45, Wenatchee, WAHi! Hola! my friends say that I'm very bubbly and easy going, dedicated and in love with life and God, but not enough for a vocation! I'm always available to help, hike and specially dance!!!! yeah! I love children, my job has filled all my senses I like being around them!...if you want to know me a little better just drop me a line or send me a smile! God bless you and have a wonderful and fun day!
64, Yakima, WAHi!. I am a traditional Irish Catholic who grew up in a happy, loving home, the youngest of three daughters. I care deeply about my faith, my family and dear friends. I am loyal and thoughtful to others. I am passionate about the cause of pro-life and other issues in which I believe. I am a hopeless romantic and tend to be conservative in politics. I enjoy reading, going out for dinner, day trips and travel. I love walking along the beach, kicking through fall leaves or exploring new cities. I have a sense of humor. I am a former newspaper reporter who now does freelance writing. I believe that, even when times are tough, it's important to try to remain upbeat, to believe. I am slender, because I watch what I eat and walk for exercise almost every day. People have thought I'm younger than my actual age. And, oh yes, my chocolate chip cookie bars are a legend in their own time!
61, Bingen, WAOH MY GOODNESS.... I am a Husky at heart always and a Seahawk on Sundays! Can't wait for this coming Super Bowl game!!! I LOVE FOOTBALL !!! I don't care if I ever find a "date" or get married again really.... but I would love to have someone who enjoys watching a good football game, going to the movies w/o chatting through the whole thing and likes to experiment with restaurants looking for that "perfect" cuisine. It's the pits to be lonely or the odd one out at social functions. Do you feel the same way? updated 01/28/2015 UPDATE: 02/08/2015... Man, what a tailspin the end of the Superbowl game was.... I was like "WHAT?"... why didn't they run the ball? Then, ouch... the offsides call with the penalty allowing the Patriots to just take a knee rather than creating a safety score for the Seahawks. So unfortunate for the Seahawks and so fortuitous for the Patriots, that last interception in the end zone. It so could have gone the other way. Well... we'll see the Seahawks win Superbowl 50! Go Hawks! I'm a good speaker, not only with content, but with volume, tone and enunciation and I'm friendly. I serve as a lector at church. I'm a natural athlete under all this extra stuff clinging to my bones. I'm working on getting back in great shape again, REALLY! I also sing well, in the car, in the church choir, etc. La La La....can you hear me now? lol I have a serious set of values that I stick to. Actually, it doesn't take most people very long to realize that I'm a strong pro-life advocate and not open to racism and other ignorant ideas. My sarcastic wit occasionally makes the point when people step out of line. I have been known to mother other children whose parents have abdicated their responsibilities, especially if they are behaving badly in public and using foul language or being disrespectful towards those around them. I feel obligated to exert positive peer pressure in social settings on occasion. Sorry?...um...probably not. A few more things about me that you should know: I've been divorced and also celibate for more than 20 years now and have good grounds for an annulment if I want one. (Not getting an annulment has been like an insurance policy protecting me from another heartbreak. Also, gaining weight has served the same purpose. But I'm open to getting an annulment and getting rid of my fat overcoat for a forever after kind of love.) I'm the mother of one beautiful happily married daughter and the proud grandma of now 5 charmers.
68, Kennewick, WAI am a mother of 3 grown daughters, have 7 wonderful grandchildren whom I adore....my husband passed away almost 5 years ago......I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love the outdoors and enjoy boating, swimming, camping, taking long hikes and walks...I also enjoy movies, dancing and gardening. I am currently working part-time. I consider myself to be honest, sincere with a great sense of humor. I would love to meet someone with some of the same interests. My faith is important to me.
56, Cashmere, WABBW, huge animal lover. Enjoy watching Pro-baseball(Win or Lose Mariner fan!) Also a college basketball fan(Go Gonzaga!!)Looking forward to meeting someone who I can share my Catholic faith with!! Developing a good Catholic friendship at this time would really mean so much especially after my most recent online (2 year)relationship turned out to be a total SCAM! Am I hurt? Yes but not devastated! Onward and upward right?!! I also am an extremely huge fan of horror movies and classic B&W movies. And I am a big, big animal lover! When my Dad was ordained as a permanent Deacon and when my sister-in-law became a full-fledged Catholic, both were awesome experiences!! Quite up-lifting spiritually!! Praise God!!So is there some man out there who will take the first step and say in your heart "yes I really would like to meet a new Catholic friend" Is that gentleman you? I am a firm believer of becoming friends first then second maybe become good friends, someone to laugh with share my hopes and dreams with and if need be someone to cry with. Yes it is a fact that men do cry believe it or not! So, consider reaching out to me and I will show you what a friend I can be! And then God willing maybe "graduate" into more later on.I am a little leery about jumping right into a loving relationship d/t my recent experience with an online relationship that didn't end well! That is why I am seeking friendship right now and then with God willing maybe a loving relationship later. Really, I can be that awesome friend that you are seeking for now!
47, Kennewick, WAHello! I'm a single mom of 3 wonderful children. I'm independent, but love someone to hold a door open for me. Pretty simple in most ways. I love my kids, my home and my job. I love to laugh and have a sign in my office that says we should laugh every day. My favorite saying is "If you don't like something, change it. If you can't change it, then change the way you think about it." This is my daily philosophy. I tend to "look on the bright side" and have been called a Pollyanna by friends...but I am realistic, honestly. Truth is very important to me and would like someone who is equally respectful on that end. I have a great group of friends (and family) that I enjoy spending time with when I can. I am hoping to find someone to talk with, laugh with, enjoy family time with and enjoy some quality one-on-one time with.
