43, Mukilteo, WAI moved to the Seattle area from California 7 years ago and am still excited to check out this beautiful area. I am close to my immediate family even though they live far away and enjoy spending as much time with them as I can. I'm really into my Croatian culture and try to attend as many music/dancing events as I can. It's very important to me to have a good sense of humor and to enjoy life. I've been to Europe several times and would love to get back to Croatia in the near future. I love live music and enjoy seeing bands at small pubs/restaurants. I love to laugh and can be goofy at times. I also love stimulating conversation and discussing different viewpoints. I've been attending the Traditional Latin Mass in Seattle more often recently and have really been enjoying it. It's so beautiful and rich!
62, Tacoma, WAI am passionate about my family and my career, although I do look forward to retirement in 6-7 years. My children have been the most influential people in my life. It has been a wonderful journey raising them and it seems to have been a successful one. I enjoy reading, road trips, walks and shopping in my leisure time.
47, Seattle, WAHi. My name is Diana. I love horses and have my own horse. I am joyful, communicative, affectionate, outgoing, and fun. I love finding kindred spirits. I have a deep devotion to Mary Immaculate and the Holy Spirit.
23, Enumclaw, WAMy name is Gabriella. I am 22 years old and I am currently a senior in college majoring in education. My goals after I graduate are to finish a Master's degree in Catechetics and Evangelization and become a Youth Minister and Chastity speaker. This is so important to me because of my journey in college and finding myself pregnant with my daughter at age 19. I want to reach out to others who are struggling with depression or broken families or whatever pain drives them from the path of purity. I love being Catholic with all of my heart and I can't wait to help others! :)
52, Port Townsend, WAI am a very patient, calm and spiritual person with many diverse interests. I love to learn, am curious, adventurous and flexible. I also posses a good sense of humor, am loyal, intelligent, nurturing and compassionate. I am not competitive except when playing sports! I love to eat great food and enjoy cooking for others rather than myself. I eat mostly organic foods and limit exposure to chemicals and pesticides in my living environment. I have traveled a lot and would like to do more in the future. However, I am enjoying living a simple life in one of the most beautiful parts of the United States. I have an American Bulldog who thinks he is a small lap dog and he is very gentle and sweet. We go almost everywhere together and he is the best snuggle bug you could ask for. I love to read and enjoy the classics and historical fiction. I also read other genre depending on the author and subject matter. Jane Austen, Diana Galbadon and Charles Dickens are a few of my favorites. I am a lover of the performing arts and love watching good films. I would like to take English Country dance lessons and learn to Waltz. I also want to start kayaking and take martial arts classes.
62, Tacoma, WAMy name is Fe but my close friends call me Ping, the nickname given to me by my big sister in nursing school. Sometimes I also use my nickname at work just because some people mispronounce it. I have lived an active lifestyle all my adult life engaging in some activities like dancing, running, swimming, biking, ballgames, hiking and entertaining friends at home. Although I have slowed down these past few years due some work-related injuries, am still looking forward to the next phase in my life especially my retirement years since I had been an empty-nester for awhile now. My Catholic faith has helped me through the tough times and has also strengthened my resolve of being a child of God. Additionally, my Catholic education with the Augustinian Sisters have influenced my life the most since my parents were not church- goers. However, my mom always told me to work for the common good as taught by the nuns in her nursing school. When it comes to leisure time, I am a book reader but more so of a movie buff like my dad. I like anything from romantic comedies to sci-fi and action films. I also enjoy listening to a variety of music from classical to rock and roll. Going to shows like the opera, ballet and concerts are some of the things I wish I could do more with friends and family. I also enjoy gardening and nature walks. Lastly, I am in the process of making a bucket list this year which will include skydiving, parasailing, horseback riding, more travels abroad like pilgrimages and such.
