70, Elkhorn, WII am a cradle Catholic, a mother and a grandmother. I have been a teacher for several years. My faith is very important to me. I am an active person who likes to be outside as much as I can. I enjoy bicycling, gardening, and hiking. Inside I enjoy caring for my home, cooking, sewing, quilting. I enjoy many things including having people for dinner, watching movies, and going for evening walks. I am on the RCIA team in my parish and a lecturer at Mass. I have a ready sense of humor and a quick smile with two dimples included. At the present time I am teaching in Fredericksburg, VA at one of the community colleges.
62, Milwaukee, WIMy Catholic faith is the most important part of my life. I went to Catholic schools (run by the Jesuits and Assumption nuns) most of my life, primary until graduate school. I am a fun-loving, petite (4'11) and slender (95 lbs) Asian woman who has been blessed with a loving child, a 30-year old daughter, and a good job with an energy company. The love of reading, cooking, and entertaining close friends are happily embedded in this lady who's young at heart and who still believes that there's a nice guy out there for her. I am a vivacious, compassionate, sincere woman who enjoys the simple pleasures of life like walking and hiking, swimming, and travelling. I love the music of the 60s and 70s especially those of the Lettermen and America. I can say that daily exercise, a positive outlook on life, a healthy diet have much to contribute to my youthful physical appearance. I like to look good and dress well for someone special. I'd like to think that a guy with Catholic values, integrity, and a sense of humor is someone I really would like to meet.
62, Amherst, WIGod, family and friends are the most important things in my life. I am very active and like to attend plays and concerts at times. I have grandkids that I love spending time with whenever our schedules permit. I like reading when I have time, watching movies sometimes and flower-gardening. I enjoy volunteering, as well.
64, Neenah, WII am an enthusiastic person who loves life; I express this love as a lay Secular (Third Order) Franciscan. We follow in the footsteps of St. Francis, trying to be there for our neighbors weather they be rich or poor, sick or healthy, smart or not so smart. I try to give my all to people, trying to be kind and compassionate. I try to see people where they are and not force my beliefs on them. I pray by my example they may want to find Christ and what He will give them. I love to talk with people, not so much online as, on the phone or in person. I don't play games with people emotions, I try to be honest, respectful and sincere in my relationships and expect that in return I enjoy the outdoors: camping, hiking and swimming . I would like to travel, especially to Europe as a pilgrim and tourist to Catholic churches/shrines. Attending daily Mass is a favorite privilege of mine. Going to a weekly bible study is something I treasure, the friendships and the knowledge I have attained this past year are priceless. I recently joined the choir at church and look forward to singing during Holy week and on Easter. I love to sew. I garden and I enjoy cooking with someone, especially healthy food. I am part time pre-school teacher and a traveling nanny Children are very special to me, I love their openness and willingness to forgive. I enjoy being with my grandchildren. My husband died of cancer, seven years ago, which made me a widow. My dad died 7 years ago also. My mom lived with me after his death. She died Feb 4 2015 at age 94. She was a real sport and went camping with me! I hope I can be just a little like her when I am 94.
66, La Crosse, WII love being with people whether it be a crowd or just one. I also value my time to be by myself. I think I have a pretty good sense of humor but I can be serious too. I love kids! I like baseball games, concerts, and church related activities. I'm still working but retirement is right around the corner. After retirement I plan on keeping busy with volunteer work at the school my grandchildren attend and at the church I am presently employed at.. I love watching old classic movies, listening to music and going for long walks. Traveling is something that I love to do and after retirement I hope to do more of it. I am a member of the NRA and have a concealed carry permit as well as the Utah permit. I believe I have the right and responsibility to protect myself if the need arises. I have respect for the police but I also realize that phone call away could mean minutes in coming to my rescue! Sometimes a girl just has to take care of herself! I "won" my first Glock 9mm at a sportsman fundraiser and my former pastor told everybody his DRE was packing! All kidding aside, it's serious business and I do not take it lightly! Update: I have decided that I will continue to serve as the DRE at our parish for a bit longer. We have been clustered with the Cathedral and my pastor has been transferred. As with all major changes like this within a parish many people are concerned about what is going to happen with their parish. I think that now is not the time for me to leave and a familiar face during the transition would benefit not only myself but the parishioners that I serve. So, although thinking and planning about retirement was a pleasant pasttime , I now have to roll up my sleeves and help make this change less painful. The priests from the Cathedral are wonderful and it will be a pleasure working with them.

63, Green Bay, WIIn leisure time I enjoy working out, biking, walking, and reading. I enjoy golf but have not golfed in the past few years. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing keep me active in those long cold winter months. I am a very honest person, loving and caring. I would like to find someone to be a companion and share some of our life together. I love to be around mountains and water. Vacationing in a cottage by a lake is my ideal summer vacation.
