I
met Iryna elsewhere, but it was Catholic Match that at least taught me
to be persistent. It takes patience, prayer and discerment to find the
right person.You must meet them, spend time getting to know each other
and learn to be patient in any relationship.
My wife Iryna had
many suitors chasing her, but I was honest, straightforward and tender
towards her, and won her heart. She was from the Ukraine so I would
advise anyone looking to another country that you are in for a long
ride, with travel, immigration, visas paperwork etc. It is not for
everyone, but if you are lucky you can find a real "pearl of great
price". Prayer was my anchor, I put this relationship in Our Lady's
hands and she led me to my wife.
