all over the world, thanks to the navy and family trips overseas, but lots to explore and most of my travel now is with work.
74, Springfield, VAI am a widow seeking a serious and long lasting relationship with a good man, sincere, responsible, loving who has a great sense of humor. There should be chemistry and compatibility between each other. I was brought up in a good and decent closely knit family with strong faith. I was my father's apple of his eyes and he was such a kind and loving person. Now that I am retired I could enjoy and discover my personal interests and develop them at my own pace. My background is in the arts and culture, and likes to paint, playing the piano, listening to a variety of music like old time favorites, smooth jazz, semi-classical. Loves to read informative books and materials. One of my passions is also traveling which I find to be educational and rewarding. I workout regularly to keep in shape.
53, Richmond, VAI'm an independent, self-employed business owner looking for casual dating to see what it leads to! I am looking for somebody who is also hardworking, goal and family oriented, respects my profession, and the demands of my time. In my free time, I enjoy taking in Richmond's history, yoga, reading, gardening, volunteering and going to the wineries. I am originally from New York, full bloodied Italian and yes ,most of the stereotypes are true. We tend to be very passionate in everything we do,my assertiveness only comes out when I really need it...I am not looking for someone to take care of me or vice versa, more of an equal, trusting partner to enjoy our interests together or apart.
55, Stafford, VAHi! Thank you for looking at my profile! I'm 55, been divorced two years and was recently advised my marriage has been nullified!. I'm told I'm genuinely nice, I'm sincere and honest and extremely empathetic. I'm introverted, enjoy reading a lot, but also love to stay busy. I have four grown kids, and two granddaughters/1 grandson. I've worked for the federal government for 30 years and plan on retiring in about 8, hopefully to someplace warm! I try to go to the gym most days, though I'm not obsessive about it. I go to Mass every week and volunteer on a couple ministries.

54, Herndon, VAHi...I'm an easy going person who loves fun, adventure, passionate about travel and exploring new places. But I can also be comfortable spending quiet nights at home, reading a good book by the fireplace, listening to soft music. i also like going out with my friends, watching movies, plays, trying and seeking out new places. You can say, I can be happy and contented wherever and whatever life brings.
48, Springfield, VAI am passionate about many things, and I look forward with anticipation and excitement to discover the good gifts (James 1:17) that our Lord gives and reveals each day. I enjoy having a sense of adventure, and would like to meet others who are interested in experiencing life to the fullest while exploring a bit of the world, both near and far too. Basically I'm discerning marriage, and looking to make new friends, maybe even a ski buddy. Ultimately my faith, family and friends are most important, and what I treasure deeply.
59, Richmond, VA...The pipers are playing "Amazing Grace", the green beer is flowing and pub guests are warming up for a St. Patrick's Day celebration. I sit with pen and paper and await the arrival of friends! Life leading to this moment has been mostly filled with light. Through years of heartfelt living, career, marriage, beautiful children and now uncharted waters, I am meeting life head-on with anticipation and courage. I have been sustained by a profound relationship with God and Christ; I love with abandon, laugh heartily, see most things in metaphor or humor and commit to resilience when life becomes tough. Now I look forward to a relationship of passion, love, loyalty, huge fun and remarkable moments of romance and living. I enjoy doing all kinds of things...you know the list. I have enjoyed a career, and I am taking it on-line so that I can work while gazing at a shoreline or change my schedule to have a vibrant relationship with a "love" and with my sons, help alleviate the troubles in the world, perhaps in Haiti or Appalachia, travel or learn to play golf! My sweet hope is to meet the love of my life, the only one I see. Since the words are difficult for me to craft and since music makes me cry when it touches the feeling, I refer to Stevie Wonder's performance of "Ribbon in the Sky", either the official video or any of his live performances. ... a jewel sky on Christmas Eve, family, friendships, the dream of holding hands in Tuscany on a "Chianti Afternoon" a summer thunder shower while hiking the Appalachian trail and the albino squirrels in my yard, all of these delight me! All things music, learning, discussing the world, my faith and philosophy, sharing passions and dance are equally delicious. I love cooking and exquisite dining out, but "Little Caesar's" or a "ballgame hot dog" are great too. I smile as often as possible, see the good and I have great understanding. I am reasonable and reasonably strong. I can't tell the difference between great wines and the "less than vintage", but I really just enjoy the giggles that come afterward. As this is all very new to me, I am cautious and a bit slow in responding, but I would be honored by any interest shown in my profile. Thank you for taking the time to read it and may we all find our perfect treasures! ...The friends just arrived and the buzz in the crowd is growing. It would be nice to share these types of moments with a great guy...
