66, Battle Ground, WAI am considered to be a young-ish, outgoing, and adventuresome woman. I count my sense of responsibilty as one of my best qualities followed by honesty, loyalty, and compassion. I have a passion for life-long learning. I love the pace of life; my "adopted family" and friends have been my support through difficult times. My favorite activities include Bible study, volunteering for causes I support, entertaining, cooking, gardening, hiking, getting in/staying in shape, and travel. I'd like very much to meet a man who shares similar values, interests and would like to share life's adventures.
67, Auburn, WAI was born and raised in Southern CA, but have been in WA for a little over 30yrs. I have 2 grown children and after catching the "empty-nest-syndrome" I decided I will explore this dating remedy. First and foremost-My faith is very important to me. I am active in my church. I work part-time at a Catholic book store and I have a passion of helping others. I do volunteer work. I love to: cook and bake, gardening, bicycling, walking, and dancing. I have a youthful spirit and an adventurous side, and am will to try new or unfamiliar activities.
62, Anacortes, WAI am passionate about a healthy lifestyle, although I don't always live up to my own standards. I believe I am young for my age, because of my healthy lifestyle. I am also passionate about my conservative political and social beliefs. I did not appreciate it at the time, but my strict Hungarian immigrant parents were very influential, both good and bad. Also my military service was very influential. I did not "play well with others" in the military, but it has helped me accomplish so much in my life. Most of all, raising my son has greatly influenced my life. He is a grown man now, of whom I am very proud. He is the best thing I have done with my life. I absolutely love my work, however it can be stressful. After 44 years in my field, I am starting to think about retirement. In my leisure time, I enjoy travel, gardening, music & musical events, travel, outdoor activities, water sports (kayaking, snorkeling, etc), movies, reading (I am kind of a news/current events junkie), travel, and travel. Did I mention travel?
65, Mount Vernon, WAI love living near the sea. I was born and raised near the Atlantic Ocean. I studied to be a teacher and homeschooled our children. I love it here in Skagit County, the natural beauty, and the people. My 4 adult children all live in WA. I do some substitute teaching, volunteer with Pregnancy Choices, Friendship House and Family Promise, play ukulele with a group, take short hikes, do some gardening, cooking and yoga classes. I find exchanging ideas exciting and am passionate about the Gospel. I would like to meet someone to make pleasant memories with me and share my family and friends.
66, Renton, WAI am passionate about people and am told I am easy going, spontaneous and joyful person. During leisure time I enjoy the great Pacific Northwest outdoors by walking, hiking, and dancing. I'd like to do more snowshoeing and cross country skiing, although I've only had one experience with each. My family members and I are very close, although we are not all located in Washington State.
71, University Place, WAMost Passionate About/Look Forward to the Most: I am most passionate about my family and my faith and enjoy time spent with each. As a resent Protestant convert I thank our Lord for leading me to St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Tacoma and continue to be amazed at the ever increasing blessings that I have experienced there. This has been especially powerful and comforting following the death of my husband last year. Also important to me are dear friends, staying physically active and being of service to others whenever possible. Influential People and Experiences: Throughout my life I have been fortunate to have many mentors who have encouraged and guided me. In turn, I have served as a mentor to children and families through my work in schools. The pattern of my life has been woven with many precious threads. A formative experience happened at age 9 when I fell off a dock and hit my head on a concrete block. I was unable to swim and drifted under the dock. Miraculously, when help arrived, my unconscious body was on the dock and I was revived. I have always believed that God saved me that day. My heart has held this as the first miracle in my life and a clear message that my Heavenly Father is with me and has a plan for my life. My life has had clear chapters varying remarkably from one another. Each has presented its own dock and subsequent miracles. Each has brought me closer to touching the hand of Christ. The most significant was 22 years with my late husband and the blended family we created. We celebrated our unique qualities as truly best friends. I love sharing life and believe that it is possible once again. I enjoy step aerobics, TRX and walking at Chambers Bay or along the Pt. Defiance sea wall. Also, live performances, time with friends, eating out, reading, Bible study, Orcas Island and playing games with grandchildren. For many years, boating was the most important leisure time/vacation activity. There is nothing better than a beautiful day on the hook, a good book in hand, and bombardment of the senses with the beauty of Gods natural world. So many options in this area; all better shared with someone special. In retirement and a new chapter in my life, I am looking forward to taking both piano and dancing lessons. Perhaps you are the man to help me dust off my dancing shoes.
60, Everett, WAI look forward to positive supportive relationships. I enjoy physical activity, watching a good movie, reading a good book, sharing a meal, working in the garden and playing with my grandchildren, listening to my children.
60, Puyallup, WAI am taking a new career path and recently taken a new job in the insurance business, an employee benefit group and just love the people and it is a branch of what I already know, just loving the new experience. I like to be active, and social, but also like quite times at home too. I like to bicycle, golf, play tennis and hiking or just take a nice walk. I am in pretty good shape, I walk a lot, I live in an area that is wonderful to walk near downtown, I have a dog that is getting older and she cannot walk very long, so my longer walks are without her. In the winter time I usually spend time with my friends going to movies, concerts, dinner, art museums and day trips. In the summer I maintain my yard, golf, play tennis, enjoying being outside. I have a great life, but would like to meet someone that enjoys the same interest or similar interest. People say that I look young for my age, I just have good genes and take care of myself. I look forward to meeting you or just emailing or talking on the phone and see where it goes. Thanks for reading my profile.

64, Silverdale, WA[With all due respect, I am only interested in meeting a man who is between the ages of 55 and 65.] Even though I am chronologically "64," I actually look more like 44. My friends don't believe that I am 64. We have good genes in our family! I work out every day following a 3-mile run in the morning, and I don't eat junk food. I just reviewed the paperwork for applying for an annulment, and it isn't feasible. First of all, the form is 20+ pages. You have to come up with four witnesses who can vouch for "why your marriage ended," and then you have to bare your soul and ALL THE PERSONAL DETAILS OF YOUR MARRIAGE to priests and strangers in the Archdiocese. Worst of all: All of your comments and concerns are reviewed (and approved or denied) by your ex as well as the four witnesses (who, in my case, hated me). Your ex spouse is free to add his two cents' worth. It was SO much easier just to go through the divorce process. It is understandable why everyone just lives together or has a civil ceremony. I just wrote to my Archdiocese and explained why everyone is leaving the Church. I admire anyone who has the intestinal fortitude to complete the annulment process.
