I have been engaged for 2 days now and I cannot wait to share my success story
any longer! David and I started talking in April 2008. I saw his profile and
sent him an emotigram. We then began exchanging CM "emails". I really wanted
to get to know him better but I didn't want to seem forward.
Well, one evening
we decided to try chatting on CM. For some reason, I couldn't upload the chat
and we both started getting frustrated. Perfect timing, I gave David my phone
number. He called me almost immediately. And we haven't stopped talking since.
David is in Arizona and I am in Upper Michigan. Though being so far
apart hasn't been easy, there are so many beautiful aspects of our relationship
that make distance seem like almost nothing at all. This past weekend, David
flew me to New Mexico to meet his family. He took me to a very special place
where we hiked into the mountains and that's where he presented me with a Tacori
ring of indescribable beauty.
David is the most devout and spiritual man that
I've ever known. I feel so honored and blessed that God put him into my life.
I cannot wait to go on this journey with David. The key to a meaningful serious
relationship is that you have to be happy with your own life before you even
meet someone. That's where David and I were when we met.
