Michelle-65017 went on our first happy meeting on February 18, 2006.
He
met my parents when he picked me (Michelle) up, and from that moment he
was a perfect gentleman. It was “A Knight To Remember” at Medieval
Times after Holy Mass at my confirmation parish. Because Chris was on
leave from the Army National Guard, we decided to meet—after being
penpals through Catholic Match since our friendship was established on
July 15, 2005. I kept the rose he gave me (it’s red—coincidentally, I’d
been praying a novena to St. Therese. O little Therese what does this
mean?). Although there are many “what-ifs” (What if we enter religious
life? What if we meet someone else? What if he gets hurt in the Army?
What if we let our memberships expire?), we shall simply entrust
ourselves to the Immaculate Heart & Sacred Hearts, and pray to St.
Raphael to know God’s Will for our friendship. To all our cool Catholic
