Our experiences on Catholic Match prior to our meeting were uneventful.
We both were about to throw in the towel until he sent me (Robin) that first
e-mail. The more I e-mailed with him, the more I wanted to talk to him.
We
met face to face on February 4th of this year. Both of us went into the meeting with no
expectations. But by the end of that first weekend, we were already
talking about the next time we would see each other.
He lived about six
hours from me, and traveled down every weekend to see me for the next nine
months. I did travel to see him, and we had a great time. He eventually
moved to my town at the end of November.
The Saturday before Thanksgiving he
proposed to me at the same restaurant where we had our first date! We
were married 21/2 months ago, on June 10th. Words cannot even
begin to express the wonderful blessing we are to each other.
