30, Springfield, ILSo I'm annulled. What's that mean? Well for one -- I come already house-trained! :D More seriously, it means that I have experience in being married. I have a better idea of what to expect, how to communicate, and strategies for avoiding common pitfalls. It means that I'm committed to making marriage work, no matter the sacrifice. What am I most-passionate about? It definitely includes my Faith as a Catholic, learning, discussing, teaching, and loving Jesus. Quality time with family and friends is also in the mix. I love the feeling of contentedness with them, particularly with my dad. But, what truly excites me is creatively solving problems: using the law to help the disabled at work, stimulating discussions, programming, science, philosophy, theology, rhetoric, leading and compromising. I'm a nerd, and proud!
30, Grand Prairie, TXI am heading into my 8th year of teaching and I still love my job. For me, it is what God has called me to do right now for my work vocation. I own my house (or, paying a mortgage), which still sometimes feels very surreal. I'm incredibly blessed in so many things, from my family and friends, to owning a house, to loving what I do every day. I also now have two dogs, whom I love very much, named Gandalf and Pippin. I went to the University of Dallas and have my BA in History, a minor in Medieval and Renaissance studies and my teaching certification. Teaching is my work vocation at the moment (it could change!) and God shows Himself to me in the students every day - and in challenging them to think - they challenge me right back. I also lead a young adult group at my church - we meet for a potluck dinner and book discussion once a week. I love to read and learn. I like to daydream and to take photos, both mental and real. I'd rather have more time than money. I love to cook and bake, and have an odd enjoyment of cleaning/organizing other peoples stuff. I lector, sing in the St. Cecilia Choir at my church, and volunteer when I can. I enjoy watching sports and love to watch movies, playing board games and card games, and I love a good discussion. I love being with my friends and with my family- my family is pretty up there! I also have a list of 5 important things: 1) God - I believe fully in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. Three in One, and I wouldn't be who I am today without Him. 2) Love (platonic or otherwise) - Love is God, God is love, and from Him all forms of love, from love of a family to love of a friend. 3) Family - My family is one of the most important parts of my life. My mother and father, my grandparents, my aunts and uncles and cousins, my brother have always been there for me. They are incredibly important to me and shaped who I am. I try to talk to my parents once every week. 4) Friends - My friends (both current and past, because things do change) have helped form who I am. I value my close friendships highly. 5) Books - I love to read. I have also realized that I love reading old National Geographics. Plus, I love to keep learning!
30, San Antonio, TXHello to the ladies of Catholic Match! I'm a guy who works in an all male field, looking to meet a lovely Catholic lady. People who have known me for a long time tend to describe me as reliable, responsible, consistent....and I would agree with that. I take my work seriously, and I really enjoy my free time....rock climbing, stand up paddleboarding, country dancing, kayaking.....and spending time with you, trying out your favorite things. I'm a fairly quiet guy, probably more into small groups than large ones. I enjoy listening to people, hearing about their lives, their jobs, travels, etc. I'm on Catholic Match because I want to meet you! So ladies, what I'd like to say is that I'm a straightforward guy, nothing "complicated" about me.
26, Fargo, NDI am a Catholic woman looking for the good Catholic man I have been praying for for many years! I created a profile to see who is out there, and my heart is open to friendship or relationship if God places anybody in particular in my path according to His plan! I love dogs and have one of my own. My family has 4 dogs between all of us! Being from Fargo, North Dakota we have a different take on the seasons. We have Bison football season, winter, melting, and lakes season! Lake cabins are my favorite place to be in the summer. I am a teacher during the school year which frees up my time in the summer for lots of time in Minnesota lakes country and for my other career passion: summer camp! I work as a program and assistant director for a summer camp that hosts 4 different types of camping programs. My friends would describe me as full of my faith, goofy, smiley, caring, loyal, honest, independent, sensitive, modest, and loves camp, kids, movies, coffee, shopping, glitter, and laser tag. (just to name a few) :) Thank you for stopping by and good luck!
23, South Bend, INI graduated with a degree in graphic design and am currently working as a full time graphic designer. I like to keep active and I am always up for exploring a park, going for walks, or other outdoor activities. I consider myself to be a fairly organized person, but I also am happy to change plans or do things on the spur of the moment. I tend to be somewhat reserved until I am well acquainted with someone, but when I am with the people I know well I can be rather outgoing. My hobbies include reading lots of books, photography, and drawing/painting.
26, Woodbury, NJIt seems difficult to get to know much about a person in a few lines but here are a few things about me. :) I like getting to know new people and I enjoy finding common and complimentary ground. Good friendships are extremely important to me, and I really value building new ones and maintaining the ones I have. I consider myself grounded, practical and ambitious, but I still love to have fun. A movie at home, a glass of wine with board games or going out to a restaurant/bar are all fine by me! I especially like embarking on a spontaneous day trips. I also have many siblings (9 to be exact :D) and often times are out doing things with them. While I can't saying running errands with them is always a fun experience, it is certainly exciting!
