56, Vienna, VAHi!. I look at life as chapters. Each chapter marking a period of my life. Some of the chapters have been easy, while others have been more challenging. I am starting a new chapter and look at it with excitement. I am forward focused! I love spending time with my daughter and know how precious that time is. I also love to spend time with friends and derive energy from that, but, as I grow older, I appreciate quiet time more and more. My career is important as it has allowed me to work with some brilliant and creative people. I have also gotten to travel and be a part of some amazing things! Skiing is one of my passions. It is one of the few things I do where I feel totally free! Being Catholic is definitely part of who I am, but it is not all of who I am. I value my faith and my ever developing relationship with God.
61, Charlottesville, VAWho am I? Good question. I'm a woman filled with love for God looking for someone to spend the twilight years with. I have experienced much in my life already...ups and downs...as many of us do. I like to remember the ups and not worry about the downs. It is the downs that have strengthened me though so I am thankful for them. I wasn't always a practicing Catholic but am so thankful that God never left my side and brought me back so many years ago. It's hard to talk about oneself in this way, but would love to talk and share my past life experiences with you and God willing make new ones together.
29, Chantilly, VAI am a sensitive and funny woman, I like loyal people who always tell the truth. My parents have always been influenced in my life because they have taught me values, they have given me affection and security. I like walking, going to the beach in the evening, I like going to the movies, dancing and listening to music.
28, Alexandria, VAHappy Easter! (And go Caps!!!) I'm an environmentally conscious teacher who loves the Nats, a good comedy, and anything with peanut butter and chocolate (preferably together!). If we were to bump into each other in real life, it would most likely be at a baseball game, on a river/lake/ocean or a hiking trail, or in a library.
52, Roanoke, VAI am passionate about what life has to offer. I am an adventurous person. I enjoy the outdoors, aminals, social events, and going to the beach or lake. I enjoy golf. In my leisure time I enjoy long walks, exercising, listening to music, holding hands, giving and receiving spontaneous hugs.
46, Great Falls, VAHi, I love to travel, meet new people and see/learn new things. I love my family and yes, I even love my job. I work as a nanny for a wonderful family with two sweet little girls. I have an Australian Shepard named Cricket, who is my shadow sometimes. My grandmother's played a huge part in showing me what a true lady should be. I may not have always been what they were hoping for but I strive everyday to be the kind of Lady they would be proud of.
56, Manassas, VAI enjoy snuggling on the sofa watching a good movie. Maybe I can convince you that Jane Austen movies are not just for girls! (Then again, maybe not!) My idea of a great evening is listening to live music while dancing with the man I love. I enjoy most kinds of music - classic rock, Irish music, Big Band, rockabilly (love Elvis), classical, even Italian opera (my favorite is Puccini's Turandot) - and I love waltzing and swing dancing (but if you don't dance, that's ok). My four children are grown now, so I've got plenty of time to spend with you talking and laughing. I would love to sit down to a good meal with you and talk about music, history, Catholicism, or whatever you are most passionate about. I am expecting an annulment in 2017, so let's begin as friends and hope it leads to more.
34, Roanoke, VAI am independent but far from being a feminist. I love being outside and enjoy the simple things. I'm always up for a new adventure, and at the same time, am well-grounded. I've had the wonderful opportunity to live in San Francisco for several years. My family is very important to me, and I'm a devout auntie to two adorable nephews. I love to laugh and treat each day as a gift. I grew up playing sports and being very active, and I enjoy going to baseball, basketball, and football games. I also like camping, hiking, fishing, and going to the beach.
41, Virginia Beach, VAProfile picture?!?! Uff. I look like a dork in pictures. So I'll go ahead and post the one where I'm at an 80s music concert dressed like a "Material Girl". I'm a single mom to two hilarious little kids. I'm a beach bum, love to go out to restaurants and be social when it suits me. Other times I'm a bit of a homebody. I've got a few quirks- but as far as I'm concerned, they're all pretty hilarious. I'm crafty and artistic and a passionate seamstress. (Don't talk when the sewing machine is running). I'm close to my family and look forward to the time that I spend with them. I need sunshine and quiet to recharge. Having been in the restaurant biz for over twenty years I love a good meal and pretty much any beer you put in front of me. Backyard BBQs, swimming and good music make me happy:). When I love, I love big. I come from a long line of Irishmen with twisted senses of humor. Not everyone gets it. I'm a list maker and an analyzer (to a fault). I'm totally fine with the simple things in life. Put the music on- pour me a beverage and I'm happy just existing.
23, Roanoke, VAI'm currently a graduate student at Radford University and am planning on going into special education. I currently work as an instructional assistant in a program for children with autism. I like to hike, cook, read, and watch movies. I am very close to my family and family is important to me!

19, Staunton, VAHi! My name is Loredana. I'm passionate about God's plan for my life, whether I become a diligent, hardworking mother or a nun in a cloistered convent. I've always loved music, and my parents- my adoption parents- have always encouraged this. They've always influenced the saint in me, no matter what the subject (school, extracurriculars, etc.) I like crocheting, reading, taking care of the animals on the family farm, and praying the Tessera (yes, I'm part of the Legion of Mary). I'm confident that God'll reveal His plan for me soon. May God bless you!