38, Leavenworth, WAHi! I'm Sara, an easy going, down to earth gal who loves God, my family and friends and to laugh and enjoy life. I enjoy the simple things in life; meaningful relationships with good people, a mountain sunrise, the satisfaction that comes from a hard days work, and giving more than receiving. I was fortunate to grow up in the country with a loving set of parents and a great brother and sister. My Dad taught me early in life the value of hard work and a love for nature that has guided many choices throughout my life. I now work as a Natural Resources Professional and have enjoyed a career that has let me see sunrises from mountain tops throughout the western U.S. and Alaska. I feel closest to God when I am in nature, surrounded by the beauty and peacefulness it offers. God has always given me the desire to be a wife and mother. My Mom is a living example of how I want to nurture, love, and embrace the gift of having children. I've always loved kids and when at family gatherings I can usually be found giving piggy back rides, wrestling, or goofing off with the little ones! I hope to find a man who embraces the thought of being a husband, father, and faithful leader of the family. I think sharing the same morals, values and faith are paramount for having and raising a family. I believe respect is a cornerstone for a successful marriage - respecting each other despite differing views and opinions that are bound to arise during a marriage. I hope to find someone to pray with, to walk through this life with, who like me strives to grow in faith and better themselves, and to participate in life as an active Christian. I love the Inter-mountain Northwest and the western U.S in general. I love any outdoor activity, especially hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, boating and exploring. I strive to stay active and fit so I can enjoy my pursuits, but also so I can keep up with a busy life when God blesses me with a husband and kids :) I would describe myself as a fun-loving, outgoing, and low maintenance type of gal. I'm not afraid to be myself - I prefer boots and jeans to dresses and heels, and a steak and beer over a white tablecloth and wine dinner. God bless the man who embraces this :) Feel free to send me a message, yes this internet thing is a bit impersonal for everyone but I hope that doesn't stop you from saying hi! SARA :)
19, Ellensburg, WAI love the performance arts. I'm currently a student pursuing my BFA in Acting. It's my hope to merge my love of Christ and my love for performing for my career. St.Cecelia inspires me to no end. I don't usually have much free time, but when I do, I can be found curled up in a coffee shop, watching Netflix, and sipping an Americano. My biggest dream is to travel as MUCH as I possibly can. I went to London last year and caught the travel bug. Looking for an independent Catholic guy that will make me laugh through the good times and the bad. Bonus points if you love everything Disney.
70, Yakima, WAI'm a NICU nurse and work available. I have 2 children both married and with children of their own. I am passionate about my family and spending time with them. There have been many influencial in my life. Especially, my parents who've enriched my life with an early atmosphere of having the Lord in my life. I enjoy reading, exercising and spending time with friends and family. B
26, Richland, WAI recently returned home to Tri-Cities, WA after spending 4 years on the East Coast and 4 years in Montana for college. I am currently teaching at a local school in town, this is my first year, and I am loving it, though it certainly is a lot of work being a first-year teacher... While on the East Coast, I lived in New York City, learning and growing as a person, and I worked as a registered nurse alongside some of the most hardworking, self-giving, and Christ-filled people I have ever met. Initially I moved to New York for the stereotypical "Big City" adventure, and the Lord quickly changed my perspective on what that would really entail. I worked in the geriatric field and was able to encounter Christ daily in the people whom I was privileged to care for, and they truly taught me a new outlook on life and on love. While living in Montana, I learned how to make my Catholic faith my own and what it meant for me to be a Catholic woman. I learned how to make important life choices, how to stand up for what I really believed in, and how to trust that God would take care of the rest. And throughout these past 8 years, He definitely has. I made the 3,000 mile journey back home to the West Coast this past summer, where I felt called to make a significant career change and become a teacher at a parochial school and take a break from nursing, and now I am just waiting to see what else the Lord has in store for me. I try to make it to daily Mass when I am not so tired from school and grading papers, and the Rosary as well as some quality spiritual books are my trusty companions. Fr. Walter Ciszek is my patron, though he is only a "Servant of God"...for now... I love to go on walks/runs, and am up for hiking now that I am back home in the Pacific Northwest with real trees and no skyscrapers. I played soccer in college, and I have enjoyed being able to watch my cousin start on her varsity high school team as a freshman. I enjoy a cheap (but good) cup of coffee from just about anywhere. I love to read historical fiction-type novels, and I have my list of favorite Catholic/Christian non-fiction authors as well. I prefer a good pair of jeans and a sweatshirt to heels, though I will always make the sacrifice when the occasion arises. I have also enjoyed a couple quick weekend trips to the Oregon Coast, Newport is my favorite place, I love how it is a little working town and not super tourist-y. I would also love to make it back to Montana sometime.
18, Kennewick, WAHi! As a young Catholic, I'm passionate about my faith. But I'm also very passionate about music and performing, and I love to write music as well. I love kids and big families. I love to read and write. I like movies, road trips, and tea. Growing up, I was always surrounded by adults, so I have a great respect for the older people in my life that have helped make me the person I am (it takes a village). In my free time, I read books, watch Grey's Anatomy, and catch up on my sleep (I'm a bit of a workaholic). I also spend a lot of time with Jesus in the Adoration Chapel. :)
22, Kennewick, WAI am very passionate about my job and I love going to work everyday. I am very close to my family and spend as much time as I can with them. In my free time you'll find me hanging out with my mom or my best friend, at a concert or going somewhere I've never been before.