26, Gilford, GBGood afternoon, if it's applicable I suppose. So about myself, I've just returned from a year and a half in Canada, originally looking for work as a geologist. But whether by the hand of God or my odd luck spend my time as a chef. Life is weird. I am a friendly if quiet person with a sarcastic, somewhat dark sense of humor (read Irish) and a preference for more intellectual pursuits. I've been told on occasion that i'm an old soul, but mostly people think I'm a bit on the eccentric side. I do enjoy the outdoors, when they're not trying to kill me. I prefer socializing in small groups and once I'm comfortable with a person I have a tendency to talk their ears off. I have a love of stories irregardless of the medium, science fiction being my favorite. Connected to that is an ever-growing interest in history and different cultures. I also enjoy most forms of games from chess to video games. Additionally I am an amateur novelist, when time permits, no aspirations to make it a job though. I'm looking for a life companion to share everything with; joy and pain, crazy and quiet.
29, Wichita, KSThe Peace of the Lord be with you always! I make an effort to go to daily Mass, as much as I can. I plan to pray the Rosary daily as well but I tend to forget, especially while I'm at work. I work at FedEx Office, which is essentially what Kinkos used to be, but we take packages. It's not NEARLY as glamorous as it sounds. I am currently going to school for Windows System Administration, and I have started working out with aspirations of joining the United States Marine Corps. I have a LONG way to go, but I am going to give it my all to make something of my life. After work, I usually just stay at home and keep to myself, but I am trying my hardest to break out of my bubble. Yes, I was married, keyword "was," and it's something that I will have to live with the rest of my life; it was a mistake that shouldn't have happened in the first place. It also happened at a time in my life when I was not what I would consider a "holy" person. I'm an open book, ask me anything you want! Have a great and blessed day!
29, New Iberia, LAMy name is Sierra. I am an extrovert for the most part but I do have a few introvert qualities. I value openness, loyalty and honesty. Communication is very important to me (I am a big talker). I am passionate about working with people and helping them but I also love administrative duties. I volunteer with the down syndrome association and I absolutely love it. My mom has been the most influential person in my life. When I was two years old my father left her to raise 3 daughters on her own. She made a huge sacrifice by leaving us with our grandma to go work offshore in order to be able to provide for us. I did not like this and I resented her as I got older because I had to grow up without my parents and it made me sad because I always wanted that and hated seeing other children with their parents. Now, I know she only did what she did in order to provide for our needs and it has really helped me to make wise decisions. In my leisure time, I enjoy reading books, walking in the park, working out, dancing, going out to eat, and most of all hanging out with my friends.
33, Lawrenceville, GAI'm fun, simple, open minded, laid back, but a goal getter at the same time. I believe that healthy relationships help people to grow together in all aspescts of life. I enjoy life at its best: I love sports, music, any kind of art, and intellectual conversations over some wine. I'm passionate about what I do, and I specially love being with family and friends chilling out. I'm originally from Brazil and I've been in the US for about 9 years. In my 33 years of life, I've traveled to many places, for work and studies. Each life experience has thought me a lot, but at the bottom line I've learned that the love of God for me is what keeps me standing. I am ready to commit to a serious relationship that leads to marriage. I would like to meet people who share my faith values and similar interests. If you have intentions to be in a long term relationship, drop me a note.
26, Nashville, TNI am passionate about 3 things: my faith, my family, and teaching/performing music. I am relocating back to Nashville in a couple of weeks after having finished my Master's in Music in Oregon (2015), and am excited to get back to those things. I am honestly not sure what people put in these bios that really works... so I'll just ramble. I want to build a life around those things I'm passionate about, and do all that I can to support those close to me. I love being active and at one time was doing small competitive things in CrossFit, which has led me to desire to use my passion for teaching there as well. I've had wonderful opportunities to play and teach music across several states, and even internationally... and I find it ironic that I moved away from "Music City" to do that. I love to laugh, and am fluent in sarcasm. I also tend to be a bit of a romantic. As for relationship ideals, I think Matthew Kelly says it best in that we need to find someone who makes us into the best version of ourselves, and that's who I'm looking for.
29, East Brunswick, NJThe name's Kyle. I am about to receive my bachelor's in Sociology and minor in Psychology and moving on with life. I take very good care of the people around me including friends and family. I don't drink or use drugs. I am very friendly and outgoing. I'm not a player like most of my friends. When I develop a connection with a girl, I am loyal and will treat her with respect. I am currently a member of the Knights Of Columbus at my church in New Brunswick. I absolutely love to power-walk at least 2 miles each day. Sometimes I do it twice a day. One of my favorite things to do when I'm free is to just drive around in my car listening to good music. My favorite bands (among many) are the Goo Goo Dolls. 3 Doors Down and Lifehouse