29, Bellevue, WANote: I know my temperament test says I'm a choleric sanguine, but I've got a hefty dose of melancholy in there too. I think I was just having one of my saucy days when I took that test. For followers of MBTI, I'm a INTP. I'm a fun and intellectual person who enjoys all kinds of heady conversations. I am particularly interested in: literature as a means of influencing culture, the power of stories, the similarities between the political far right and far left, how to communicate Catholic truth to non-Catholics (Natural Law, etc.), caring for and educating youth, history, sustainable agriculture, and the beauty of the natural world. I feel very driven in my life to make a positive difference, which is mainly taking the shape of writing and establishing intentional agrarian Catholic communities. Regardless of whether we get together romantically, if you have any experience with such a community you should message me. I'd love to hear about what worked and what didn't! Something you should know right off the bat about me is that I have Fibromyalgia, which basically means I have low energy. Sometimes it's not something anyone would notice, and other times it's a very big deal - it just depends on how much stress I'm facing. I've been addressing it from multiple aspects of my life, and have made some progress, but it's a journey and one that requires flexibility and lots of understanding from other people in my life. However, this condition does not define me or prevent me from contributing to the world in meaningful ways, it just changes the dynamics a bit and forces me to have good self-care and not be a martyr. So if you're looking for someone who will be your mom and do everything for you, look elsewhere. I am totally open to discussing this more in the context of a relationship, but be aware that I can give very few absolutes on it since, as a condition, it is still very poorly understood, and my own personal experience with it fluctuates. I'm a fan of meeting in person fairly soon after connecting online, in part because I think there is something really special about what happens when two people meet "in the flesh" and partly because I try to circumvent my propensity for endless browsing on websites, including CM, by not being on them.
33, Sammamish, WAI am interested in art and religion when I am on my own. I draw and paint those paintings resemble the Renaissance time, especially Our Lady. Also, I grew up in a church where we sang traditional Gregorian Chant in Latin. At work, I am outgoing and passionate. At home, I am quiet and self-reflecting. I hope I could know someone who is gentle and mature, and maybe share the same interests.
53, Poulsbo, WAJMJ I am a classical singer and teach the classical singing technique Bel Canto. I am also a professional chef, though music is my first love. As long as I have a healthy voice I plan to keep pursuing a career In music and teaching. I am an independent woman and not looking for a man to support me but to share life with. Even though I could be alone the rest of my life, there is too much joy and love in life and myself not to try and find love again with a good man. I really enjoy profound conversation especially over good beer or wine, good food, or while walking through God's beautiful world. I love to cook for parties and just for two, and can cook just about anything. I love to travel even though life did not allow for much. My late husband and I had a plan to take a cross country trip on a motorcycle, camp under the stars in the desert (my favorite place), and in a simple way see our beautiful country. I lost my husband to cancer, and though illness prevented us from taking this trip, and in his honor, I am going to do it anyway...hopefully not alone though. I always want to improve myself spiritually, physically and intellectually.....to name a few. I believe loving God completely is opened to us until our last breath. I am looking for a man who loves his Catholic faith and would go to Mass and pray, especially the Holy Rosary, with me. I am looking for a man who is willing to build a friendship, as friendship is important first, and possible relationship on each other's strengths, and understanding for each other's weaknesses. At our age, we know what our strengths and weaknesses are. I love to laugh at myself and hope you can too. I really think laughter is important in general...it is healing. I think life is amazing and try to always look at things positively. I would like to meet a man that also thinks life is amazing and would like to live it to the fullest with me, whatever that means for our life together. In close, I hope and pray all of you looking will find happiness and peace, and a great partner in life. May Jesus bless you abundantly.
81, Chehalis, WASo glad to get started and to expand my social life. I have been a widow for 2 years, after 60 years of marriage. I find it very difficult to be alone. As a married person, I enjoyed sharing our faith together. The Rosary has been an important part of my prayer life. We farmed (dairy) so I love rural living. Also enjoy the arts, especially water color painting. I have a large, loving family and enjoy being around them. I love to travel, and have done quite a bit. I have an on-going argument with myself about reaching out or not. I never thought at my age (81) that this would happen. but here I am.
